At-Rampura Village (Amodara) Nr. Fatepura village, Ta-Prantij 383210, SK Guj, JIO Users facing issue in network from last 8-9 months. Raised this issue to cust care many times but still not resolved. Due to that Many users switched to Airtel Kindly Resolve @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @PMOIndia trying to setup for 5G ? Really! 4G service is pathetic in villages of India. Why don't you change plan for village people if you are not able to give good internet speed? Plans are same but speed is different .. proud on Reliance jio...hahahh. liar

@JioCare Didn't receive any call or rescheduling from your team. After calling customer care again, it has been rescheduled to 4th Feb. Please arrange for tomorrow or atleast ensure that engineer visits on 4th.
