    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    The most pathetic customer service is of @JioCare @reliancejio my parents live alone and since more than 24 hours wifi is not working despite all rubbish steps to follow on the app. I scheduled a visit for 10am today morning and they themselves reschedule it to 3.30pm .#jiosucks

    @JioCare Check DM. Sent you everything needed. If any shame left, take some serious actions and fix this. Whole social media and other competitors r watching u and ur solution. If u people have guts and honesty, When fixed, announce it here, I will confirm it.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working for the past 4 days. I have already raised a complaint through the MyJio app, but there has been no response or resolution yet. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor service.
