    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Still no resolution, got promise that engineer will visit today but nobody came. Broadband is still dead. Called customer care they were very casual and said that slot for tomorrow booked for 6 pm without asking me. This is very bad service from Jio Fiber.

    @reliancejio My jio is poor app.If I don't find what I want there's no provision to get clarification. YOU SEND promotional info for fiber with 4K set top box I don't see any such info.when I contact I get all unwanted info and noway to speak to someone

    @reliancejio worst internet speed . Very high pings (200ms) . I made wrong decision by switching to jio from airtel. Even though airtel rates are high but they deliver best service. # jio is worst.

    @JioCare I'm not able to get jio fiber service while our neighbour societies enjoying it. We have requested many times. Nothing happened. Kindly do something
