    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    And I thought @reliancejio was a reliable service provider, but that is DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE!! Today marks the 3rd outage since I got my new @reliancejio AirFibre connection, & I guess it was a bloody mistake. Complaint raised.. @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi Smit, I’ve shared my Jio number and alternate contact number with you via DM, as requested. Please check and get back to me with a proper resolution for the network issue. I’m hoping this time the issue will actually be addressed rather than just another assurance. Thank you.

    Worst customer care service by jio , just to call them you have to wait atleast 4 min hearing ****** IVR , and that too after connecting with them you don't even get satisfactory resolution @JioCare only focusing on pure profit maximization ignoring customer satisfaction.

    Years of complaints, and all I’ve received from @JioCare is the same copy-paste garbage disguised as “support.” If you actually care about the issue, stop hiding behind generic replies and send your field team for a proper ground-level verification.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio , both JioFiber accounts are MINE, under the same registered mobile number, it's my own second connection. Denying transfer/refund without even checking that is not a resolution. Please escalate to someone who'll actually look into ownership before replying.
