    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Priyanka, in last 2+ month all I heard many SR in process, will resolved at the earliest. I got 0 refund resolution in months. Can u guarantee today I will receive refund if not U will pay? U won't cuz u know it. U guys fooling me, in urgent time doing such is a shame

    @JioCare @JioCare I’m shocked by how clueless ur agents are. Read the actual issue:my plan was changed without my consent or any prior notice. Coz of this unauthorized move,I lost my Netflix & Amazon Prime access. Stop giving generic replies & get someone who can actually read to fix this

    Seriously. It's crazy how zomato/swiggy can connect with 1000s of delivery personnel to resolve customer issue yet Jio customer care is helpless and don't even have anyway to communicate or contact the on ground enggineers. @JioCare @reliancejio
