    I booked @reliancejio fibernet connection on 2-Aug & clearly told the agent that installation will be done in morning hours only. He agreed for installation on 3-Aug but still waiting for technician for installation. Please cancel my request and refund the money. @JioCare

    @JioCare In 3 days 3 different support agents have taken up my case and yet nothing is remotely even started. All they have managed to do so far is ask the same information multiple times. I hope your agents know ho to scroll up and see the information provided by me. Red flag.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is for a daughter and has taken a Jio phone next. It's been 5 days. Still haven't received the bill. Unfortunately the phone is broken. The service center is asking for a bill. Please help!

    @reliancejio Wrong promises, delayed responses and what not. It's chaotic now to even expect you guys to actually work on customer satisfaction. It's WORK FROM HOME and you guys still care not what the customer might go through or lose.

    @reliancejio World's most cheap network is really acting cheaper in terms of service quality conectivity another Reliance communications in the making time to switch to Airtel jio is making people Maaro not jio worst network of country!! Worst connectivity
