  I request @JioCare to provide a permanent resolution instead of repeatedly closing complaints without resolving them. I also request @TRAI and @GoI_MeitY to look into this matter and ensure that telecom consumers receive the quality of service they are paying for.

  @JioCare Not fair at all just because of your incapability to repair the issue within 24 hours customers are suffering and you are saying you can't even compensate??? If I wouldn't have recharged for entire 6 month I would have switched to some other network. Very disappointing services

  Extremely disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio. I completed my SIM port reques online on 2 July, but I still haven't received my physical SIM. Worst service jio😡

  @thvspeaks I'm on 5G, but it's not really 5G. I barely get a few Mbps from @JioCare even with premium plans. But yeah, it's a bit faster than my old 4G. No idea when they'll fix it. Plus, most of the time, I can't hear or the other person can't hear me on calls.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Not assigned any engineer for the scheduled Service request raised for 05-JULY-2026 6 PM. Waste of customer time and facing same issue multiple times. Every time customer have to face problems. Very pathetic service.
