    @reliancejio @JioCare Wi-Fi down for 48+ hrs on my Jio Fiber (+91-8031645153).“temporarily suspended.”Called support multiple times—no resolution, no clear update.Even got assurance today at 11:33 AM from Technical Escalation Team that it’ll be fixed by 1:34 PM—still not working.

    @JioCare have DMed you. One simple problem of Internet not working seems such a difficult problem to overcome. Firstly reaching the Customer care itself is so difficult. Then we have to deal with standard responses with any ETA. Jio is amongst the worst.

    @reliancejio @Jio 5G service is honestly pathetic. I’m paying ₹899, and for 6–7 days the network is completely unusable—no internet, no calling. Even on “normal” days, there are 2–3 hours of daily disruption. Why am I paying ₹70–₹80/day for a service that barely works?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio Please refer order number NO0001D2OVVK. The air fibre was booked on 24 Apr 26 with assurance of installation to be completed in 24 hours. No progress has been made so far. Request cancel the order and refund booing amount with Rs 50,000 compensation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am a subscriber of your Jio Broadband service.Despite repeated attempts:There is no proper option available to register a complaint for service disruption. Immediate disconnection of my broadband service without any further delay.Waiver and refund reqrd.

    @JioCare Why till now didn't get the call back within 30 days even if your timeline was within 7 working days? If you're not able to provide services on time please refund payment within 2 days in the same payment method. I will go to another service provider.
