The speed is so bad that I had to wait 5 minutes for this tweet to post. @reliancejio @JioCare I even restarted my mobile, turned on and off the airplane mode. Tried every troubleshooting way yet no result. Your in-app customer support is also of no use. #jiodown #nointernet

@JioCare I am waiting form 2 years. Just pay the money paid till date for service and a special damages for such a long period harassment or ask state or national manager to talk to me directly as all are avoiding me. Means jio is at fault. None of responsible person spoken

@JioCare @reliancejio Lately i see lot of issues of customer from past days. Check your Twitter handle. Is this way you keep on rescheduling. From past 4 days it's been rescheduled 4 times a day and I have wasted 4 hours a day from past 4 days. Do you guy's even reliaze?

@JioCare Dear Karuna, the installation team and the booking team in our Thalagattapura area are horrible to work. In the same building in my house they damaged my Showcase and they did not say even sorry. They are very unprofessional too
