I have been using the jio network from the beginning but nowadays the jio networks become very pathetic and slow, frequent call drops, unable to listen to anything in voice calls, you are not providing us services for free, we are paying for the services.@JioCare @MIB_India

I don't want to continue with this pathetic service. Refund my full amount. No satisfactory service and a lot of fake promises made by @RelianceJio @JioCare . Every single month I have to run after these people. Irritating task added to my monthly job. You pay to get irritated.

@JioCare getting too over confidence if you select slow internet speed, IVR said you might be connected through multiple devised or your device is old. Where Jio fiber is super unstable additionally my WFH laptop getting 30MBPS on 150MBPS plan especially with Cisco any connect.

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio's network is very bad in my area, it is inconvenient to run the net. I am now giving port to sim and also I am giving port to 25 members of my house in sim Vi Otherwise, find a solution to the net problem.
