    @JioCare 150 Mbps ka bol ke 25-30 Mbps ki hi speed dena h to paise kyu 150 ke le rhe ho..pathetic service of @JioGigaFibre customer support is not cooperative...They don't know anything about internet nd ur backend team is not having any knowledge about fibre....

    @JioCare Fibre 022-35908156 / Service Request SR0000146HRQ, no one is visiting even after confirmed appointment twice, also no technician number or supervisor number they got. They waste full day of us asking to wait, need immediate action

    @JioCare very bad experience with Jio Fibre broadband connection here in Bihar. Sales person should know how to talk with customer. I am very disappointed with the service Jio is providing. So far they have not provided connection to my place.

    @JioCare even this handle as well provides same conflicting information. Very frustrating experience with Jio care. Again worst ever service.

    It's been years I left @airtelindia and ported to @reliancejio and for the first time I'm regretting that decision due to bad customer support from @reliancejio #jioNeverCares
