    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Total mockery of service by @JioCare. Internet down since June 12 (SR0000389SXH). System shows "Proactive INACT" but engineer visit scheduled for June 21?! 9 days to fix an outage? Completely unacceptable. Fix this now! #JioDown

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 21 days since I ordered a Jio SIM and it still hasn't arrived. The delivery boy calls, then hangs up and has blocked my number. Rs 350 payment was already taken. I can't even cancel from the app. Cancel my order immediately and refund my Rs 350.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been using Jio AirFiber since March 2025, but the billing issues over the last 2 months are frustrating. My regular bill is ₹706. May was ₹909 (Paid), now June shows ₹1208—that's ₹500 extra! (1/2)

    @JioCare This is the worst service experience I have had with Jio. Every team that visits simply transfers the issue to another team instead of resolving it. This lack of coordination and accountability is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Few means, how many days it will take to get the refund. As I am not taking any connection I need the refund at immediate basis. If we delay any recharge you don't give a single minute of service. Here I am waiting for a refund since a month.

    Are @reliancejio and @airtelindia so dumb to not understand by themselves that Mindspace Gigaplex at Airoli West has pathetic network quality? It's been years, network reception here is so weak, it's useless. Are corporates asking you to keep it that way?
