    @JioCare There are 500 people living in my dormitory and new people come every month, here Jio's network does not come, because of this everyone gets SIM ported. If you think this is all a lie then you can look at my location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio AirFiber is not working for the last 3 days. There is no internet connection at all. Every time I call customer care, the call gets disconnected after entering my AirFiber number with the same message that a network issue is being resolved in my area.

    @JioCare The support team called this morning and said technician will visit in 1 hour but still nobody came to fix. The call feature is not working on the app too.

    @JioCare My service request is kept on hold from 2 days where I’m unable to call technician. When I called customer service they don’t have answer nor timeline by when it will be resolved. Truly disappointing and worst experience.

    Hii, I made the payment and kyc was done for my jio airfiber on Wednesday morning but neither installation is done nor I received any call or sms for the installation schedule. Did not expect such worst service from jio. ORN No. NO0001DPA1U2 Location - Dombivli @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi, I ordered a new SIM card on 26th May and this would be the third connection of Jio at home. But till now no one has delivered the SIM and 3 calls made to the Jio Care has not changed the situation. Order number is NO00015F4KLT Please help to expedite
