    @JioCare Hi Team, I'm facing an issue with My Jio fibre. My wifi plan is 100Mbps. I'm getting a good speed (>92 Mbps) for 5Ghz band. But in 2.4Ghz band, the speed doesn't go beyond 30-35 Mbps. Hence I request you to kindly help me for speed issue in 2.4Ghz band. Thanks

    @JioCare For 4 days I am following up for a connection relocation. And after showing the Jio's teams mistake on Map and Pincode, they are asking me to follow process. Customer Care needs to grow up and understand the customer side too. You are running a one sided 1/3

    @JioCare Generated service request (request I'd- SR0000191HA7) on 27th of February around 2pm. The issue has not been resolved till yet. I have been calling in jio care every day and the reply comes the same. Please look into the matter.

    @JioCare After taking trial FRC internet from sales and promised that I'll get 3rd month free once I recharge the 2nd month. The sales staff is now ignoring me and keep saying the voucher will be credited tomorrow since 10 days my internet has been down. Really ***** tactics.

    @JioCare This issue is still exist, not for specific part of my house.. It is for total village, My Mobile. No: 9030959041, Nadi Veedhi, Inamadugu Village, Kovur Mandal, SPSR Nellore, A.P -524137. Even now i am connected with wifi only.. I have still trouble with my network.
