    @JioCare pathetic customer service.. Internet is not working since yesterday and raised ticket on 13th Nov,@6:52 pm.. Spoke with customer care and they are saying your issue will resolved by 16 Nov. How someone can wait for 3 days to resolved the issue??? Worst internet service.

    If this is what service @reliancejio are giving to such an old customer I can imagine other users what kind of service they might get from @reliancejio . Believe me @airtelindia is no better either. I believe this is because of the monopoly of these two companies.

    @JioCare , I had chosen a Prepaid fiber connection, and now it has been automatically converted to Postpaid, and now I am not being allowed to convert it to Prepaid again. Please help ASAP
