  Hi @JioCare, my Jio number is active but sometimes I don't receive incoming calls or SMS (especially early morning). A restart temporarily fixes it, but the issue keeps recurring. Please investigate. I'll share my number via DM.

  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare Any update? It's been 3 days now and I was supposed to know the resolution by 8:05 PM today. I would like to remind you not one person called me nor has any engineer visited our residence to check. Still waiting....

  @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Due to unresolved service issues, I have stopped using my Jio AirFiber service. Please disconnect the connection, arrange device pickup, and process my security deposit refund. I will not make any payment for bills generated after 17 June 2026.

  @reliancejio live right next to the District Court in a major district town and can barely load a text. If the network is this broken in the heart of the city, what absolute nightmare are people in rural villages dealing with? Fix your service or stop taking our money. #JioDown
