    @JioCare Pathetic service from Jio Fiber! Service disruption since 22 April and still no technician has visited. Repeated complaints but no resolution. If you can’t provide proper service, disconnect it and refund my recharge immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid subscription, amount deducted but subscription not activated. Tried calling support no response. Emailed too, only auto replies received.Very disappointing support experience, no option to connect with a real person. Please resolve urgently or refund

    @JioCare @JioCare Thanks for the response. I’ll share the details via DM. However, this isn’t temporary—the network is unusable ~90% of the time in my area (Badgudugudia,Kaptipada,Mayurbhanj,Odisha), with frequent signal loss and call failures. Please prioritize and resolve this urgently.

    Why do you guys charge for 5g internet when the speed you provide is that of a 3g?!!😠😠 @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Sir, an honest consumer feedback, Jio in Noida sucks. No speed no network coverage. Please look into this.
