    @JioCare @reliancejio Registered a complaint for my JioFiber STB, and customer support assured me an engineer would visit today between 1:30–2:00 PM. The slot has passed, and the ticket isn't even assigned to an engineer yet. Please look into this and get it resolved ASAP.

    @JioCare I was giving every detail to you for last three years, so many times. As you didn't take any remedial measures, I have ported all my five jio numbers after being a jio customer for 10 years from the beginning. What will you do now apart from fakery? @TRAI
