@reliancejio customer services is very bad experience I am 2-3 times lodge complaint but they not respond only . As per 399/- plan the Commitment 30 MBPS speed but speed is very low less than 20 MBPS speed. last 28 December and I am suffering. Jio customer service is pathetic.

@JioCare @reliancejio I had recharged my number 8777017650 thrice with Rs.151 and all amount debited from my account. But the recharge is not updated and its still showing data exhausted. Very poor service. Please resolve.
