    @JioCare There are 500 people living in my dormitory and new people come every month, here Jio's network does not come, because of this everyone gets SIM ported. If you think this is all a lie then you can look at my location.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Jio care /customer support repeatedly replied same from last 1 year but no one able to resolve the matter till yet.. I already recharged annual plan. Next time I will go to other isp except jio.. Bogus/poor/pathetic service at all....

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the handling of my JioFiber refund. Order ID: NO0001DM32TS . Despite cancelling the order and receiving SR No. SR000037ZH1B, I have still not received my refund of ₹2221. No installation or active service was ever provided.

    @JioCare Please upgrade the nearest Jio tower to 5G in Kerkera, Karanjia, Mayurbhanj, Odisha-757037. More than 15 users have already complained through customer care, but network and internet speed are still poor. Kindly conduct a network survey and improve coverage. #Jio5G

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, the Jio network problem in remains unresolved. Internet service is not working properly, data speed is extremely slow, frequent disconnections. This is causing daily inconvenience to customers please take immediate action and fix the issue urgently.

    I am writing to inform you that I will be porting my number to Airtel due to persistent network issues in the 590019 pincode area of Hanuman Nagar, Belagavi. If u want me to stay in jio kindly improve ur network before it get ported @JioCare

    @JioCare Your next few day will never end . I heard many times from your side from 1 year means 365 days still no resolution found regarding slow 🐌 internet.

    @JioCare Has the one of the Worst Customer Services Since Yesterday night there is no Internet and when Contacted Customer Care they only speak hindi and they can't understand the problem clearly and They Scheduled a Visit for Monday when we have WFH today. Day Wasted.
