@JioCare @reliancejio I got a call from JIoCare at 6:54 pm that both at 1 pm and 6 pm service requests has been put on hold as it was conveyed from the service engineer that customer was not available at home, which is a blatant lie, and the concerned person from JioCare inquired me about that and assured me that strict action will be taken against the service engineer and also told me to leave the complaint in mail, and once again service request was raised (Request ID: SR00003CB4NJ) & the other service request (ID: SR00002MV9QQ) is still open. Service was rescheduled for Monday 27th July, 2026 (today) from 10 am - 11 am slot on Request ID: SR00003CB4NJ and assigned engineer was again Mr. Mahendra Patel.

@JioCare All you guys need is intent to help, support and resolve customer issue. I could have turned upside down if any customer is following that much as i am for very simple task, its not some complicated or very technical issue so you need time, all you need is one call, pathetic.

Spent 20 minutes on customer care—15 minutes on hold. I repeatedly asked to speak to a senior, only to be told after the wait that no senior was available. An engineer was confirmed multiple times but never turned up, and no one could explain why. Disappointing service @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Services of Jiofibre is poor and substandard.Customercare number is not user friendly nor the chat through the App. It is far better to switch over to some other service provider.
