    @reliancejio @JioCare Please correct your plan immediately for Jio fiber as double charges are taken for prime subscription without providing service, either remove it from plan or reduce your charges. Small issue but big customer base is impacted.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ImAtulKansal Hi, I have call drop, very poor internet (pages don't open) issues, the customer care executive said it will take 8 months to get this corrected. I asked him to connect me with his supervisor, he put my call on hold and left. Can anyone help???

    @JioCare most pathetic service I have ever seen everyday you get messages but none them are honoured as per the time given during installation I had same problem and now to uninstall I am facing the same problem. Never expected this from a big group
