    I am a old Customer of Jio network. Six connections are used by by close family members. First time in 3-4 years I stopped to recharge & planning to port in another network due to hopeless services.@JioCare

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI totally shameless reply still saying we are working to improve I m not satisfied with reply #DOT today I will file complaint against #JIO in consumer court. Very wrost service how much time take improve service. Almost same response form since 4 years 9582189669

    @JioCare Still waiting for reply. Kindly explain what’s the difficulty in resolving a normal issue. A week has already passed and still you guys are saying that we are looking into it ? If this is the kind of service that i must say that you guys really need to look into the service dept.

    @JioCare unable to.connet the NET of JIO Fiber since Morning still not connect the same. Such a Very Poor Service from @reliancejio having JIO fixed Voice No.35582920 . Please look in to matter seriously and Activate the same.
