@JioCare @reliancejio the remote HD suddenly stopped working and none of your means of customer care be it live chat, WhatsApp or representative over the phone are able to help with it. Done troubleshooting almost 25 times - no result 👿👿👿👿

@reliancejio - I have been told, I can cancel my trial any time. But there is no way for me to cancel! No option in App or support number! Your sales person has stopped picking my phone too! This is clearly cheating to not to pay back deposit. Very bad.#JioFiber

@JioCare My internet isnt working since the past three days. I had raised three tickets with the customer care. These tickets are now closed withno resolution. I have been given different numbers from different individuals. This is pathetic service from Jio. @reliancejio

@HathwayBrdband I am still facing the same problem. Not one person from the technical has called me. Today a new service ID was created without solving the previous Service ID. Its been almost a week now. Worst customer experience ever. @JioCare hpe u guys listen to ur cstmrs unlike Hathway.
