    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare Why the delay? My JioFiber STB installation (SRN: TC00000CQRZ8) has been pending since April 15th. Every "scheduled" appointment is a no-show. Looking for a resolution TODAY before I head out of station. #JioFiber #BadService

    @JioCare "In progress" is not an answer. It’s been 2 days without service. Today is Monday and we have critical WFH commitments that are being derailed because of @JioCare’s delay. Provide me a fix immediately. Don't make me wait until the 21st for a known area issue! @reliancejio.

    @JioCare I think this reply is given as per your policy. I reported the net work speed is slow and competing with the snail for all apps. Isn't it undestandable? Can you tell me which apps will work fine on JIO?
