    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare After speaking with the customer care executive, I received assurance of a 100% resolution by 5 pm today, as per the escalated ticket. However, this deadline has now passed. My work suffered significant loss due to this poor service. Who will compensate me for this damage?

    @JioCare @reliancejio It shouldn't take this long. While you provide a specific time slot every single day, the engineer never actually shows up. Even today, you assigned a time slot between 4 PM and 5 PM; yet, there was neither any response nor a visit from the engineer. (2/3)

    Jio net fully slow and call not connect suddenly. Try 2 to 3 times then call connecting. Solve it as soon as possible. @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare
