    @JioCare Hi team, Net work issue, After a several times of complaints no use, In our home town premises even one point of signel was not getting, Address details- AP, VISAKHAPATNAM, KANCHARAPALEM POST, ASIVANIPALEM AREA, NEAR ASHOKAPARK COLONY, 530008.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani you jio fibre network is dead slow, customer support is so pathetic, stb box your ppl not able to configure and speed its dam slow, plz look into this aspect and get it rectified at the earliest.

    @JioCare No jio iam apology for choosing your service and keep on asking you from 2 weeks. Actually iam not aware this much delay& inconvenience will happen, if it was I never choose u. My patience is over just cancel my order, u can't do my work. Your are very irresponsible

    @JioCare Thanks for your prompt response sir, because of Airtel poor signal I’m using Jio Fibre since 2020 and I’m very much happy with that. Let me give a last chance to @airtelindia to respond if not I’ll start porting myself, my family members & entire area to JIO

    @reliancejio not only run for Raising funds and selling shares even you need be serious about cust service, Network issue nd retaining customers. Pathetic network at Vizag Sujathanagar, AP. But ur team says live with it, Nodal officer absconding since May 7th as there is no reply

    @JioCare when I called your customer support regarding call drops and network issue, they suggested me to use wifi calling. Then why should I continue to use your network?? Is this the correct response?? Wifi calling is also available on other networks.

    @JioCare @MuzammilMo66334 You’re worried about the refund. @JioCare executive lied to me that my AirFiber plan will get activated once I make the payment. And now it’s still not activated. They are only interested in receiving money. Not providing the service or refunds unfortunately.

    Jio is doing nothing but harassing customers. Since May 1, I’ve been requesting them to remove the STB plan uncountable times, but there’s still no resolution, only new dates and excuses. Even the technician says he has no information. Pathetic service. @JioCare @TRAI @MIB_India

    @JioCare My internet works perfectly, but the router dashboard continues to show a Red X for 'Accounting'. Please escalate this to Tier-2 network engineers to manually push the voice configuration file to my router's MAC address. please fix the backend profile binding!

    @JioCare Day 11 without JioFiber service. JioCare's response has been a masterclass in excuses, delays, and zero accountability. Since resolving the issue seems beyond your capabilities, I am now seriously considering taking this matter to the Consumer Court.

    @JioCare @dot Having poor network coverage at my home location. Call quality is very bad call drop connecting issue no internet access is major prob ..pls look into it without giving lame excuses that it's temporary congestion...
