@reliancejio If they pick up device in 30 days, Reliance will have to pay full refund of Rs.2500. After 30 days refund will be only Rs.1500. So Rs. 1000 saved per customer without giving any services. So if in a month 1000 customers cancel services, amount comes rs.10lacs

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged for 365 days Jio Plan than too not able to Log in on @DisneyPlusHS , Jio Customer Care said u recharged 1 month advance so will not get facility, Rs2599 plan Recharge Done, Full Payment Paid Than Too Why Jio Denay the Benefits ??
