I'm very annoyed and disappointed with the jiofiber customer services of @reliancejio @JioCare. I bought the 3+1 pack but now I am not given the 1 month promised to me. Your salesperson who activated my connection is also not picking up my call for 2 weeks. Really def up now.

@reliancejio JIO 4G sucks, Jio mobile internet speed is horrible. Jio Fiber don't have 50 MBPS plan. Airtel is much better. Jio only greed for money @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @reliancejio On Nov 15, I raised complaint about my jio stb remote getting unpaired every 2nd day, they took the remote and gave me the another remote and told me that, they will register and give the new remote within 3 4 days.
