@reliancejio SR00001CR26B still open for 3rd day - if this is the efficiency now what quality of service do you promise to #JioFiber subscribers? @JioCare has standard response of resolution in next 24 hrs and those 24 hrs have not yet ended.

24 hours without internet, and no one from @reliancejio support engineer team contacted me. Its time for me to go to work and my family will be having another day without Internet. Guess time to look for @airtelindia optical fibre services now.
