Please make sure you have better 4G coverage before launching 5G. Every time I complain I will get same answer. Takes 120 days to install new tower. That 120 days still not happening from 1 year.

Around ₹1k gone. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund the amount. Hence I disconnected their service.

Than he go to check main box then disappeared. No status, no ETA, not come back to says what is exact problem. Your service is getting worst day by day.
