@JioCare Because I don’t want to use jio anymore. Instead of jio I would like to be part of bsnl company . I know my rights and rules of TRAI under which I am free to port my number to any network without telling you any reason. So , please send me MNP without any further questioning.

@JioCare @reliancejio in 1 month jiofibernet crashed thrice. I am just fed up with zero quality and everytime customercare has no explanationto the problem. Kindly refund all my money and take back ur crap modem and set top box.
