@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio I’m really disappointed and regretting for taking the connection of Jio Fiber which promised super speed and performance. You are charging for 300mbps speed but it never gives more than 30mbps speed. I think it’s the time to change the connection.

@reliancejio @Google At least get Decent Support for Jio Fiber... The Provided number never connects... chat support is a bot... I had a prepaid pack now it suddenly showing me Bills that i have to pay... took for 90 days n it started charging me after 70 days

@reliancejio #jiofiber - most pathetic service from ur executive. The sales person Mr. Madan (+91 80888 43452) told that jio river can be installed in basaweshwanagar - blore and took money. Waited for almost 3 hrs for installation guy to come and tell that it’s not possible.
