Service Ref No- CO0001TEMKU9 There is no update from Jio on reinstalling at router at new address. May i know the reason of delay & priorities to complete.

Because of this, I have been forced to recharge my Vi mobile connection with a ₹50 unlimited data pack every day for work. In 13 days, I have already spent ₹650 (₹50 × 13) on mobile data.

This answer has been given many times without understanding that I lost my card without getting connected to intl roaming as i lost phone in Flight, Do i need to spend 50K INR to fly back and get card? Or do you really want to help to do sim replacement?
