    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    I have been facing very slow internet since many days my problem is not solved i raised 2 complaint but my issue is not resolved what should I do now the slow speed problem I am facing at my home my network suddenly switch between 4g 5g . @reliancejio @JioCare

    Don’t use Jio SIM. The network service is getting worse day by day. Extremely poor connectivity and unreliable internet service. Very disappointing! 📶 @reliancejio @JioCare

    Reopen Service Request SR00003CLX6F (No. 7059212786). Facing continuous no network issues since 30th Dec 2025. Closing the ticket without resolving the coverage problem is unacceptable. Please fix this network issue immediately and provide a clear timeline! @JioCare @nch1915

    @JioCare For now the disconnection issue has been resolved but this dosconnection has been occurred on daily basis. App doesn't files complaint for outside outage issues. Whon to connect??? My wifi is used to monitor 24by7 patient

    @jiocare Very inconsistent network which is giving speed of 0 to 200 kbps, alternating every other minute from 0 to 5 to 10 to 60 to 200 and then back to 5 and so on. One arrow is there at a time. Lte to lte plus to 5g switching every other second. Is this your service? @TRAI

    @JioCare "Should get resolved in 2 hrs" is a message I am getting since yesterday 5 pm.... NO RESULT Absolutely !!!! My entire system at home has been shut down by #JioFiber since yesterday 1.30 pm ( 8th Aug. ). No home WiFi, No TV.... Nowhere to call, No one to talk to ???
