    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    @JioCare That never helped! your ppl simply responded with default msg, “as we checked, the signal strength in the mentioned location is good. Kindly try using the mobile at different location”. I just changed service provider instead of changing my location. Period!

    @VrushaliGYadav @JioCare @DoT_India From Past 3months totally jio network was down in Mudimanikyam, Karimnagar, telangana, 505481,We unable to use your jio service at all.. Can you please reslove issue on high priority..so many guys working from home due to Covid.plz resolve it on priority

Rest, since you are on rental plan, you will be getting billed and the same will be stopped once your (1/2)

    @JioCare my TV doesn't support HDMI ARC. TV support only HDMI. I am unable to hear audio... Jio STB don't have Bluetooth option and 3.5mm jack so that I connect my BT speaker please resolve my issue
