  @JioCare Every information is available with Jio, but they ask for information. They pose as everything is fine and there is no problem. How it's possible that internet is not working but everything is fine? @TRAl must look into the matter please.

  @JioCare My suggestion is improve how you deal with customers and problem must be resolved in minutes not days. Complaint is already lodged and there is no resolution. Attend to complaints immediately instead of waiting for things to get solved by customers themselves. @TRAI

  @JioCare Team , I am using Air fiber [ +911492796294 ] since three yrs. last one week facing internet issue still not resolved . There is not from local jio office even online raised closed with any technician visit. Plz fix the issue and restore services @reliancejio
