I've recently come to your network career with lots of exception but from first month I have network coverage problem, before I make up my mind do something if you believe in customer service experience.

The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.
