    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_internet speed is extremely slow, and network connectivity has been very poor for a long time. We are paying for 5G services but not receiving the quality promised. Kindly look into the issue and improve the network in Rajgarh as soon as possible.

    It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.

    @JioCare My jio fibre is not working, raised issue with customer care no support, they said it's pan India issue, said will restore at 5pm. STill it's not working. Need help on priority
