    @reliancejio My wifi connection through jiofibre is very weak and unstable. Pl send your technician to fix the problem anytime during the day.

    @reliancejio jio fiber services down from past 3 days SLA was breached and jio backend team close the raised request without any information. When you approach support team just raise the new incident SR00001794PS. Still working from home school from home- all impacted @JioCare

    @Sangy_Bora They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @ramrajtweetz Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst Coustomer care service. Got rid of two post paid connections on dongle and iPad. Horrible experience. Those planning to go for it must rethink.

    @reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

    @JioCare I did not fill the form, it was filled by the Jio store person. Due to the fault of the store owner, I am facing problems from many places. business, bank, relative, friends, official sites, mail etc.
