@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

@JioCare Internet is not working since last day. Location ,vill-Chauri, Post- Nandnagar, district-Basti. Due to poor jio connectivity not able to system login as work from home is going on. Tower is not operating due to electricity shutdown. So why company provides disel?????
