    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    If JioFiber cannot restore internet for days in a city like Indore, what should customers in smaller towns expect? Customers work from home, attend online meetings, and run businesses on your network. Generic replies don’t solve problems. @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Call me immediately and fix the internet connection. Your WiFi is completely offline, the router is blinking red, and I am being forced to use limited mobile data just to stay connected while paying for a 100 Mbps broadband plan that barely works.

    My jio fiber stopped working mid night please help to resolve the issue Red light blinking. I hope the issue will be resolved in the early morning before 10:00 AM. Or arrange an engineer asap. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare That means 52 hours of lost service is absolutely normal for Jio Fiber? None in our building had Jio Fiber working for around 52 hours and still you are saying no delay, which speaks about Jio approach
