    @JioCare @reliancejio our Internet is down since Friday evening. But your technician hasn’t shown up to the site. We’ve complained to your customer care several times but there’s no resolution. Your team is constantly rescheduling the service request. Please look into this asap.

    @JioCare I have been repeatedly trying to contact the people involved in my KYC and installation, but no one is taking ownership of the issue. Responses have been rude and unprofessional. If a service cannot be delivered, it should not be promised. Very disappointing experience.
