Dear @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residence vaijapur & farm area i.e.near govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in school area where's location can't b share cz f bad network. Plz solve it 4evr

@JioCare Since 4th Oct the service engineers are rescheduling the installation on their own, today it was also scheduled for 4PM - 5:30PM but they called me and said it will not be done today. Please help because my office work is getting impacted since 4th. Need urgent help on this issue

@reliancejio Paid 10612.92 Rs. for jio fiber on the date of 04 Oct. 2022 but still not providing Invoice for that really worst service. trying to reach customer care and while talking with customer care executive name SUMIT ask me to hold on call and then disconnect my call

@reliancejio I am using your services for a long time but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and the internet barely works at a good speed. @JioCare kindly get the issue resolved. @TRAI
