    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi Team , Facing an issue with internet and ETA time is keep postponing to resolve the issue in JP nagar 6th phase. This issue is effecting my productivity and hotspot also not working to connect through phone. Pls make changes of my connection from fiber to airfiber. @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested an eSIM to physical SIM conversion. The request was rejected because your records incorrectly show my name as "Nitin Fulwani" instead of "Nitin Guwalani." I visited the Jio Store with valid ID, yet was told it could take 10 days to fix.

    @TRAI Ofcourse - Forget the Video buffering Calls also not connecting, Always shows as not in network, my friends complaining that my phone no is not reachable! @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio fiber cannot install an internet connection in a city like bangalore even after 4 days of taking advance. Sales person not picking up call and customer care making silly excuses. Really pathetic service.

    My JioFiber connection has been down since 16th July. Complaint ID: SR00003BG01N (logged via MyJio app). Despite calling Jio helpline daily for the last 3 days, no resolution yet. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support. @JioCare resolve urgently!
