    @JioCare I am struggling from last 2 months..even this is more then 3 hours now with no updates and no call received from Jio customer care.... See yourself the horrible condition Bodhi. Do I deserve to get update now ??

    @JioCare Yes , i know how to recharge and how to check active plan.. my query i recharged but it not reflecting in my tran history, i called customer care they told yes we received payment but it decline status.. so u recharge again now second time I recharged no refunds yet for first one

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why did you consume additional data packs of customer first & then regular data? First regular packs should be utilised & then additional data. But you are doing the opposite. This is cheating. #jioscam #unsatisfied_customer #jiodoesnt_value_customers @TRAI
