    @JioCare If it takes you more than 48 hours to assign an engineer and then another 24 hours for the engineer to arrive then either you seriously need to relook at your complaint resolution TAT policy or I should look at moving away from Jio.

    @JioCare 5G internet is dead, and there's an audio/video call issue. Voices sound robotic and calls disconnect. Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Postpaid Rent Rebate SR000035GTKJ has been denied. Jio’s position is that service disruption of 4 days does not qualify for rebate. Is a 4-day broadband outage now considered acceptable service quality for paying customers? Contd 1/3
