    @JioCare Hi Team, your JioFibre customer care team is not able to solve a simple Internet connectivity issue. I have been asked to go to app to register a complaint by your customer care which the app also didn’t raise asking me to call customer care. Ridiculous, right?

    @reliancejio my home jio fiber internet connection has been lost from past 34 hrs. I have raised the issue in my jio app , but the appointment is getting rescheduled everytime. Please resolve the internet connection issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare JioAirFiber - I am facing internet connectivity issues every 2 to 3 days. Whenever this happens, the internet remains unavailable for 5 to 7 hours, which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly check the issue and resolve it permanently as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the SM team jumps on a call to pacify - does that really matter without a resolution for more than 7 hours - customers deserve something better - but you guys are aware there are few in the market. We may be forced to use you
