  And @JioCare seems to care the least. Even after raising the complaint, no one has contacted me or made any real effort to understand what the actual issue is. If this is the level of after sales service @reliancejio provides, then honestly, it has been one of my worst customer experiences. 4 complaints in 4 months, and still no proper resolution. Absolutely disappointing.

  How to surrender and get refund or the 3 days old jio wifi connection @JioCare . Its not working properly 2 visits and 3 call supports done in last 3 days but finally its not working. Connection taken 3 days back. Worst service

  @reliancejio @JioCare wifi is working from 4-5 days,worse and pathetic service. My biggest mistake to choose you. IVR just says facing internet issues in your area be patient. @TRAI worse govn agency of the world, Do not have moral responsibility about customer issues
