@jio @reliancejio @JioCare very f* service. I asked about slow internet speed and cust guy told me you have maximum number of user in your area.WTH! I am paying you full amount and you are providing this kind of service.If we do not make recharge on time then you stop our service

@JioCare I have been calling customer service for 2 days for my Jiofiber issue but the ticket is closed with the issue being still the same. I find your customer service not capable of solving any issue and they just keep on buying time without looking into what the issue is

There is no meaning at all to launch 5G in major 85 cities when not all the customer can use it @reliancejio. Instead look at @airtelindia wherever it has lauched 5G services, huge number of users can able to use it. That's what make the sense. @DoT_India

@reliancejio My internet is not working for the last few days, I have been trying to connect with JIO customers for the last 30 min, no answer from the JIO team, my suggestion is to shut down your services if you're not able to help you, the customer. very frustrating internet.
