    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare As per your team, the issue was expected to be resolved within 48 hours, but I have not received any update since then. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to continue following up. I kindly request that you arrange to collect your device and process a refund at the earliest.

    @JioCare Same issue, 0 service, 0 concern, 0 support. Time I loop in senior management of Jio. You people are pathetic. 3rd class service. How dare you take advance payment for 3 months and provide 0 support for 3rd class service? You should be sued in court.

    @JioCare Despite repeated complaints and escalation to higher teams, my issue is still unresolved. I want to speak directly with a senior authority. Arrange a call with your higher management immediately. This delay is unacceptable. @TRAI please intervene. SR0000330JK9

    @reliancejio hi my pincode is 143111 when there is no electicity there are no service because your tower have not any generator backup please fix it

    I have complained repeatedly about Jio service, they always say that it will be solved in 24 hours but it never happens. I am a student, how can I bear such a loss. Please solve this.And you want to recharge for Rs 349 and use 5G unlimited, please solve @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I recently contacted for jio air fiber. Which has been installed 200 mtr away from my home. I have 5 contacts of the jio installation team but no one takes the call.. very poor service, time to rethink it seems.
