@reliancejio I have upgraded my plan to Rs 999 and I have activated the same but still 150Mbps speed not getting. Customer care told that currently two plans active on my account 399 and 999. Please deactivate old plan from my account.

@reliancejio I want to upgrade my 30mbps plan to 150mbps and as per the suggestion from customer care I did the recharge of RS999 and activate the new plan but it is still showing currently two plans are active and speed is still 30mbps this ridiculous.

@JioCare @Rasu4thalapathi I've tried it several times. Now I'm tired. The only hyperactive section of jio telecom is @JioCare , how they act like the problem will be solved in 2 minutes. But I'm requesting for 4 to 5 years yet no improvement. During peak time a WhatsApp message can't be sent. This is 4g
