    @reliancejio @JioCare My Sim card is not getting 5g serives while I put other jio sim card in my mobile it is running 5g service.Why my sim card is not enabled for 5g.i have also plan for more than 239 and my phone is 5g and i am at 5g enabled area.

    @AnilSinghvi_ @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio people are facing mobile internet issues and when they try to complain just get stereo typed answer from call center that it may be due to heavy internet traffic in your area. Why not raise the question and make a program on it

    @VodafoneIN My number and network has not changed since 20 years through various takeovers and mergers and have not yet ported to @reliancejio but I am considering it seriously.

    Hello @JioCare Not started IPL.. After stated IPL your customer care say due to IPL Many Users use the internet on same time and for this Internet speed is slow. Very bad network connection. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Pin 387325 mo.9879048490 Either give data speed or set your #Jioposplus to connect with other network. We are not able to open #Jioposplus with your data speed. It's taking too much time around 1-2 minutes for open. Do some necessary. Make some lite your #Jioposplus app

    Shame on @JioCare. Every Sunday our JioFiber mysteriously stops working. 25+ families in our colony for over 30 days, yet you do nothing except register complaints that go nowhere. Your customer care openly says it won't be fixed on Sundays. 3rd consecutive Sunday. @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 4 days and the engineer still hasn't visited. This is really disappointing service from Jio. The assigned engineer isn't responding to my calls, and my work completely stopped because of internet issue. I'm paying a premium amount but not getting the service. #india

    @JioCare Every month we are suffering without the Internet service. You could not give us the timeframe for addressing the issue. Already it has taken more than 48 hours.
