    Hi @JioCare i try to connect you via 1991, but yours menu very worst for customer care support. That's why this tweet.. I recharged for my friend for ₹749 plan,yet not activated, it's one hour crossed. please find the problem.. Thank you

    What I found is that Jio Ntwrk is one of the Third Class network.Nor data speed neither connectivity is good. Jio is makng their custmrs fool. Jio charge for 4G ntwrk fees. Bt the Quality of Jio 4G ntwrk is worst than that of 2G ntwrk. #Stopmakingfoolyourcustomers @reliancejio

    Mr. AMBANI I TRIED TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE MANY TIMES TO JIO BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO HELP SAYING THAT JIO DO NOT HAVE SUCH POLICY TO REVERSE THE WRONG MOB NO RECHARGE AMOUNT IF IT HAS DONE IN ERROR AND REPORTS WITHIN 12 HRS @reliancejio @reliancegroup @AmbaniTina

    After reaching when I tried to recharge, the customer care informed my connection was canceled due to non payment and I need to raise a new connection and pay the installation charges again.. nice way to take the installation charges!!@JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    What a pathetic service by jio @reliancejio @JioCare @Jio that if anyhow wrong mob has recharged so they will not cancel the recharge and reverse the balance if even report it within 12 hours with all proof. They keeping me on hold for more than 30mins.

    @JioCare to much netwrk issue frm 5pm 1 bar netwrk outside home nd its NO SERVICE inside home done everything called customer care they r like issue is due to more users plz do the needful whole locality is facing not even able to make n receive calls
