    @JioCare I've Jio Fiber Subscription (999)+GST.Each month after paying subscription I've to switch off & switch on to update the details. Yesterday did twice. There's login error. It shows August 2019 whereas subscription started from November 2020. Unable to access few apps.

    @JioCare This is what I'm hearing from day one. I have lost faith in your customer care service. Don't really expect anything from the company. But strict action should be taken against people responsible for this.

    Urgent help needed @JioCare @reliancejio, your eSIM change failed badly and now I have no access to my phone, no executive available on phone till morning. @Airtel_Presence - process took minutes and is up and running.

    @JioCare Jio net is too slow. Complaining since 4 month. I am frustrated by jio net. 4 day before I recharged for 3 months. But still slow internet. Due to this,I am using hotspot of other person. #slowjionet in congested area. #jiosim refund my money. Or else make my net fast.

    @JioCare @amritverma26 Yes please provide them ur contact information in private message, so the lie fake assurance & hope they say almost each & every customer can stay private, so other PPL like us can get scammed even more.... Just to hold on their worst services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been trying to reach out to Jio for relocating my JioFibre connection since one week but no breakthrough yet! Can’t do it using the MyJio app as the new address doesn’t show network availability in the app. Very frustrated and disappointed with Jio!

    Guys don't try to use @JioCare fiber, their services are too much bad, they turning off my network in night. I have complaint about that but no solution. Better choose any other network but don't use @JioCare fiber. #badservice #stopusingjioservices
