    @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of service is this?? It's brand new router and not even one month completed and 4 times it got a problem and now the router is offline. I did mobile recharge of 200 again for internet, who will pay this and still my router is offline

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please stop sending automated replies and address the actual issue—my installation has been repeatedly rescheduled. I need a confirmed installation date and time, not another generic response.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio Support, I booked a new JioHome connection and completed the required KYC and payment. However, it has been 2 days, and the installation has still not been completed. I have also not received any call or communication from the installation team.

    @reliancejio @JioCare repeatedly—via email, WhatsApp,Twitter, the MyJio app, and phone calls—over a span of nearly eight or nine months without receiving a permanent solution from the Jio team. That is why, about a month ago, I switched to an Airtel SIM; the network coverage has been good so far.

    @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio I fully support this. I don't even need mobile data at work or at home since I have wifi so always have data left end of the day.

    @JM_Scindia bhaiya internet provider ki service Bht kharab hai yearly paisa leke they don’t listen our complain . Especially @JioCare please make law so that grivenence can be taken up seriously.
