    Hello @JioCare The Jio Fiber is down at my location (Okkiyampet Thuraipakkam -Chennai) for past 2 days. I have contacted the support, raised tickets but no response. Since I have subscribed for Jio TV, it impacts my WFH & entertainment too. If this continues extend my validity.

    @JioCare @DoT_India The advisor name was Nithin. This is the way jio customer care speaks and company has no control on their employees. They directly say that there will be no improvement and customers can port out. Please take a strict action on this advisor.
