    @JioCare can anyone help me out here regarding setup of jio fiber in our society, they have installed all d setup before 15days and now they are telling us there is some issue from our nearby building from where they were going to take connection, i am tired of calling them

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I don't have internet for 4 days now. 2 men from Jio came and said there is an issue with the box in my building and someone else will fix it. Is this a joke? Noone has come I still don't have internet. Switching to Airtel. Tell me refund process for Jio

    @JioCare This is really getting worse and worse. Still this problem is not resolved. Now have decided to port from Jio to Airtel for full family members. Everyone is frustrated with this network. Increase of user base is not an excuse. Jio should have worked on increasing the capacity.
