    Dear @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residence vaijapur & farm area i.e.near govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in school area where's location can't b share cz f bad network. Plz solve it 4evr

    excess amount every month i am paying extra amount and ina a while. Some times we have to recharge twice a month for your technical problem. Here i have attached screen shot's of my jio app showing payment due and account suspended in 3 days Billdate 11th of everymonth @JioCare

    @JioCare Don't you think we have already tried that. Noone is coming and it has already been more than 10 hours. What is your service SLA. The appointment has already been rescheduled twice. The support engineer is asking 1200 rs extra I don't know for what

    Their is very slow bad jio network problem, zero 5g and 4g , don't use jio sim @JioCare @

    @JioCare If Jio cannot resolve a network issue even after a week, then stop sending these meaningless template replies. Either provide a clear timeline for restoration or disconnect the service and take your equipment back. Customers deserve solutions, not endless excuses.

    @JioCare Not sure if changing the modem will solve the issue until it is done. The engineer mentioned that only if you close the previous ticket, I can raise a new one to change your modem. (2/2)

    @JioHotstar Dear @JioCare, how can a complaint be resolved without visiting the location or even contacting the customer? SR00003885PX was closed only on paper. Please stop misleading customers with false updates.
