    @JioCare I think you have no interest in expanding your Jio Fiber business. It's been 2 years I have been requesting. My location is just 250 metres away from where your network is providing services. Why can't this be taken as a special request ?

    @reliancejio I am getting so many sms from AMTATA AIG INSURANCE. I can’t block it as number is not here only alphabets are there . Can you help me to block it , I have wrote them many times but no one can help . Otherwise I will discount this number . Number shows VM-TAGINS .

    @reliancejio horrendous experience dealing with the jio fiber customer care team - have been without internet for over 18hrs now and they change the TAT provided initially by 24hrs more... disappointing!! @rohytkandari

    from past few days i am having issues with voLTE in my @reliancejio sim in Mumbai, the phone is #IQOOZ5, i tried almost everything but doesn't get volte in iqoo Z5 but when put the sim in other phone i got the volte sign 😖

    @JioCare unable to use jiofiber internet from today morning. Unsatisfactory response from jio customer care. They are saying engineer will visit only tomorrow evening. Wasting customer time, disconnect my network and give my money back. @DoT_India

    @reliancejio Service request number is SR000017T6MB. Resolution provide : need to install additional tower. My concern:New tower is already installed in my area. Hardly 200 meter away from my home. In that case it is really required a new tower or Team is just making excuse. @DoT_India
