    @JioCare Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

    @JioCare @reliancejio : Dear Team we are using ILL of 1GBps and accepted by your team we got dual input but whenever one link is down whole internet is down. I think your ppl don’t know the meeting of dual input.

    @JioCare such a worst service I never seen. My recharge validity was going to complete on next 2days and from last 2days continue calls and messages for every hour. Is that necessary to remind such service and for every outgoing call it will 20sec of reminder msg. Worst service

    @JioCare This is Goutham from Visakhapatnam, We are unable to register a complaint about JioGigaFiber connection for past 5 hours, The Customer Care number would direct us only to a Automated Voice Response system where there is no option to register a new complaint. Please help.

    @JioCare Hi team, Net work issue, After a several times of complaints no use, In our home town premises even one point of signel was not getting, Address details- AP, VISAKHAPATNAM, KANCHARAPALEM POST, ASIVANIPALEM AREA, NEAR ASHOKAPARK COLONY, 530008.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani you jio fibre network is dead slow, customer support is so pathetic, stb box your ppl not able to configure and speed its dam slow, plz look into this aspect and get it rectified at the earliest.

    @airtelindia serice is Worst service two days before automatic shut my sim. So I went to airtel office they giving answer I really shocked. They straight forward take new sim and its will cost ₹100. I thing better port airtel to @reliancejio

    I actually went 2 buy battery 4 jiofi m2s but reliance digital guy suggested me 2 buy new device as battery is not available. To my surprise jiofi jmr815 new device is very bad.. V. v. poor Wi-Fi signal. Pls refund my money back @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare i have raise the complain yesterday for my jio fiber connection issue, as engineer visit was scheduled for today to fix that but after multiple calls that didn’t happen today and just received an update that appointment has been fixed for tomorrow,this is not good.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I am facing a wire cut problem since 1 month. I had made several complaints but till now I didn't get any solution. Even till now no one visited at my place. I was also calling some of the representatives but they also stopped replying.

    @ConsumerHelp_ Thank you for highlighting this. This issue is regarding Jio AirFiber order NO0001D2FZ24 (24 April). ₹3332.46 paid but installation still pending. No response from Jio via calls, IVR or email. Request urgent intervention.@JioCare @reliancejio Kindly respond.

    @JioCare Since April 21, we have consistently been asked to wait without any clear progress. We are repeatedly being told to be patient, but there seems to be no visible action. We expect employees to actively work on resolving the issue rather than causing prolonged delays.
