    @reliancejio @JioCare Very pathetic service. I migrated to fiber post paid. Selected autopay but you guys didn't debit the payment automatically. And now I have been charged late payment charges. Called customer care but every time they hung up on me.

    @JioCare @smartcityfbd Shameful for jio that even after raising concern on public platform jio has done nothing for resolving problem..now people can imagine the level of customer service by jio..don't recommend jiofiber to anyone....useless jio service
