Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare very bad service I had apply jio gigafiber DLF Phase 3 gurugram 7days before yesterday when I check status my order canceled without any reason of cancellation. Now I have to chase u guys for refund. Excellent service you guys are giving.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am having a Jio fiber connection and it's not working since last night called several times to ur cusrm care, every time they informed that in 2 hrs service will be resumed it's more than 12 hrs now still waiting for ur service. Horrible service experience

@JioCare Hey Jio we are not looking for cheap\low cost packages. We need uninterrupted service and the bandwidth you offers. I work for US and UK clients if your service goes down daily even for few mins I'm impacted. Pls c is there way this can be stopped,We works for 99.99 %SLA
