At-Rampura Village (Amodara) Nr. Fatepura village, Ta-Prantij 383210, SK Guj, JIO Users facing issue in network from last 8-9 months. Raised this issue to cust care many times but still not resolved. Due to that Many users switched to Airtel Kindly Resolve @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare N worst 4 customer support d employees on d ground level r worst.. my new connection a weak before and the WiFi is not working nobody wants to help just took the money and vanished. The agent visits n promise to help and disconnects my calls for a week now. @JioCare @reliancejio
