    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    Such a pathetic service from the start. I wanted to get Jioair fiber service, I logged the request yesterday, no one contacted me till now , basically no worried about new customer. It's been more than a day, nothing from Jio. This scares me more now @JioCare

    Worst Service in Surat @JioCare @reliancejio not responding Paid full year amount for new conection and 5 days passed but now responce. first day got call from the team for installation but now no responce rude staff in surat office.

    @clear2people @JioCare @reliancejio I had pathetic experience of jio fiber service provider agency. Engineer is not visiting location and without otp he is closing service request. No one from jio customer care, jio escalation team can take action against them.Till now I raised more than 10requests but no solution

    @JioCare I called up multiple times to your customer care and I informed that I haven’t received set up box while getting the jiofiber installed. Raised multiple complaints but got closed without any resolution or my any concern. Now the bill have been generated against my number and also
