@JioCare Yes, infact I am moving in the same locality, not even more than 50 metre compare to my last address. I got 5 fake promises call that they will resolve my issue today and at the last they cancelled connection itself, hahhahaha is that a joke @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Prachiti I have been more than patient and understanding in this matter . All I hear is be patient and wait , I’m paying for a service that I cannot use and at the same time facing losses due to lack of internet who is going to compensate for that . Also there are no timeline
