    @JioCare you have hired bunch of liers in your support team. I have been facing internet issues on my JioAirfibre connection and when I called your team then they were denying to send technician to check the issues saying connection looking good at their end

    The call later moved to the feedback service, where I have ranked the call under dissatisfied response. So I urge you people to stay away from the JioFiber connection. This is how the JioFiber cheat people and make them to pay for the unused data and services. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Jio is the absolute worst network. I have lodged complaints multiple times. I keep getting told the issue will be resolved and that the team is working on it, but it has been six or seven months and the team is *still* just working on it. Is our money worthless?

    @JioCare I did that at leat 30-40 times do want me to do it again? Can u share a single video that it diagnostics solved even a single problem? I bet it can’t.. Done try to distract customers on your fake diagnostics? i m paying you for 100mbps i m getiing 20-30 mbps whose fault is it?

    @JioCare @JioFiber I've replied in DM. I no longer wish to continue with the service. Kindly process my ₹1,200 refund and also resolve the pending ₹807 refund. After weeks of delays, I've already switched to another internet provider.
