    @JioCare, @reliancejio Facing network issues at my area for jio. In case of power cut internet stops immediately and after 30 min network goes down. People here facing this issues since last 3 years. Tried complaints lots of time but no resolution.

    @ndtvindia This is right . Since some month evn we r not getting properly sufficient network of JIO. Except me ,our whole family member r using now Airtel. But recharge pack of @airtelindia r more costly than @JioCare. JIO should look into that...

    @JioCare Very bad experience I am having with my new jio fiber connection.intetnet is down from 10:30am in the morning but nobody from the concern team have contacted me yet after call logged also.kindly look into this on priority.
