    @JioCare I'm trying to get a Jio Fiber connection since a month. The poles have been set-up then why the delay? No jio customer support number for non jio numbers. The live chat doesn't even connect for non jio numbers. How do I raise a complaint for not getting a Jio Fiber connection?

    @reliancejio @JioCare why the hell are you charging me for internet if you are not providing it? Before 6 months the customer care said jio doesn't have network coverage and today also the same? Kindly work on the issue ASAP or return my money?

    @reliancejio Jiofiber provides the worst services in Tripura. Network down is a daily event now. They don't even try to come up with a new excuse every time.

    @JioCare one of the worst service provider in telecom sector no resolution of service even I paid more than actual bill amount but the service are barred due to non payment of bill and customer care is pathetic no knowledge no resolution and service request says resolved pathetic

    @JioCare Please check from your side. The whole state is facing the same issue and you are asking for my service id. Every Jiofiber customer experience network down every damn day, and you are pretending that you have no knowledge of it.

    @JioCare Jio stupid ppl ******** cheaters rouges my box is not delivered yet. I placed the request on Tuesday and it’s pending since then. Customer service can’t cancel the request. I don’t care I want the request should be cancelled. Madar chods return my money back

    @JioCare : I am not able to make or receive calls with my jio number. I logged complaint SR000015ZZWT for the same but closed with resolution. I called to jio care 198, but No support. Is this the way jio treatment customer? Worst experience.
