    @reliancejio jio mobile service and mobile internet in getting worse day by day in our area with no proper help or satisfactory reply from call center. It's now becoming compulsion rather then choise.

    Hello @JioCare Not started IPL.. After stated IPL your customer care say due to IPL Many Users use the internet on same time and for this Internet speed is slow. Very bad network connection. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @AnilSinghvi_ @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio people are facing mobile internet issues and when they try to complain just get stereo typed answer from call center that it may be due to heavy internet traffic in your area. Why not raise the question and make a program on it

    @JioCare Pin 387325 mo.9879048490 Either give data speed or set your #Jioposplus to connect with other network. We are not able to open #Jioposplus with your data speed. It's taking too much time around 1-2 minutes for open. Do some necessary. Make some lite your #Jioposplus app

    @reliancejio Very Slow Internet Speed in my Area. Bed Network Connection. More than 10 time provided address and location with alternat mobile number. But till now jio not solve issue of speed and network connection. How many times should I give the address @JioCare?

    @GTPL_Broadband Procrastination at it's peak. can't fix the cable just 500mts far from dumral in 3 working days. 20+ connections are waiting for their work done. @reliancejio people hereby are craving for jio fiber internet. Jio tower already installed in Dumral, Nadiad.

    @reliancejio sending direct message or even social media complaint seems to go in waste. They just come with stereo type answer. But never resolve the problem

    If you can't provide us with a good network, I will make the recording viral of the conversation with your call center employee . That is show how the port is canceled to strangers in the recording by jio employee. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare After 2 month as on date no work progress, @JioCare check network and found that no signal so they decide to instal jio tower in my area, so they finalize location and start process, after few day they(jio, anand)digging hole for foundation, but after that no any further(1/2)

    @JioCare Jio setup box sounds issue . it's not working. we have to maximize our TV sound on full volume to see any content. Your call center guy pick the call and put on hold for 20 minutes and then call cut.

    4 days ago my jio fiber cable got damaged due to snowfall. And since then I am continuously registering my complaints with customer support. But no one has come up to fix the connection. This is a very pathetic and errant behavior from @reliancejio @JioCare
