    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare @JioCare I have DMed the details, as it was asked in the past. Can you let me know the ETA? for a subscription, I received 10 calls in a day. And when I want to cancel the subscription it's taking you guys weeks. I have a jio number also, I might churn that as well. Thanks.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since this morning (30 July). Resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM, and now to 31 July. I recharged today but couldn't use the service. I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare I m using jio network but in my location the internet is very very bad connection and the jio service is very poor and bad. I recommend to every one person use the Airtel network is very fast and good service according jio network

    @JioCare I have been visiting the Jio store for the last 3 days to get my SIM opened and your employee asks for Rs 600, otherwise the SIM is not opened. I have called Jio several times and asked for help but there is no hearing and neither is the complaint being registered.

    @JioCare I am saying multiple times that the service was not available in my area then how the connection is activated, this is just a big lie. It’s your team fault. It was informed that i will get my refund in 21 days. Without any connection how the voucher is redeemed. Refund my money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is providing worst service ever in Shiposhi, Lanja, Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra, 415802. 5G is almost everywhere in India, why there is no 5G yet inspite of so many 5G mobile users are in area? Fix this as early as possible! #Jio #Jiocare

    @RelianceDigital U have such a crap service.Requested 4 duplicate Bill and I was asked to wait for 24 hrs to get bill on my email. Had I bought it from other e-commerce I could have downloaded my bill immediately. Ur @reliancejio service 2 is super crap which I will port soon.
