    @JioCare For my account +33 35902386, I have recharged again. This is the 3rd time I have recharged and it’s not working. I have complaint at least 10 times in the last 3 months. It is such dismal service from @reliancejio and not expected. Please let me know how to cancel my connection.

    @JioCare hello team, i paid INR 2500 to get new jiofiber connection on 24th Jan and I was promised next day installation. I initially got 25th Jan as installation date but now it is postponed to 27th Jan. My order # is NO0000G9F2RM. This is unprofessional. Please help.

    @JioCare Faizan bhai pehle bhi do bar is issue pe baat hui thi lekin still the average ping I get is between 100-120.

    @JioCare @MrigankarSonow2 what about someone who has already subscribed to your service. Had been complaining about red blinking of router since a week. Only assurance is given. First strengthen your support and issue resolution before blabbering about high speed and connectivity.

    @JioCare Is it a fact that most of the Toll Free Numbers starting from 1800.... never gets connected from Jio Number? Today, I tried RailTail Broadband multiple times but it was getting disconnected immediately. Whereas Airtel got connected immediately. @airtelindia
