Why there is no network working every day our call dropped because of very very poor network connection even we can't able tosend SMS one WhatsApp it too much we are choosing Jio for good experience and good network please help us @reliancejio @reliancejio

@reliancejio What a waste of Plans, IUC charges being levied which no other provider is charging for now. Apart from this the post plans of Jio sucks. Dont have options for higher end plans even if customer wants too. Would prefer Airtel for such plans then. Pre on post pathetic system.

@JioCare please clarify that wether your company is gonna remove IUC charges or no and apart from that are you coming up with High end Postpaid plans or no. 199 is pathetic. If answers are no the Porting out is the best solution and u will have many customers porting out for sure

@reliancejio @TRAI Please don't reply with please provide your alternate number and stuff. 2 concerns one IUC charges which no other network is charging anymore, 2nd the post paid plans are pathetic. If u dont have options for postpaid plans then Porting out is the best option.

Many of jio users but unable to use jio Network in mall premises...came to know that korum management jam the jio network for money...truly unprofessional behavior... suffering for SIM replacement..poor customer care in Korum mall by mall management @KorumMall @reliancejio

@AmruthNA @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @JioCare But there is a catch dude m using postpaid services of Jio they jus offer 199 plan and a limit of 25 GB only apart from that u have to use pre on post service for additional data like keep recharging for 1 2 3 or 5gb moreover they are yet charging calls to other subscribers.

@JioCare why you are not providing service in Kannada? there is no option available in IVR except English and Hindi. Even we request them to connect Kannada speaker, they connects Bengali, Tamil etc.. U want do business in Karnataka but not respecting our Language.

@JioCare Problem of porting lies in non-availability of Jio True5G connection in mobile devices which are already 5G set and shows preferred network as 5G among others. But 5G connection is not available. Our area by pincode 700149/50.
