    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    My JioFiber has data plan already. JioFiber message says my area was down. And also says it got up & running now. But when i connected to my wifi, it asked to recharge a plan. Please resolve this issue for me. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare using internet with speed of 100Kbps . thanks to jio 4g pathetic service . everytime u call customer care and they start saying sorry u r receiving slow internet connection.. worst mobile service

    @reliancejio hi, just got your 5G net connection today. Terrible service. Net not connected. Erratic connectivity. Poor response from your support team. Just looking for and booking business doesn't make your service stellar.
