    Had the worst experience with @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioFiberChennai It's been 6 days since I registered for jiofiber connection but still no one turned up for installation. There is no response from the salesperson. I have already escalated twice but no resolution so far

    @JioCare You people don't even know how to identify the problem correctly!!! That is the first rule of good customer service. Did I ever say I don't know how to set the jiotune? Read my message properly. I only asked you why you don't have the hot new song "Kusu Kusu" in jiotune list

    @JioCare The service in #JioSaavan sucks. I couldn't set my favorite English songs as hello tunes. I registered a complaint many months ago but nobody listens. Every single song should have had a jio tune activity. Nobody listens to the Bollywood crap.

    @reliancejio We are facing worst of services in srinagar, budshahnagar natipora area. The network goes missing all of a sudden and we are unable to receive call nor usage internet. Kindly intervene and provide reliable solution @SandeepKotwal @simplyshehzan
