    Really pissed off with the service of @JioCare. Constantly following up for a new JioFiber connection but the installation has been getting delayed for the last 15 days.local WiFi is already messed up bcz of the rainy season and mobile data everyday is becoming frustrating now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio broadband connection has been so unstable. You assure a 99.9% uptime but clearly you do not adhere to your SLAs! Connectivity has been down all day and it now says it would be fixed at 3AM in the morning. #customerservice #customerownership

    @reliancejio No internet for the last 7 days! Everyday @reliancejio team just gives a new ETA for the next day with zero resolution. Even the Appellate Authority isn't taking action. Terrible service and absolute lack of accountability. Fix this ASAP! #JioCare #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio abhi morning me kaam start Kiya to internet hi nhi chal raha I am WFH ..bataao connectivity nhi rahegi to kaise kaam krunga ..even government is also saying but after make ng regular payment you are not able to give proper service
