    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    @JioCare I am facing lot of problem in calling and running net. I have complained many times before also it has been almost 2 years, till now no action has been taken. Everyone in the whole neighborhood is having problems @DoT_India I request you to get the tower installed here

    @JioCare All the checks are done and many friends who stay in the same building have gotten it but not me. It's not the checks but the stupid process of jio is the problem. It's so random that I feel like porting out. What is the process to port out when you have vouchers lined up?

    @JioCare Hi, consistency in network is major issue. it not continuing for 10 Minutes . none of your official/customer care is able to resolve it for past few months. Its useless network. so1stmaintainyour4G stopdreamingfor5Gatleastfor1 year.jioisnothaving resource infra for this
