@JioCare There are 500 people living in my dormitory and new people come every month, here Jio's network does not come, because of this everyone gets SIM ported. If you think this is all a lie then you can look at my location.

@JioCare Whenever we try to raise an issue, the live chat feature says all executives are busy, y can't you guys call back the customer when executives get free,y do we have to again go through the process again and again to lodge a service request....

@JioCare I have been facing issues since yesterday morning and was able to get a response only yesterday evening when luckily the customer service executive were free and they said there is outage in my area and will be restored in 4 hours', the same was not restored neither communicated
