    @reliancejio customer services is very bad experience I am 2-3 times lodge complaint but they not respond only . As per 399/- plan the Commitment 30 MBPS speed but speed is very low less than 20 MBPS speed. last 28 December and I am suffering. Jio customer service is pathetic.

    @reliancejio signals in kondapur area, Hyderabad are dead weak. I'm a Jio customer since it's launch. Do u provide any solution to these kind of areas 🙏🙏🙏

    @JioCare 3 Days Has Passed And Your Team Is Too Slow. 0 Service As Compared Other Networks. I Feel I Should Switch To @Airtel_Presence Atleast They Has Good Service Around The City.

    t's been over a month now that I've been reaching out to service center @JioCare, @reliancejio to have my phone bill corrected:( My bill for 9650103334 dated Dec 21st didn't accounted for payment made on Nov 26th

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had recharged my number 8777017650 thrice with Rs.151 and all amount debited from my account. But the recharge is not updated and its still showing data exhausted. Very poor service. Please resolve.
