@reliancejio won't suggest anyone to switch to JIOFIBER as there service is so bad can't even tell. Its been 2 days since i completed the registration and done payment for JIOFIBER yet no one from jio visited my home to install jio fiber yet.

@JioCare you don't have network in Greater Noida. The last time i raised the issue, it was said that it's a temporary issue and you are working on it. It's been 2 months, can't even make calls, forget about internet.

@reliancejio such pathetic customer support for the broadband service, for a small issue there is no resolution and pathetic bot options on jioapp, need to gear up on after service, issue remains unresolved, really sad and totally unhappy, jio broadband needs after sales support
