    @JioCare I got my Jio fiber installed a week back. And this is second time my internet stopped working. Last time it took 2 days to get it resolved and now again same issue. Your customer care people dont know how to talk. I want u to please refund my money. I am in trial period.

    @reliancejio @JioCare while waiting for the resolution, I have difficulty working online and kids attending classes online. You guys seem to have mandated online request for Relocation with a broken system and no manual override option to resolve my issue.

    @reliancejio broadband is a real pain, they do not attend to complaints, postpone technician visits without informing, the customer care is never able to provide a proper solution and so on. #pathetic #JioFiber
