    @JioCare There were already 2 Service Requests raised before, however, without any resolution all of them were closed.

    Recently ported my number from airtel 4g to jio as they rolled out 5g in the area, so slow, weak frequencies, network dies indoors, cannot even penetrate house walls, their 3500mhz band dies if u go inside the house from terrace, very poor experience. @JioCare

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    @EarlyTechIndia @JioCare Please do cancel..else twice a month there will be a disruption and it will take them 48 hrs plus to assign an engineer..you will end up spending 450 to 500 on data packs

    @JioCare This is just repeating what customer care already told me. I’m not asking how to track or reschedule I need service restored. My connection has been down since 6 AM, with no call from Jio. Please stop giving generic responses & provide confirmed engineer visit time and resolution

    Dear @JioCare I applied for my Jio Home broadband connection relocation, I paid necessary charges, but now my old location devices are collected and now it seems my old account is terminated and there is no trace of new connection or order ID. Pls help @reliancejio

    @bashterminal @reliancejio @JioCare Happened to me as well. Their relocation service is atrocious. Had to switch to another ISP.
