    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team, I'm facing network issues I.e call's are getting freeze within 2-3 minutes while on the call. Coming to Data speeds, it's a nightmare to download any content from Internet through Jio. Kindly don't send me Copy Paste templates as resolution.

    @JioCare I am Unable to recharge my jiofiber prepaid plan. I keep getting the message : "our systems are not responding , please try again later" The customer care is also extremely unreachable and not at all useful. Please help .

    @JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

    @Themoodyfellash @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio @Idea I tell u do not opt for Jio the internet speed is like damn slow wen u contact all the tell u is traffic is high and that would never b resolved cross connection no proper signal I would suggest u to try @Airtel_Presence its much much better

    @JioCare Waiting for a year now. But don't see any signs of getting fiber connection any time soon, probably bcz of low demand. You are giving connections only if there are enough customers in the area, that's the only thing slowing down the service expansion.

    @JioCare Being top 5th Brand you are providing such a bad customer support. Which doesn't make any sense. I am facing an issue regarding my jio sim card but no solution from customer support. They are ending the call . And some are staying silence without answering. This is not good

    After one day and replying to Shashank also, it seems that problem won't rectify. I know it won't make much difference by loosing one customer but it all starts with one. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already spoke with your executive and he said the network coverage cannot be rectified in my area in coming 6 months...so moving to another network.

    @JioCare This is Goutham from Visakhapatnam, We are unable to register a complaint about JioGigaFiber connection for past 5 hours, The Customer Care number would direct us only to a Automated Voice Response system where there is no option to register a new complaint. Please help.

    @JioCare Hi team, Net work issue, After a several times of complaints no use, In our home town premises even one point of signel was not getting, Address details- AP, VISAKHAPATNAM, KANCHARAPALEM POST, ASIVANIPALEM AREA, NEAR ASHOKAPARK COLONY, 530008.

    This is ridiculous from the @JioCare . This is not been the first time I was facing this issue. The network is horrible, there is no net signals here in the city of #visakhapatnam also. Whenever I spoke with the CC, they told that there is a lot of users in your area since 2019.

    @reliancejio For last one week no internet connective thru JIO Fibre in Pandurangapuram Visakhapatnam AP due to damage to underground cable and no Jio techie team working to resolve the issue while Airtel team is so active.Poor service by JIO. Hope they respond 9925879979

    @airtel broadband is worst and irritating. Lots of problems and interruptions. Looking for @reliancejio Fibre. But unfortunately it is not available in the area. Better to go for @APFiberNet, which is cheap and best among these private ones.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have paid 1500 rupees on 8th Sep for the installation of jio fiber for my home. The jio executive said 'installation will be done in 3-4 hours' but still we are waiting for installation team from 4 days. The execution team response is bad. Return my money

    @JioCare STB freezes in standby. Remote and STB LED stop responding until power reboot. STB and remote replaced (SR00002L9TI6,SR00002LOLRI), but issue persists. New complaint: SR000038NWYH. Please escalate and provide latest white STB instead of repeated refurbished swaps.
