  I had an old connection of prepaid Jio Fiber , tv set box of that connection also , after some time I was suggested for a Postpaid connection with good plans , so I said ok , and that connection was installed , I am using it ever since with the old setup box on other tv also , from last few months we were not using other TV , now from last two days I am trying to use that tv now , I am not able to do that , coz Jio has blocked that setup box ..... So it's better now to say bye bye to Jio and will go with Airtel Fiber As there are less problems with Airtel and with this attitude I don't want to use Jio now Who the hell gives you right to block something I hv already purchased from you @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

  @FanCode @JioCare I’m getting an “Unexpected Error 6004” while trying to stream La Liga on JioTV+ through the FanCode app. The stream isn’t working. Please look into this issue and help resolve it ASAP.

  @reliancejio Is there any number available to connect support team , I have jio airfiber connection, but while chatting on WhatsApp it is showing number not registered and your toll free number is telling the same thing, how can I talk to someone from support to get help.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio No update has been received yet, It seems "As Soon As Possible" or "Earliest" is forever. 9 days of non stop complaining about an issues falling on deaf ears. I am sure its going to be Mukesh & Akash Ambani who will personally come and resolve my issue.
