Such a worst network @reliancejio . Past couple of years I had been continuouslycontacting#jiofeedback and telling them to improve there network speed in my area but nothing has changed and even it gone to worse now So much #disappointed #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The service request slot is booked from 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM today. As of now no one has turned up to attend my Complaint. This is disappointing and a harassment. I am unable to do my office work due to your repeated poor service.

@JioCare @reliancejio Also my internet connection is not stable. My vpn gets disconnected every 5 mins. Can you get this checked at the earliest?? I have called customer care numerous times but the call gets disconnected while repoting the issue. Never got acknowledgement of my complain.

@JioCare I have received a sms where mentioned that refund of 500 has been initiated for jiofiber.But it should be 1500 as i didn't recharge any plan and while installation & jio service executive mentioned that security will be refunded if you didn't recharge after trial plan.
