    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    @JioCare . Ur money collecting works superb, has buffering issue, u said send msgs in DM. Sent u msgs it seems best u do is make subscriber pay u money and work for u giving information, but problem will not be attended. Buffering means ur required speed is not correct.

    @JioCare Its very disappointed tht your customer care is very poor my complaint not resolved even after more than 1 month which results i’ve to disconnect my jio fiber connection and port to other operator. if any help can possible please let me know . sahil 7006420970

    When we are wake-up early in the morning & trying cheak social media that, s experience was very tough,then there is some important classes that was really worst experience due to internet speed of @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio registered a complaint on poor indoor coverage with the complaint no. MR000141E4C0 but no resolution is yet visible. @JioCare this issue is very prolonged and I've no option other than to port to other as 2GB/day recharge is getting wasted. First improve 4G then 5G.

    @JioCare @reliancejio has the worst service and product. Their customer care is non responsive for customer woes and we have been facing issue with their device and output for over a week now but no solution. Time to switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare it’s been over a month since I moved homes& got a new connection. The pick up and refund of security process for older connection keeps getting delayed. Horrible service. New connection was forced in hrs but security refund no one is interested in. Pls expedite.
