    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been facing the issue of water leaking from my fibre optic cabel ! Note it's dripping from inside the wire at the connection point to the wifi router adapter! Have raised complaint a month ago in app they sent a accepted msg and no one came !

    Jio don't do installation for my house the last 48 hrs is the worst as there is no internet @JioCare no correct answer is given just say "we are sorry" "hum apki complain samajh rahe hain" doesn't work everytime if there is no solution

    @JioCare Again wifi is not working since afternoon Shut down your business.. local internet service providers are doing better job than you I want you to come and pick up your stuff from my home.. customers service sucks.. not able to talk to any human.. machines cant handle queries

    @JioCare @JioCare Priyanka, Ishveen, Durgesh, how many more of customer reps left for false promises. @jagograhakjago take a note, 60+ hours on inaction after taking advance payment for 18months plan.

    @JioCare Internet is not working for the past 3 days citing external outage. Jio works in the next block. I can't reach out to customer care. An automated voice informs that there's an outage and disconnects the call. The app based help desk is pathetic. Please help solve this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 10 working days have passed with no refund—only repeated “wait a few days” replies. Please process my refund immediately. If it isn’t credited by tomorrow, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and pursue the matter before the Consumer Commission. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am a very old user of Jio fibre..Facing issue with Jio fiber service everyday..your technicians suggested to change the router..but when I try to complain regarding this matter and spoke to the customer care they were so reluctant and non cooperative..
