I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Still the problem is not resolved, not no one reply on the mail as well. Is this you call customer service. I have been changed 2500 Rs bill this month for mistake of yours which you never agree. SIM Cloning happened which is scary

@reliancejio @JioCare my internet has been down since 7:30 pm yesterday, I booked an engineer visit for today at 9AM-10AM and it's almost 12 now, what's the point of selecting slot? I used airtel for 10 years and their engineers used to resolve issue within and hour or two

Called Jio customer care and lodged a complaint several times but they closed the complaint without resolving it. Complain ID - 1) SR000015QYVH 2) SR000015RSZB 3) SR000015SXJX 4) SR00001632IT This is the last option they have left us with to expect a better service. @JioCare
