    Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    An area outage from @reliancejio has stopped their fiber service for more than 10 hours. They do not know when it'll get resolved and have no mechanism to compensate their aggrieved customers. Have raised a complaint with TRAI. Is this the future of consumer redressal?#badservice

    My @reliancejio prepaid no. current running plan is of 199 & 1.5GB & valid till 13-Apr. My no. was recharged on 25.03.21 with Rs.329 for 84 days but i want to replace it with Rs.549 for 84 days. Pls help.

    @JioCare When will be the slow internet issue will be resolved? Calling the customer care for nearly 2 months. They are saying temporary issue temporary issue. If you can't cater large users then why the hell you are selling sim? #SLOWINTERNET #JIOWORST

    @JioCare There is some problem in the @SonyLIV app on Android TV. While playing LIV originals as it finishes one episode and moves to the next, it doesn't start playing from the beginning but jumps to the last 3-4 mins. Have to manually rewind to 00:00. This is on Jio set top box
