    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

    @JioCare @GoI_MeitY Hello Care @DoT_India I am not able to CALL 181,helpline with your jio network. There is any problem from your side? There is not any option to write complain via jio app.

    @JioCare I want your kind attention towards this issue as I was supposed to get a refund for my jio fiber connection however I haven't got that even after the stipulated time. I talked to the customer service as well but they are not able to resolve the issue

    @AnkitChaprana24 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare Despite providing my details no one has so far contacted me to pick up the STB and for refund of my security deposit. The issue is pending since 6th July. Hoping for an early response.
