I have spent hours on Automated Customer Care Calls and talking to executive, also sent emails. Kindly refund my balance amount or adjust in my existing JioFiber account. I am still a customer.

  .@reliancejio @JioCare Jio network is not working properly in Vrindavan, Mathura today. Internet speed is extremely poor and calls are also getting affected. Multiple users in the area are facing the same issue. Please check the local network/tower and resolve the issue urgently.
