It’s frustrating to experience this even after paying over ₹600. The service has been very disappointing. To make things worse, the MyJio app doesn’t even provide a proper way to connect with a customer support agent and explain internet issues. I registered a complaint a few days ago, but it now shows as “resolved” even though nothing has been fixed 🤦

Jatin (@nofearjatin) reported@JioCare Again appointments are scheduled and getting canceled on its own. Nobody is calling, nothing is happening. Jio has engaged bots as customer support who are themselves clueless. Despite complaining so much nothing is moving ahead. No refunds also.
