    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @reliancejio i have returned my gigafiber in december and till now no refund is initiated. I already register complain whose resolution will come till 4th march. But till no resolution is come. So what to do now. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

    @reliancejio bakwas @reliancejio Disgusting Service foolish People . I booked Jio fibre 10 days back but no one came for installation. The only thing they have done is took the money and ran away Fore reference to disgusting Servce Providers order id is NO0000GLXN8Q

    @reliancejio there's a severe network outage at Lakeshore Greens, Lodha Palava city at Dombivali East. All jio networks in my house are affected. Can you pls have this checked ASAP?

    @JioCare When jio is busy doing 5G gimmick, jio 4g is running like a turtle. Here at my place jio runs with mere 30 - 40 KBPS, when you complain at jio care they always give the same excuse due to too many users in my area network is slow. WTH that's your issue.(1/2)

    @JioCare RequestID:SR00001462T5 which was opened 2 days back needs to be looked at again as the problem of WIfi network disconnection has come back. Please assign an onsite visit again
