    @reliancejio am unfortunate to taje your connection and to realise that i cant watch channels like @TimesNow. Is it right? How can you have a important channel like timesnow is not on your platform or is there a way to watch it without switching to mt old provider? Pls help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio we did many tries for sorting these issue non of the team responded and came on site. Our society Renovation work going on Thane Ghodbunder Cosmos park if any of the team support not given society may take necessary action on floating cable.

    12 DAYS NO INTERNET! Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio in Coimbatore. Despite raising multiple tickets, mailing the Appellate Authority, and filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), ZERO action has been taken.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is completely unacceptable. My JioFiber relocation issue remains unresolved, yet my complaint has been closed without any action or solution. No engineer contacted me or visited the site, and the relocation is still pending. Closing complaints without resolving th
