    @JioCare I cld ur customer care number again I got a number of technician when I cld him firstly he didn't answered nd when he did I gt to know he is in UP now so won't b able to come this is ridiculous and most pathetic service I have ever seen do your homework before giving assurity

    @JioCare Extremely poor network connectivity in Lodha Splendora, Bhayanderpada, Thane, Maharashtra. Frequent call drops and issues with browsing/streaming on 4g data.

    @Jio_Offl @JioCare Team its been more than a week that the payment to install the set top box is made, but there is no response from the team for installation. Also the customer care agents are unable to understand the issue. Please resolve asap.

    @FibersJio I have requested for connection thrice in last 10 days, but no reversal. I called JIO customer care, they said they cannot do anything.. what’s the matter @JioCare @reliancejio ?

    I have raised a request SR000013TEP7 on 26th Jan at around 5:30 PM for not being able to make outgoing calls and access mobile data but it's been around 48 hrs still there is no resolution to it. Haven't expected such a pathetic service for @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare R u robot? After 7 years we got the same reply, disappointed because @reliancejio didn't do anything on the ground for better basic services. I request once you check your network team's degree It's true or fake because 7 years a long time and your team didn't do anything

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @JioHelpline3 I've tried every possible way to reach ur customer care just to disconnect my JioFiber. No human, no support. Disconnect my JioFiber TODAY. Beware, future customers: the hardest part isn't getting JioFiber—it's getting out.

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.
