    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio from my jio app i tried o book a sim for home delivery. Payment was done on 20may 2026 and ordered . 6 days passed but its not yet delivered. Followed up with the delivery agent and the customer care but no luck so far.. Booking code 9F5295EDEE

    @JioCare I have received a text stating this is resolved and I didn’t have any update. You are raising the complaint and resolving it but consumer do not have any clue as in what the resolution is

    @JioCare Absolutely NOT resolved. Stop relying on your flawed system metrics. Look at the status bar of the screenshot I posted—it clearly shows 4G+, NOT 5G indoors. I have already sent a strong rejoinder via email. Reopen SR000036P8TT and fix the actual indoor infrastructure. @TRAI

    @JioCare @jiocare I have been repeating that I can’t check my jio and settings there because I don’t have access to the registered no. That’s the help I am seeking. I have sent an email and confirmed over a jio customer team contact no to be updated as registered no. Confirm once done.
