Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

@SamrendrSingh @JioCare @JioCare doesn’t Care at all. Same thing repeating all the time. I can’t even browse google at all. Too much poor connectivity and coverage. Jio is fixing this in my area since 2017.
