    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare you guys have one of th most pathetic service in the world. Instead of @jiocare it should be @jionocare. We have Jio AirFiber connection +911243163486. Since last 10 days we have no internet & despite repeated emails & numerous calls, the service is still not restored.

    @reliancejio JioFiber service issues keep recurring 1–2 times every month despite repeated complaints. Please send a senior technical team and provide a permanent solution. If this continues, I will be forced to disconnect my JioFiber connection and discontinue Jio services.

    You should probably retrain and revise the expected time of resolution that your #AI adds to standard 72hours. Because before that nobody from @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofibre bothers. One in a crore, they do NOT care at all.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, delivery has been initiated and I got the delivery executive’s number. He is not taking this positively and is now not responding to my calls. Today is the last day of validity of my existing number. Please escalate this and solve the issue on priority.
