    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio This is honestly a pathetic customer experience from a reputed giant like Jio. Your team acknowledged my complaint and said they would assist me via DM, but there has been no response or resolution even after 2+ days.

    @JioCare Hi mam this is 15th time I am saying I am facing issue in 6pm to 10pm everyday. As I am working on US north america shift this timing is very important to me. Kindly help me. Tell me how many months I need to wait to fix this issue. It's already 20days issue not resolved. @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want my money back. On 25th August I booked my jiohome connection and I am still waiting for the installation. I can’t wait anymore. I want my money else I will file formal complaint.

    @JioCare Last 4 days I don't use my office internet after paying you.. This problem I faced last months almost even local service engineer informed already to manager related this that what the main problem behind it....But upper not taking this seriously he provides only short solution

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/4 I contacted customer care and was told it would be resolved within 3 days. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

    Unacceptable service from @jiocare @reliancejio. Connection surrender requested on 5 July 2026 due to relocation. Despite two cancellation SRs (SR00003AL4ER & SR00003DTM1L), no action has been taken over 55+ days later. #TelecomGrievance #JioAirFiber @ConsumerGriev

    @JioCare also tried to mail but i all get in reply is a system generated email. how the hell am I supposed to reach to an agent or even raise a service request. such pathetic service by jio. @JioCare
