Sanjay Kumar Ray (@763_ray) reported@JioCare I am now trying to **discontinue my JioFiber connection**, but your system is not even allowing me to contact the team for closure because of the open SR. This level of service is unacceptable. I would rather **switch to Airtel Xstream Fiber** than continue with Jio.
