@JioCare @reliancejio I had placed a porting request from Airtel to Jio. The executive did the verification on 19th Dec’22,handed over the sim and took the recharge amount. Porting hasn’t happened yet. Please look into this as Jio Customer Care said no records are available.

hey @JioCare I am trying to deactivate my jio post paid card which i got for my travel.I visited jio store they told me to call at 198.I have paid all bills and then also 198 shows payable amount and i am unable to deactivate the card.Please help

@Airtel_Presence m prabhat i ported out my no 20 days back from @reliancejio @JioCare to airtel but my experience is disaster with airtel I wanted to ported it back in jio but can't do the same they send me msg it is possible after 90days please help me🙏
