  @JioCare Technician assigned for today from 3-4 PM but no one came as of now & it’s now 4 PM already. Called customer care around 2:30 PM they told me wait till 4 PM. Still I am waiting without internet. Jio service I thought will be good but it’s even worse nowadays 👎 #jio #jioairfiber

  @TRAI @JioCare @airtelindia I never requested MNP/port-out, generated UPC or submitted any KYC/documents. Jio says I requested port-out, while Airtel says my number is currently active with Jio. Please investigate unauthorised porting issue and guide me on the appropriate action.

  Experiencing persistent issues: voice fails to transmit in the first call, same problem in the second, with frequent call drops. Highly unsatisfactory service. Voice and call drop problem is real... 🙄 @JioCare @reliancejio
