    Paid for JioFiber Max, but installation couldn't be done due to weak signal in my area. Your representative promised a refund within 3 days. It's been over a week, and now I'm being asked to wait another 15–20 days. Kindlyprocess my refund ASAP. @JioCare

    @JioCare airfiber 778721290003 discontinued from 27 may & I raised requests for relocation. Till the date no one came to pick up the device from the old address and I've raised the issue multiple times. Now I've left that place so no more my responsibility.
