    @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residential swami samarth nagar vaijapur & my school area i.e. govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in my school area where's location can't b share cz f bad ntwrk

    By trusting my sister's words I changed internet at home from #BSNL to @reliancejio Fiber. Inspite of monthly plan, #Jio disconnected internet on 26th day. When asked, no support from #JioFiber people. Tried 4 times to recharge, but couldn't. Worst Service @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

    @JioCare I don’t have internet since today morning, I raised a service rqst SR00001B58XL. I opted for 11-12 slot, got an sms saying technician will arrive@7:15PM. At 6.50PM I rcvd same msg but it said technician will arrive @7:30PM. Now he is saying he’ll come tomorrow. ESCALATE

    @JioCare They visited and guided me that their backend team for wire will rework it but no one is responding for the same just they are just rescheduling everyday it would be my last request otherwise i have no option to shift to other network which already solved it for their connection.
