@JioCare applied for an Esim on 24th and still waiting for the process to be initiated, i think you guys are busy in just minting numbers is it so that you have nothing to do with customer satisfaction?

Hi @JioCare after the 5G upgrade, I'm facing too many call drops. Can't receive calls until n unless i switch the network back to 4G. Have tried placing the same sim on a different phone and I'm facing a similar issue.
