    @JioCare @reliancejio Still haven’t got resolution on it. Its been almost 67 hrs with no resolution. It’s been pathetic service for Jio.

    @JioCare There is no proper data network while using my Jio Dongle. Always it lags while Playing an video . Very poor network at prime location in Thane.

    @JioCare I cld ur customer care number again I got a number of technician when I cld him firstly he didn't answered nd when he did I gt to know he is in UP now so won't b able to come this is ridiculous and most pathetic service I have ever seen do your homework before giving assurity

    @reliancejio it is very regrating that JIO is not looking after Service demanded by user's, Myself is calling for Jio Fiber New connection but there is no response from Your executives even not taking seriously. Myself is calling from March onwards not picking up My Phone Calls

    @JioCare My donggle issue has not been sorted yet. It's under warranty and not working. I am trying to connect with store at Wagle Estate Road no 16 branch I can't find contact number .

    I am not intrested in jio fiber connection not happy with the service may i know what is the process to cancel my free subscription and take that setup box and wifi box not used even a single day the agent who did the sub also dont know the process @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    @JioCare We use jio that's u harassing us...?????so I don't want this jio who don't have value of customer time.....who want money before three days of due date..who are beggers who demand money in every morning.....if u want this keep it in option why u do its mandatory

    @reliancejio @JioCare : The most ridiculous eSIM transfer service in this world. I am forced to keep my old phone just to cope up with your inefficiency. The same process took 10 mins for @airtelindia This deserves a PIL in court of law since I will loose sales value of old phone

    @JioCare I stay in Mumbai.. there already is JioFiber in my area. My pin 400604. Maybe the area manager is least bothered now probably cause of substantial customer pipeline.

    @JioCare @reliancejio we did many tries for sorting these issue non of the team responded and came on site. Our society Renovation work going on Thane Ghodbunder Cosmos park if any of the team support not given society may take necessary action on floating cable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service from #Jio I visited Masoodpur & Saket Jio stores in New Delhi twice in the last week for a duplicate SIM (lost SIM issue). I had to manage my office work to visit both stores, yet no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi your internet services in my area in NCR is intermittent since last 6 hrs and when complained to customer care , they say they will take 24 hrs. Will you give me a rebate of the outage. Pl sort it out ASAP

    @JioCare The best part was that they asked for payment only after completing the installation. Unlike you, they don’t rely on brand name—they rely on actual service. You people just take advance payment and keep giving installation dates instead of delivering the service.
