    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    It took me less then 4 hours to get #Jiofibre at home but it is taking more than 4 days to simply file a complaint. Thanks to IVR and less options on app, customer care. @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio
