    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio the least you could have done, in case of any technical issue is to inform the customer. If you cannot help, kindly refund the payment which was done for 6months in advance. Extremely disappointed!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare customer care advisior Ms. Priyanka even said she's doing work from home and hence cannot connect to anyone or ask anyone else for help. Is this the kind of people you are appointing for customer's help? She said it will happen soon.
