    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare this is not the first time I m facing this. Try to give employment to good people. Worst behavior and worst service. If you want to give a good service then take money after giving service. Please don't buy jio products. Take this request to the jio head

    @Harshit28109409 alternate contact number, You can also check further information on unable to make calls by logging on to MyJio app and follow the Path below: JioCare’ > ‘Troubleshoot’ >>" I am not able to make calls". Our app will diagnose the issue and help you with a resolution - (2/3)

    @JioCare you have the worst customer service. I’m literally tired of raising some ticket but you guys don’t even pick call or raise a ticket only the chat bot reply with it. My set box isn’t working from past 2 weeks it’s just blinking but you guys don’t even reply to emails.

    @JioCare Pathetic service from @reliancejio! My JioFiber (ID: 1243529188) has stopped working for the 5th time this month. It’s been 3 days, multiple calls to support, and still no resolution. extremely frustrating & completely unacceptable. please fix this urgently.

    @JioCare Please resolved within the next few mins, as my office work and other task are affected. I’m genuinely fed now . If this continues, I will have no choice but to terminate my JioFiber connection and switch to another provider. Worst service and repeated outages! @reliancejio
