  @JioCare Hello thr..I have been a jio uses since it's inception I have never had a network issue but for the last two months I am dissatisfied with its terrible service in #Karimganj district of Assam specialy in #Bipin Paul Road. this js thr reason I had to switch to #Airtel

  @reliancejio @GoogleIndia when will you guys stop cheating. Your tower is shut down from last 13th November . And your team is replying wait for 120 to 180 days. Are you thinking we are 3000 base customer of jio is fool. We have to pay for 180 days and you will provide service after 180 days.

  @reliancejio @JioCare with great difficulty I caught hold of a cust care rep & there was a delay of 5 sec for me to type, & he logged off! This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour. After upgrading data plan from 2 to 3 gb my speed has got worst! You need to get this fixed.
