Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

SuchAworst network speed ever, unable to send a msg in WhatsApp @reliancejio.I'm facing this network speed issue from an year,i contacted ur feedback team stating my problem they simply said they will improve but nothing changed Ithink it's time to change my network @JioCare

@JioCare I had already complaint earlier, bt no use, they showed me different ways how data is used in background apps, bt i hardly use any app. Data चोरी हो रहा है। And this is it. Ur team needs to do something,otherwise u wl loose customers Bcz nwdays evry1 z aware,u guys can't fool us

@JioCare JIO fiber is making fool of customer. I got the jio fiber connection with 3 months plan. On 3rd month itself its asking for payment. Then customer rep said its advance payment. Now by asking him only I changed my plan on 5th Sep and paid advance but still its asking bill

2/2 you said you have not received it yet. This is very bad experience i am facing been a regular and old consumer can't expect this from @JioCare @reliancejio . Either refund my amount or provide me the service's. Otherwise have to complaint.

@JioCare I have shared all details twice in this month. You just sleep and I will leave all three jio connections very soon via MNP. Customer grievance is just a joke for u. I have never observed such cheap customer service. Net speed THE WORST Call connectivity THE WORST
