    @JioCare JioFiber Service ID299955882973. I’m waiting for my refund more then 3months. I did countless calls, messages, mails but your team and executives are not that much capable to resolve this little issue. A big thanks to @reliancejio for outstanding support 👏

    @JioCare Your eSIM transfer as explained is not working. We are able to send text message to 199. Please help us. We are abroad and our Jio roaming is going waste.

    @JioCare i was facing, slow internet connection, but now it's call drop started, can't even call other than jio operator, it's dropped every time, totally pathetic service 😑, and it's not temporary connection issues , it's coming since long.

    @Airtel_Presence Still no resolution and no one approached. No doubt @airtelindia is left behind Jio. Somehow @reliancejio just works without any drama. 5 calls to your customer care and 2 store visits, while 0 calls to Jio customer care in last 3 years.
