    @reliancejio @JioCare You have pathetic customer care support as I called them but they were of no use to me. 1 of my family members has lost his phone with Jio sim, so the SIM needs to be blocked. Rubbish service from Jio in times of actual need.

    @JioCare Been entire day of internet blackout but no issue fix from ur end. Infact your reps didn't even bother to raise a ticket. I followed up 10 times today but jio fiber internet is still down. Wonder if it will come up tomorrow. @airtelindia pls can u help. Jio doesnt care.

    @JioCare I called customer care before I get this msg, she promised me that the device will be picked up tomorrow before afternoon- is she luring are you? You guys are playing games with customers, no coordination between your own teams. Only false promises and robotic answers. Jokers

    @reliancejio expecting bigger things from ur AGM that is going to happen today,plz destroy @airtelindia @airtelnews this company is baastard,their executive doesn’t know how to tackle the situation,moreover their airtel store is a worst store,some unprofessional work their!!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Slow connection isn't my problem. The problem is the connectivity is too freequent. Network stays only 5 minute then disappears for 10 min.I think there are some problems in the tower. Please check it. We students are suffering a lot from this. (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare when I don't recharge uh beg day and night to recharge. And when I recharge Ur network sucks. So next time you call me to recharge get ready to listen some good words.

    @JioCare Unfortunately the area n apartment has AirTel broadband Network. My home town has jio and i am expressly happy with quick service, installation and activation unlike useless @Airtel_Presence broadband service levels.

    Looks like jio doesnt care about there customers.Already complained too many times but till now my slow internet speed is not solved by jio..No improvement..Jio is disgusting...jio doesnt take complaints seriously @JioCare
