@reliancejio what kind of fraud jio fiber is running. Without having network line your field executive took connection request and took customer money for 6 month plan and after that everyone is invisible customer care having no clue to refund my money. Connection NO0000NDFDD0

He's saying "relocate hota nhi hai. Naya connection lena padega". So, does this mean that each time a customer is shifting to a new place, s/he has to take a new connection? Is that how Jio is registering and showing new users? @reliancejio @JioCare

It's so irritating to hear abt plan validity recharge reminder before every f* call... It's taking about >10sec @reliancejio It's an serious issue Call rings only after the reminder... What if in case of emergency... Should we hear all these nonsense 😑

Feeling very much Disappointed with the @JioCare @reliancejio services. No incoming-outgoing calls are operated from almost a month. Despite several complains, no action has been taken so far. Will switch to another service soon.
