Please make sure you have better 4G coverage before launching 5G. Every time I complain I will get same answer. Takes 120 days to install new tower. That 120 days still not happening from 1 year.

It’s now been over a month, and there’s still no refund. I’m proceeding with a formal complaint in the Consumer Forum and filing a case.
