    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    @ViCustomerCare When you are introducing #calling bandwidth and #internet bandwidth in same band, I face lot of problems when I use internet then someone call me, My internet stucked. Plz provide same as @reliancejio

    My @jio_fiber connection 3335653840 has been down for 4 days. I’ve already complained 4 times, but every day I only get false promises of a technician visit. No support, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Fix the connection immediately. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still your team will taking time if my problem is not solved by you so tell us dimak kharab kr diya company band kr do apni service nhi de ja rhi h to har message m ye hi licka hota h ki make patience uski bhi ak limit hoti h roj problem face krni hme pd rhi h isliye hme pta h.

    @JioCare @TRAI This company is not solving my issue nor it is ready to refund if I go to disconnect my connection..please look into this..this is against the interest of the customers..

    One of the worst services from @JioCare Facing internet issues with Jio AirFiber almost every single day. Engineers have visited 5 times already. It starts working for a few hours and then the same issue happens again. Really disappointed with the service and support experience.

    @reliancejio @vodafone @VodafoneGroup If Airtel provides service, then you are not able to provide,you all taking same price. If you are unable to provide the service, then you have to give a refund to all.
