    @JioCare Wire is broken outside the problem is with wire you must ask you service team to fix the wire.

    @JioCare One of the worst worst worst ever service I have experienced. None responds with action plan rather saying we will look into it. Let me know the process to exit I can’t take it up anymore.. Be like this and soon will be in table bottom of customer base. Let me know exit process

    @rajeshmehtavpci @reliancejio Yes we are here to give us 2G speed in respect of 4G recharge payment,trai and present gov can't take action on us.we are here to buy gov psu and loot indian consumers.many users facing same problem from many months still they can't do anything to us.we are pure bussiness men's.

    @JioCare hi recently I have ported my no to jio in post paid. But every day my services got disconnected ..I called customer care but they did not registered my complain. So can you plz register my complain or should I wait to next 1 and half month to raise port request again.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Dear Jio, Recently I converted my Idea sim into your Jio sim, because other company providing bad network in my area.than someone says that try the Jio. that's best for your area. so I use portability.

    @JioCare I don’t need your service anymore. This is the 3rd day running and I feel ACT, Hathway and other medium service providers are much much much better. Let me know exit procedure and how to get my refund back.

    @reliancejio Jio has not able to provide service at deorikhud bilaspur where bsnl has providing such a big loss to jio where not able to provide at bilaspur chhattisgarh where no potential that has covered by jio but 4 years has completed jio has not providing

    @JioCare hi I have a Jio sim. I have NEVER applied for porting. I am getting messages from Airtel no 121 saying porting is initiated. What is going on?
