    @JioCare @SantoshManish4 Jio plans are cheaper but looking at it's problem solving attitude u better not opt for it. They never solve network issue only provide excuses. They have more connections but less coverage. Nd they r bad at improving their coverage

    @reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw Any specific reason for giving 5G to Varanasi, Nathdawra n Nagpur out of all the cities in India.There r other cities that require it like Ahmedabad,Gandhinagar is nt even a major hub for anything, any reason 5G not lunch in A’bad??

    Whenever raised a service request,@JioCare will close it automatically without solving the issue.keep on raising but they keep on closing the request.atleast if they refund my prepaid money will be helpful.

    Time to port out of @JioCare. Terrible network and what's more, Wi-Fi calling doesn't work. Other networks connect seamlessly with Wi-Fi calling but sadly jio doesn't.

    @JioCare How many times I have to provide the details? I am facing the issue at the same location which I have provided earlier. This not the first time I am facing this issue. From last more than one year I am facing this issue & your team is not able to resolve the same till date.

    @JioCare We need to keep big companies accountable for service they are providing for which we are paying. 3 Mn Recharge 1)Some days it dont work, slows down,even pack is there it dont work without top up. In Pune -May be other facing too Company pay money back that day-Policy Needed ?

    @JigarPota @JioCare Don't go for Jio if you want to suffer & see fraudulent behavior from Jio. I have reported complaint almost 1 month now & no one bothered to send technical engineer at home to check why broadband connection is not working. Just cheating customer by their drafted statements.
