@Jio_Offl @JioCare @jio Please share the technical support contact number for Ballari, Karnataka. The fibernet cable installed at my locality using a arrester on a electric pole has been dismantled. The local contact person who installed the fiber cables is not reachable.

@JioCare @reliancejio it is really very bad experience to have jio fiber. Live TV, JIO call not working since installation.Raised complaint also no. SR0000153HJ9 but not resolved. Very poor wifi signal & videos are also buffering so many times.Still waiting for resolution. Mob.9460282485

Today also they gave me slot but no one has come. There is NO lockdown restrictions here. Your engineers keep roaming nearby my home also. But my complaint is unattended. Please resolve IMMEDIATELY. @fiber_jio @JioCare
