    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your installation team is really hopeless. They came for the installation and messed up my intercom facility in the apartment, for this reason I have not provided a completion code to them. They forcefully took the device back and kept me in a limbo situation. Jio sucks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is the worst experience a customer can get. Could you please take care of this service request SR000016INEI. I am without internet connection for last 10 hours. The field engineers whom the ticket has been assigned have switched off their phones.

    @JioCare I called the customer care to know why 1000 rs has been deducted for a terminated connection without any communication. She repeatedly denied giving any explanation and cut my call when I was speaking. GOING TO CONSUMER COURT! PLAIN THEFT!
