    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    Total outage on @JioCare JioFiber for over 48 hours now. Ground team says it’s a "local tower issue" but there’s zero urgency to fix it. WFH is completely stalled and kids are missing online school due to pathetic network reception. Fix this ASAP!

    @JioCare Since then we were calling him and he blocked us and mentioned that there is no slot available and moreover didn't close the complaint from the backend so that we can file a new one...the person who visited us today he found the slot in 1 min that clearly indicates he ws lying

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio my wifi is not working since yesterday. Customer care says it will start working in 30mins, which never seems to be happening. I am paying every single day for your services that aren't working. Need immediate intervention.

    @airtelindia @JioCare They must change entire staff and deploy skilled folks. Otherwise slowly folks will shift. Ridiculous and arrogant customer service.

    Since 2nd July, @JioCare @reliancejio still hasn't fixed a basic mobile data issue. This isn't network maintenance anymore—it's a masterclass in inefficiency.
