  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare Hi shirisha u got some wrong information about the weather, no extreme rain, no extreme heatwave,no cyclone,nothing , fantastic weather max.temp 36°C. Even if weather is issue,it won't take 8 days to fix the issue.

  @JioCare @JioCare my issue is not fixed connectivity is intermittent service technician comes and says there is no fault whereas for 2 minutes i'm able to browse and then net goes off, please send some qualified technician to fix the issue.

  Paying premium prices for 5G only to get 2G speeds. @reliancejio takes our money instantly, but when the network crawls, it’s absolute silence. Yet, if my recharge expires for five minutes, they spam call my phone every few seconds like a loan shark.

  The FifaWc is on and the fact that for the entire day your network has been down and no signs of it being up speaks volumes about ur lack of preparedness for such emergencies. We should be compensated for this anguish. Thank God i had another Airtel ! @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare @ASHOBA @JioCare they are lot of other service providers in the market go with them they have very good customer service team jio is useless they don't have any dignity towards their customers the first take money and I don't know where they are now it's been more than 15 days no connect
