    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    If u don’t want to solve this issue I with my 6 family member who are using Jio will port to airtel and I will make sure to drag you to consumer court for a full recovery of my plan. Waiting for your excuses @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare your service was not utilized for about 24 hours now. Make sure you give the waiver for the days your service was not provided. Hope it makes sense.

    @JioCare Your “non-refundable” statement does not answer my complaint. I am not cancelling on a whim: Jio failed to provide the paid service for 9 days and blocked complaint registration through its app and IVR. I reserve my right to seek refund and compensation for this deficiency.2/2

    @JioCare Ishveen, what is the update on SR00003C5U11? By what time can I expect my refund today? Enough of fooling me by your team of they & support team is working will be resolved soon. Just come up openly that no refund for me rather than giving false hope. Enough of this bs

    @JioCare @reliancejio Enough is enough. Extremely slow 4G at our home and no proper 5G coverage in our area. Customers deserve the service they pay for. Stop the false promises and fix the network without further delay.

    @JioCare The technician has switched off his mobile and nobody seems to know why or where he is. My work has been indiscriminately disrupted because of this. I sincerely need help on this matter. 3 days of disruption is unacceptable.
