Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare Raised an issue here, emailed your official ID too. All I got back was a copy-paste “regret the inconvenience, DM us your details” ,then silence. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here

  @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.

  @JioCare Are you fraud or what why are you sending me same message again and again. If you can't solve problem then tell me or I will make a grievance against you. Already engineer visit is scheduled so how I reschedule and what is meaning of rescheduling when engineer is not visiting
