    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio's service is becoming useless day by day, Airtel's better network is coming to it in rural areas. If it continues like this then it will take a long time to switch from Jio to Airtel, better than this, 2G era was better.

    disgusting and pathatic service is given by @JioCare your jio fibre team is doing wrong commitments at the time of getting connection but once they get the amount they start telling that they have forgotten to tell the clauses.

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio SR00001FV8J0 jio fiber is down for past two days still no Enginner has come to fix it. Please resolve at earliest. Poor customer service.

    @JioCare Again the Jio signal has weakened at my location. Im getting full signal with @airtelindia inspite of cyclone hit but not with Jio

    @JioCare even after 1 month into the launch jio 5g connect is very poor and the call keeps drop and the speed of internet is pathetic. When try to reach the 198 customer care number they say that they can only take feedback and not complaint.. Very poor service.
