    @reliancejio I am getting harassed by your customer care. When I got a new connection I was told that I will be allowed to relocate and I was charged based on that. Ever since I shifted I have got no response from customer care and they have been harassing me

    @JioCare we have raised numerous complaints citing poor network connectivity in Sarbodya Nagar area, Puri. The network used to be very good but from last 3-4 days, we are unable to make a call. WFH is heavily impacted too. Could you please escalate this and priotise this issue?

    @JioCare Pls mind it's down since yesterday 8.05 pm and u keep on extending the time slot which was first 12.05 am, then 8.05 am and now 8.05 pm... U shall consider refunding proportionately to all the suffering customers. U not yet touched my request in first tweet.

    Man wtf,is @reliancejio @JioCare down again my data speed is super bad from the past 2 days i thought my plan was getting over,soo i recharged 2 days before my plan get expired still the data speed is soo bad i missed my train cuz i could'nt book a ticket with that slow net #jio

    @JioCare I am facing connection issue with my jio fiber from the last 8 days , I've already made around 40-50 calls to the jio care number and I haven't received any kind of support yet. I am facing so many issues because of this connection issue.
