    @JioCare From last 21 days i am pleading for the installation and now for refund. Your team member fooled me by taking 2200 in cash and paying 1200 for my booking. This will surely not help jio to build their customer base. Please do the needful so that i can get my 2200 cash back. Plz

    @JioCare what a third rate wifi service provider you people are running.Its been more than 3 weeks now for me to put in my re-installation request but none of your agent executive/technician has come or called up to reinstall the wifi.

    @JioCare There is no temporary issues , its a permanent issue. Replace drop cable . And dont send the same person . Still from 3 days there is no internet.

    @JioCare @JioCare Rebooting & diagnostics have been done multiple times The issue is recurring for months & gets temporarily fixed when technician comes but reoccurs again. Kindly escalate it beyond basic troubleshooting & provide a permanent solution instead of repeated temporary fixes.

    @JioCare Final notice. JioFiber was never installed due to no port availability (confirmed by your engineer). Service was never activated. This is a service failure from your side, not a customer disconnection. Your policy does not apply. (1/2)
