  @JioCare Navin, any update on SR00003BM2X1 you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏

  @JioCare Already dmed you before but your escalation desk said that we can't do anything and the moment I tell them about problem they disconnect the call. Everytime it's same theory.

  @JioCare I'm facing a network error where I'm unable to use the internet on 5g even though I have an active 5g plan which covers unlimited 5g data usage. Secondly it runs on 4g and even on 4g unable to do a single google search

  @JioCare I have recharged my jio number with Airtel app. It was successful , but was never able to make calls or use data .Looks like it was successfully deducted money but not reacharged.
