Dear @TRAI ,I have tried calling @JioCare @reliancejio for the same issue from the first week of December 2022 till date, for which they haven't done anything I asked the executives to transfer the call to the legal department as I wanted to take this matter to the consumer court

@reliancejio boss look at your customer care. Jio sim incoming and outgoing problem. Went to ph vendor, ph ok. Chat three times in jio app. went to jio store twice,got sim changed,no result. spoken to jio customer care, no result. After one week. Applied to port. good luck.
