@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI @rsprasad in my location weak signal now. Starting Complaint to Jio CC several times, but no use. I not get the value for my recharge. I also recharge same amount like town people but they got strong signal, i got poor signal. Rectify this issue

@JioCare @reliancejio @akshatdhingra It's really bad to see jio not caring n maintaining its Jiofibre broadband for last 96 hours. How do you work from home without internet? Its a matter of time when ur competitors r going to beat you! If this is d quality of service in Delhi!

@JioCare My Jiofiber connection was disconnected on 26 aug2021 and the device was picked on 02 sept2021 and still did not get my refund.I called customer care so many times bt they said just wait for 3-4days.Very frustrated that a big firm @JioCare provides this type of service

We're gonna think of changing our current network to new one. May be we can go @reliancejio Airtel is too much bad at our location. So there is not any probability to head to Airtel. But yes, if Airtel do install it's network site at our location, we can switch to Airtel.

@akshatdhingra @JioCare @reliancejio When they were launching within Jiofibre 2 yrs back they used to come n look into d problem within few hours but now they're not bothered! Even MTNL was giving a better service! Shame in you Jio. Never expected this from a Mukesh Ambani coy!
