    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    @TataSky since last six month i have never seen such poor service out of my 10 years usage of tatasky. For signal issues also you are charging customers. Don't force us to shift to @reliancejio atleast they take money and provide genuine service

    Please resolve the issues with Jio bills. The bill is showing incorrect amount & amount paid in sep month is not reflecting in payment history. No use writting mails, & calling them they send link to connect on watsapp care @jiocare @reliancejio @AsheeshSant
