    Hey @airtelindia , your team refuses responsibility and disappears before installation. At least @reliancejio waited until after the big fat wedding to slow down our internet. @Airtel_Presence has streamlined the process by failing before the service even begins. 👏

    @JioCare can you resolve my service request regarding jio fiber. My jio fiber is not working from last one month and I scheduled the technician multiple time but no one is giving home visit. My one month payment is wasted. Please fix it asap

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare its been 100 days and 11 complaints. Congratulations on completing a century in not solving the issue. Still the same old response and no resolution. Partial Refund initiated, 80% left Hope you guys have a little shame left.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team, why is that every other month I have to raise a complaint regarding internet issues? Have I taken a monthly problem plan along with this post paid connection or what? network is pathetic, it is hampering my office work pls understand this.

    Dear @JioCare, being a JioFiber customer for 6 years, I upgraded to the TV plan on your support team's advice with the promise of same-day STB delivery. It has been 2 days, and I still haven't received it despite multiple follow-ups. Please look into this urgently.
