    Dear @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residence vaijapur & farm area i.e.near govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in school area where's location can't b share cz f bad network. Plz solve it 4evr

    @reliancejio i am a jio user sir i had taken jio sim 1 year ago but i am not satisfied with it because this sim stops running anytime and its network runs very light please tell the solution of this problem

    @JioCare I have a jio postpaid connection and I pay the bill monthly. I am in UAE and plan to stay forever. How can I keep my sim active so that when I'm back in India, I could use it? Is international roaming pack mandatory? Plz help @Shesharma7

    @JioCare jio fiber internet connection has been out from more than 24 hours. We just keep getting messages from your end with extended fix times. Even your customer support number just gives the same recorded message. Really bad customer service experience.
