@reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber service has been the worst . Raised a complaint 8 days on date 28.09.2022, still there in no response from jio customer service. When getting a connection, they promised that for any issues it will solved within 24 hrs. SR NO SR00001E81L4 SR00001EDFHN

@reliancejio @exploreIMC Hii, i have a jio phone and i recharged it successfully with jio phone plan but it doesn't work it responds with you don't have any active plan Why should we recharge jio phone with data plans when we don't use any Internet on it could you respond me on that?
