    @JioCare There are 500 people living in my dormitory and new people come every month, here Jio's network does not come, because of this everyone gets SIM ported. If you think this is all a lie then you can look at my location.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio team, I switched from VI to Jio with hope that to get better network but disappointed. People are unable to call me and call drop while making outgoing call. Do u hv any fix or switching from Jio would be last option..

    @abhish18 @JioCare You are lucky but my Jio fiber net is down since Saturday. Problem not addressed yet rather Jio sent a message on their own that 'as per your request photograph is not taken of the work done at location'. Quite Embarrassing. Also DMed screenshot of message to @JioCare

    @JioCare I already DM with all details what details you need now, it was told by your customer service it will be resolved by 9PM it's now 7:40 PM, I am sure by 9 PM this will not resolve will see what explanation will be given after that.
