    @reliancejio @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received regarding the relocation of my Jio AirFiber connection. I submitted the relocation request three days ago and have already paid ₹1,200, but the connection has still not been installed.

    Most Horrible Broadband service provider..Out of 30 days , Internet will be disrupted 5-6 days in a month & The irony is that , this horrible company will not bother to solve the issue.. @JioCare @nch1915 @jagograhakjago

    Day 7 didn't get any resolution no call from service engineer not even SE assigned yet and even visited jio store thrice but no response, @JioCare this Is not 1st time but as times changed u guys becoming worst I don't have time to entertain bad customer support like yours @TRAI

    @JioCare The message scheduled the installation for the 29th but nobody showed up nor did anyone call. Salesman doesn't answer calls and speaks very rudely. If company is incapable of providing service, they shouldn't take orders in the first place. Name: Ram Prakash Number: 79053 41403

    @JioCare despite me explicitly informing customer support that the issue was with my new connection address. The technician asked me to raise a fresh support request, which I did. The new Request ID is SR00003A0539.
