    @JioCare raised SR000012ZR5K on Monday. Till date no update. Today when I call customer care, the agent says your back end team rejected this SR. There is no solution provided to me. Today new SR, SR0000130TJ7. Agent prefers cancelling connection than connecting to manager!

    I want my payment refund immediately, it has been more than 2days @reliancejio my jio fibre is yet to installed at Rawalpora #Srinagar Sales executive is saying coz of bad weather we can't install Jio. This is not the service which we expect.@JioCare

    @AmbaniTina Mam facing very slow speed in jio. Can you please ask Anil sir to restart reliance communication as @JioCare is very pathatic and frustating to use . Facing issue from last 6 month no one bother in jio. Its request to restart relaince communication and shutdown jio @anmol_ambani

    The worst service is provided by reliance jio in our area. Jio is providing no service but cheating at all. Neither phone call nor internet service work properly. Specifically internet service is worst. Hope reliance jio will take up the matter for better service.@reliancejio
