@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

Tried calling @reliancejio customer support but the call got disconnected after some 30 minutes of "being on the line". Not sure if they reply here but I need to know if they have any fully unlimited postpaid plan that's not listed on the website.

@reliancejio very poor design of app, if your broadband completely down then how can you "Run Diagnostics"? Your app has not local cached, it tried to fetch account detail with use of wifi.

Had a very bad experience in #JioMart ...the customer service is pathetic...defective product delivered..and returns getting rejected with random reasons..in such a competitive #ecommerce market such service issue is unfathomable @reliancejio @JioCare #relianceretail

@JioCare Jio-fiber internet speed is very slow. Watching live matches is buffering much more and many times.
