@JioCare @reliancejio I have been facing network issue since 2 days and I am not able to attend lectures and classes. Even after complaining the network is not there is my building and area. We are seriously looking for change if issue is not resolved.

@reliancejio fantastic jio customer care bulshit team as per them no network coverage in our area and we are using jio number last 2 years without an issue, now facing network issue last 10 days and try to lodge a complaint but they denied to lodge a complaint.

@JioCare 3 Engineers visited in the last 3 days. Every single one said, "Sir, because our modems come without Antenna, you will continue facing signal issues even within 10-15 mtrs. Sorry, that's how it is." Anything else I need to go through before I get the service disconnected?
