I urge people not to use @reliancejio @JioCare as they are failed to provide signals even in prime centre of the Smart Cities of India. They are not in a position to assure by when they can rectify the issue. And no compensation is provided for lost of Money because of recharge

I actually went 2 buy battery 4 jiofi m2s but reliance digital guy suggested me 2 buy new device as battery is not available. To my surprise jiofi jmr815 new device is very bad.. V. v. poor Wi-Fi signal. Pls refund my money back @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The worst customer support! Was getting SMS about subscription renewal charges, called support & they said ignore SMS. Next bill had extra charges, called support & asked them to fix it before bill due date (20/4). No update and account suspended on 24/4. #jiocare #jio
