    @JioCare @reliancejio my problem of jiofibre not solved after 1-2 months. In bronze plan I m getting 20mbps instead of 100mbps speed and data of 100gb instead of 250gb you are promising. Please help. All details sent in DM many days back.

    I am not intrested in jio fiber connection not happy with the service may i know what is the process to cancel my free subscription and take that setup box and wifi box not used even a single day the agent who did the sub also dont know the process @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    @JioCare Have had enough of DMS and exchanges. If you really bother to know experience, share email id of a responsible manager who will care to understand despite having lost me as a customer and waiting for refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare : The most ridiculous eSIM transfer service in this world. I am forced to keep my old phone just to cope up with your inefficiency. The same process took 10 mins for @airtelindia This deserves a PIL in court of law since I will loose sales value of old phone

    @JioCare @reliancejio service of JIO provides is pathetic.Had made a compliant on 6th and till date there has been no response inspite of holding gold subscription. Product & Service differentiation is not in their paradigm.

    @t_u_r_v_a_s_h10 @JioCare Jio is a fraud network. I had a very poor experience with their customer executive. He took ₹2200 from me for a Jio Air connection but never completed the installation and later canceled it. I still haven’t received my refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio Cable broken, complaint filed at dawn, engineer confirmed 10-11 AM — never showed up, just excuses. This happens EVERY time, takes 2-3 days to fix. Pathetic service! Fix it NOW. #JIOFiber #ConsumerRights

    @reliancejio Worst service in area of reliance air fibre. Past 10 days asking for a technician visit just to-check why disconnection issue is happening. Customer care is worst they just read the script, They don’t care what is the issue. A single technician is required to check.

    @JioCare @JioCare , I already got confirmation , the order was cancelled and I will receive the refund in 7 days . This was 2 weeks before . I have provided the order number also in the Dm . Now you are starting from the scratch.this issue is about refund. Very poor service
