    The WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT is from @JioCare I have been chasing for 2 days, escalated to the next level but everyone seems to be sleeping. Looks like there is so much INCOMPETENCY at @JioCare that no one can actually help, everyone just copy paste bot replies and DO NOTHING.

    @reliancejio Total failure of service by Reliance Jio Fiber. Paid ₹807 on 20 Apr 2026 for installation (Order No. NO0001CZW6F0), but still no connection provided. Incompetent staff and vendor. Taking money but unable to deliver service. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber #PoorServ

    @reliancejio @JioCare @consumerforum_ I am extremely frustrated with your service in my bill unnecessary they have added 1000 rupees for Netflix and prime which we haven't used we used only which was free . Your executive cut my phone in arrogance please revise my bill

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi team Jio. I had ordered a sim card on April 12, 2026. Its April 22, 2026 and I still haven’t received my sim card. I have called your jio care number 3-4 times in these 10 days and they don’t have any resolution available for me. Can’t even deliver a sim?

    I’ve already paid ₹2120.46 for a 3-month plan, but my account is still showing an outstanding bill and asking me to pay again. @JioCare please look into this urgently and fix the issue. Why should I be asked to pay again after a successful payment? Reference: TC00014XLKKM
