    At-Rampura Village (Amodara) Nr. Fatepura village, Ta-Prantij 383210, SK Guj, JIO Users facing issue in network from last 8-9 months. Raised this issue to cust care many times but still not resolved. Due to that Many users switched to Airtel Kindly Resolve @JioCare @reliancejio

    Terrible! @JioCare Absolutely atrocious network here in my location. I'm getting 2g speeds here with Jio while Airtel is providing 5g speeds. If you don't ******* fix this issue by tomorrow then I'm porting to Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    My Jio AirFiber is not working since last night. Technicians visited, charged ₹150, it worked for a bit, and stopped again! When I called customer care to complain, the executive shouted at me.I have a serious brain disorder.This harassment isunacceptable! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare all of you guys are like salesman with butterscotch words from AI not for the resolving issues with no ethics. Same statement to everyone regret and appreciate which you don't have any. Took 3+ months field engineer thief day 1 I said, amazing smell coffee beans.

    @JioCare Booked on 3 August, and today is 24 August—still no installation! This is completely unacceptable. Your technicians keep misleading me, while your social media team gives useless copy-paste replies. Stop wasting my time and either install it immediately or issue my full refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Been trying to reach the customer care atleast 15 Times since morning as i want to surrender my setterbox and keep Jio wifi alone and change the plan.. But cant even connect or speak wth anyone ..

    @JioCare @reliancejio # sometimes signal not comes properly , daily many times news video interruption ? 3 jio SIMs Im using, all 3 phone not receives signal. pls help solve -Area pincode 515134 puttaparthi AP (near Sai super bazar) pls don't send big setting list. thanks
