    @JioCare For your information technician visit was schedule for yday too ..but ur on time technician didn't bothered to visit also...and when i called to the service engineer he also didn't wanted to pick up my call and disconnected it for more than 5 times

    @JioCare pls can we be more responsive in responding to customer downtime requests? I made a complaint, no one showed up and it wasn't even recorded in your system. Very frustrated customer. Not done.

    @JioCare Worst jio services. I think I had to port from jio to airtel as the messages otp from amazon is not coming from the past 30 days, customer support not responding I had to complain in the consumer forum against this mental harrasment
