    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare I’m postpaid customer with Jio Postpaid+ I used to get Netflix 199 plan as complimentary for my monthly plan. But since @NetflixIndia has cut down their tariff and now 199 plan now supports Tv & Laptop as well but now Jio has lowered my Subscription to 149 plan (1/2)

    Ported one month back from jio to airtel with hope of better service, @airtelindia is the worst network provider when it comes to internet speed. Now I can’t switch back to jio before 90 days. @reliancejio incase you have any option for me to port back i will be glad.

    @JioCare Today again there is a problem. Ticket number SR000017XVZL. If issues are this frequent I think we will have to switch to another service provider. I would expect the issue to be resolved in the next one hour please as we are working from home and attending school from home.

    @pawan35kr @reliancejio Jio never stops incoming call and sms and in this recharge you will get only 100 mb of data not any outgoing call and sms.

    @JioCare I have lost my phone and the JIO sim in it. I have been to 3 different JIO stores but I am unable to get a sim replacement because of the agent's app backend issue. I have tried customer care, email, bot chats but no help until now. Please help!
