    Dear @reliancegroup @RILretail @reliancejio ,I returned a product purchased in Ajio (return ID- RT59926540),they initiated my refund on 7thMar2022 but still I haven't got my refund credited in my bank,I had been following this issue with Ajio for 3 weeks & they are deceiving me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Poor service by jio fiber,then I decided to Uninstall the connection,before Uninstallation I call customer care but issue is not resolved soo I Uninstallated but they promise to pay refund amount of 2500 but I got only 1700,,poor n fraud

    Hi @JioCare, I have been complaining about the poor network for over a year now but am astounded at the callousness of customer care. It looks like as a company you have zero empathy for your customers. Making one last attempt, are you interested in knowing the issue I am facing?

    @tataplayfiber never take their service in pune if you working from home. Constant disconnections and also no response in customer care high resolution tat worst service provider @reliancejio is much better
