  @JioCare my airfiber is doing my head in. Frequent disconnections , every 15 mins or so. Diagnostics shows no problems and had a very uninspiring call with customer care who i don't think understands the problem. This needs to be escalated to a service engineer asap.

  Dear @JioCare, Village Laxrampur, PO Jitwaria, Kalyanpur, Samastipur (848302), Bihar is facing severe network issues. Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

  What’s happening with Jio’s network in Noida Sector 19? The coverage has become so poor that even a normal phone call keeps breaking up. A reliable mobile network shouldn’t be this difficult to use. Please look into this issue. @JioCare

  @JioCare This response is disappointing. I've been a loyal Jio customer since 2018 and have reported this issue multiple times without any permanent resolution. Your tower is only about 500 meters from my location, yet the network remains extremely poor.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Another vague reply. For 8 working days, all I've heard is "wait a few business days." A transparent company provides a clear refund timeline, not endless uncertainty. Same generic response only reflects poor accountability and an inefficient refund process.
