    @JioCare There are 500 people living in my dormitory and new people come every month, here Jio's network does not come, because of this everyone gets SIM ported. If you think this is all a lie then you can look at my location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare service sucks so much my phone got rejected on 8/9/2021 and today it has been 20 days still my jio phone refend have not been processed and i bought a new phone on 10/9/2021 it got activated within a day and refund process is taking months from worli store

    @JioCare No internet since 19th Sep. Lodged a service req. on 19th itself (SR000016Q176). Was promised a resolution in 24hrs. Followed up again on 21st Sep & again a promise of 24hrs. Followed up again today, same story. @reliancejio What’s the definition of customer service?
