    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare I am using postpaid connection with 999 plan with 3 add on number. But only 1 no. Is getting 5G network. Primary no. is not on 5G. What could be the reason.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the jio fiber i have taken yesterday is not working. There is no option to call technician on app. Internet is unstable can u send a technician at home to fix this? Location Warangal

    @JioCare When you'll going to sent me invite... i showed my interest since the beginning of your welcome offer .. installed latest 5G capable ios version but still not recieving 5G? Or should i port to airtel? Your MyJio app literally sucks😡

    @JioCare Hi team merely after 2 weeks installtion technical issues started. Since yesterday speed of internet is pathetic getting completely wiped as well. Please help in restoring. #jio #fibre #vadodara
