  @JioCare More than 1 month now. Problem still remains unresolved. Now @JioCare don't even reply to my post/DM. Kudos to @JioCare for such a HORRIBLE, PATHETIC service. I highly recommend all of you TO NOT 🚫 TRY/ SWITCH to JIO. They don't care about their customers

  @JioCare Are you out of your mind? I applied for a jio fiber and made a payment but the installation is not possible on my location so please cancel my request for jio aur fiber and refund my money!!!!

  Pathetic experience from Jio, no resolution yet, you guys just create appointments, requests and close it yourself, there is no way to contact customer care, at least confirm you cannot I'll switch to another service provider. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Jiofiber WiFi has been down since 2 days & I’m only getting repeated automated ETA messages with changing timelines. No proper support or clear update, and my work is getting impacted. If this isn’t resolved urgently, I’ll discontinue Jio and switch to Airtel wifi.
