@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

@reliancejio Before 7 days I complained about not offering 5G offer on my mobile. I have given proof of coverage in my city with capability of my phone. Then goody goody reply came from jio for sending details we will help. I shared my details, till date no reply.What I found u r 0 on ground
