    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare Hi Pradhan, Unless you recruit professional people who fulfill their commitments toward the customers it will be a disappointing experience. I think its a culture problem as employees(technician) don't give a damn even if the issue is escalated. That's what I can see here!

    @JioCare Im actually fed up with Jio Fibre's customer service. Im suffering since 3 months now with 0 resolution. I raised a request to pickup my JIO fibre within the trial period and refund my money. It has been 3 months, 15+ calls & 10+ Mails. Nobody has called or visited me.

    @JioCare Prachiti, I've already done that. Please check the DMs. Im at the verge of a mental breakdown with the amount of calls and mails I've been making to you guys for a simple thing. Please fix this and port my 7 other JIO number, 2 dth and 2 fibre devices. Im done with you guys.

    Booked #jiofiber on 20th Feb...but still now connection not received...😬 No response from @reliancejio team regarding the connection...very sad to have such pathetic experience from #jio This wasn't expected at all from @reliancejio 😑😑 Pls resolve my issue @JioCare 😐
