    Dear @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residence vaijapur & farm area i.e.near govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in school area where's location can't b share cz f bad network. Plz solve it 4evr

    @JioCare stopped answering my calls. I have already contacted Jio Customer Care multiple times and raised complaints, but no proper resolution has been provided so far. I am extremely frustrated because I have been paying for a service that has not been properly installed or delivered

Vileparle kalpavriksh sty, Sant Mukta bai road, Vileparle east, Mumbai. Why can’t u respond in detail here for last so many months on going issues?

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have Piad advance toward jiohome order no is NO0001F136I0. It’s been month now. Process refund or provide service. Your representatives are also not picking my call. Is this some kind of fraud???

    @RelianceJio @JioCare Can’t load WhatsApp on 4G or 5G anymore. What kind of service is this? The network connection is getting worse by the day. Please look into this asap!

    My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare
