    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    Please help me activate my upcoming wfh plans @JioCare @reliancejio. There's no way to reach the customer care representative this is the only way. With dire need of data, if this isn't solved I might have to shift to other services

    Jio fiber service since last 4 days. No response from local jio team. All customer care is saying, "it will be resolved within next 24 hours". After sale service is just awful. Service request number is SR000015KUN0, raised on 1st July 2021 @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare Your Jio service team is extremely poor to help me in the resolution of the problem I am complaining since 2.5 days but no resolution, In fact becoz of the service issue I changed from BSNL FTTH to Jio Gigafiber but the problem is same.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My internet is working since 2nd July, I have filed complaint on 3rd July, I have been told that engineer would visit within 24 hrs i.e. before today 9:30 am. Nobody visited my home though I got call from engineer yesterday who committed that he would (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am waiting for Jio fiber installation from past 7 days. My installation appointment is keep getting rescheduled. DONT KEEP FALSE PROMISE IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER THE SERVICE REFUND MY MONEY.

    Dear @reliancejio , it took me 15 mins to open tweeter and tweet this. Either solve this issue of slow internet asap or else I'm leaving this service immediately. Speed of your Jio Fibre 4G internet is same as that of 2G.
