    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare Very bad services ..jio has been terminated by many engineers and only 1 or 2 engineers are working and they are providing cheap type services. My internet has not been working for the last 16 hours and not any engineer contacted me to resolve this issue.

    @JioCare Hi there seems 4 service requested raised for one single issue I am facing from lats 4 days It's difficult for me to work. Please provide resolution asap. Already got appointment twice but no one showed up . Who we help police or consumer code where to go.
