    @reliancejio Hi @reliancejio, I’m here to discuss about an issue we r facing at our village named Rushingi which is located in Vizianagaram district, Andhra Pradesh. In our village most of the people are gov employees but still we don’t have a proper network to take up calls.

    @JioCare @reliancejioI’ve visited jio office to give a complaint regarding these two people but there also I’ve faced issue, No one is there to share the issue. Received a contact named #VenkatReddy (9908011915) tried several time but his phone was busy & no response from him too

    @JioCare First you take 20 days for installation, and when it still doesn’t work, the complaint gets closed saying customer not interested. How is that even possible? If I wasn’t interested, why would I get your connection installed in the first place? Extremely poor service.

    @JioCare We’ve already run diagnostics and contacted your team before raising this. Instead of resolving the issue, we’re only getting generic responses like restarting the router. We pay for reliable internet—not repeated on/off troubleshooting.

    @JioCare It's not a fare. Complaint raised on Saturday but no proper response. Service engineers and customers care saying no man power nor team is available as of now. Have been following more than the Times but no action taken yet. But delay payment 1 day connection is cut ?
