    @JioCare है Very bad service, internet does not work inside the house, I am worried for the last several days, I will port my Jio number to VI. Because your service and work is not good. Customer's problem.

    @JioCare I am using 2 jio fiber connections, at one place today my recharge got over, and I just came for 24 hours, as I have a flight to catch tomorrow. I called customer care for a goodwill gesture recharge of 24 hours, but they denied. #worstcustomersupport

    @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint no. #SR00001HF2T7... I've complained and asked for technician visit on 5th Feb...still no calls and no one came..fiber isn't working & it's urgent pls help... I don't expect poor service from jio!

    @reliancejio It's been more than 2 week complaining about the poor incoming and outgoing call service as well as internet of yours for my both the numbers,but there is no resolution.Finally porting out from Jio to VI/Airtel. Really bad customer care service you people provides.

    @JioCare It's enough now.. still no one contacted me for resolution what a pathetic service is this? Same way are you supporting corporates with such a huge Downtime? I think it's time to switch to @airtelindia fiber

    @JioCare My brother lost his simcard in Japan. We need the same number with the new simcard. Guide us regarding this issue. Is there any possible way to get the sim, if any virtual process is there. #jio
