    @JioCare @reliancejio i have applied for jiopostpaid plus and one of repersentative come at my place and take all the documents and take 849 INR THROGH phone pay and give me one sim after that the sim was not working and that person is not picking my phone please look into it.

    @JioCare very bad service at my home Internet connection doesn’t work and very slow when i call customer care then they said we work on this issue and solve shortly and said in your area many people’s use jio sim so this problem occurs @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare The network in my area is so poor. Have requested multiple times on the app but no response even after 1.5 months. Planning to port, can't work being unable to make or receive calls. #poornetwork @Airtel_Presence Even Airtel network is better in the area.
