    @JioCare it’s been 2 days and the entire lane is suffering, on demanding a reason, we get ans like evn we don’t knw, we are consulting with our Mumbai team. I ws one of the 1st to get Jio whn it came and persuaded my friends to do the same. Pls don’t make me regret my decision. Help asap.

    @Airtel_Presence till now recording problem not solved. Don't know why do they charge so high amount ₹50 for usb recording when it should be free like @reliancejio.

    @JioCare On 29th Sep Jio responded that refund has been initiate and amount will be credited. After that 15 days, still not credited. As of now, there is no payment system that will take longer as Jio. Don’t know which mode jio has used for refund. Really very poor service nt expected
