    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @JioCare since almost one month your service at my place is zero. No one to listen. No caretaker of your services. Really pathetic. Can you attend and set it right please. Give some attention

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been non-functional for the last 5 days. Despite raising a service request through the app, no service engineer has visited. Repeated calls to customer care have also not resulted in any resolution. This is extremely disappointing

    Hey! @JioCare @reliancejio The network service in my area has been really poor lately. Calls keep dropping and the internet is either very slow or doesn't work properly at all. Thought I'd share the exact location to help you check the issue. 26°24'45.4"N 92°17'05.3"E

    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but no resolution. Service Request SR00003A2DLD still shows "Assigning an Engineer." My wife works from home and is unable to work because of this outage. Please resolve this immediately.

    We paying for 200 mbps plan on xtream fibre location Hyderabad shaikpet 500008 from last month internrt not even giving 50 mbps all the time server down for maintenance or other xcuses I have postpaid planning to change into jio only for this reason @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    Day by day @reliancejio network is getting worst everywhere what shortcut method they use for 5G must be seriously investigated! They are looting people at mass scale. @PMOIndia should seriously look into this, we have no expectations from @JM_Scindia.
