    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare, @reliancejio. My WiFi has been down since early morning, raised a service request at 10:30 AM, and there’s STILL no proper resolution. No updates, no accountability, nothing. This is how you treat customers? Unacceptable!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged the wrong number for JioFiber via the official MyJio app and immediately contacted your support. Your team confirmed the recharge went to an unknown number but REFUSED to refund my money. This is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Internet is down, customer support is unresponsive, and there’s no clear resolution. Paying for a service that doesn’t work and getting ignored is unacceptable. Please fix this immediately.

    JioFiber @reliancejio My internet has been down for almost 3 days. Temporary fixes are given daily but connection disconnects again. Instead of resolving it permanently, your support is forcing me to switch to JioAirFiber. Very disappointing for an old customer.
