    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio network in my area is absolutely frustrating RN 😤 Slow download speeds, crazy high ping, & even basic browsing feels like a struggle. Complained so many times but still no fix. What’s the point of this service? Fix this ASAP! #Jio #NetworkIssue

    25 days without a working JioFiber connection, and still no engineer has visited despite repeated complaints. This is completely unacceptable. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare — please resolve this issue immediately and arrange an engineer visit. #JioFiber #Jio

    @reliancejio You really have the worst customer care support. Been trying to get a new Fiber connection in Bangalore and even after full payment, no Installation and even worse, no support system to address our grievance. Just the worst!. @JM_Scindia @JioCare

    @JioCare timeline, or concrete action. I paid the booking amount on 13 August and have followed up continuously, yet the issue remains unresolved. Kindly provide the SR/Complaint number, share the current status and confirm the expected resolution time. If this continues without (2/3).

    @JioCare I shared a phone number in DM. That number is not having 5G network from afternoon. After calling on 198 10 times there is no resolution. Please look into it.

    @sandeep_ink @JioCare @reliancejio Had similar issues ,hence switched to Tripleplay broadband ,which is more reliable
