I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare No customer service No solution.. Sim is blocked from 15 days.. even after calling no solution.. only way i see is to switch to other options n throw @reliancejio in the trash..

I have recharged twice for the number 8920495348 and received text message from jio that recharge is successful. The transaction IDs are BR0006ENLHKO and BR0006ENPGZ7. And it is still not reflecting in my account. Please help @reliancejio @JioCare
