    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare complaint getting closed saying resolved. And when I tried calling it gets closed saying service request processed trying assiane technician and will contact after assign one when available

    @JioCare I was assured over the call that my issue will be resolved in 24 hours. It's over 24 hours now! There is no update from you guys..

    extremely disappointed with the service regarding my SIM order. The SIM has still not been delivered, despite repeated assurances. To make matters worse, a person claiming to be from Jio called me and requested an OTP, saying that the SIM would be delivered immediately @JioCare

    @JioCare Worst network service. Not even getting stable 2G-level connectivity in my area. Every time I complain, your team asks me to DM details, but nobody replies there either. Please resolve the issue instead of sending automated responses. #jio @reliancejio
