    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    Never buy jio services specially their fiber internet connection. You will never get after sales service. The company is just a big scam. Take the money but do not give services @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been facing internet service disruption and I've raised a complaint on 5th June Request ID SR000037NFAF but till date the issue has not been resolved. I've scheduled engineer visits multiple times but no one visited to check the issue. Worst customer support

    @JioCare you want to no 1 and can't fix a wiring issue for more than 24 hrs and it is scheduled to be 48th hr, there is no way some call and talk customer care. Fyi the wiring issue happened by your service engineer while giving an internet connection to someone else. PATHETIC

    @JioCare your service experience worse, only Automated calls are available no one there for help... I can not cancel my jio airfiber order till now.. my 2222 Rs is waste on jio... @AmreliaRuhez @GyanTherapy

    @JioCare "I applied for JioFiber seven days ago, but so far no Jio representative has contacted me. I have not received any information about the status of my application, how long the process will take, what the next steps are, or whether there are any issues. I have not been informed.
