  @JioCare We have raised the ticket for internet slowness issue in VPN.But they replaced the jio box they did not even check cause for slowness!? Even after changing the jio box it worst than older box. So kindly resolve my vpm slowness issue

  @reliancejio I've recharged my Jio number with ₹666/- yesterday still I'm getting phone calls and sms from you to recharge my number. This isn't expected from Jio. Also your Customer care number 198 and 199 are not functioning.

  @JioCare @reliancejio still the issue isn't fixed. I am left with no option other than porting out. Terrible customer care and store people are exceptionally dumb.

  @JioCare Having no luck with any customer service channels. Lost my Sim and cant get a replacement until I'm in my home state. In the meantime, a large payment was made from my Jio account. I cant get into My Jio as I cant get an OTP. Every support number is just computers
