Dear @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residence vaijapur & farm area i.e.near govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in school area where's location can't b share cz f bad network. Plz solve it 4evr

@reliancejio harassed by pathetic service of jio set top box and internet at home in Ludhiana. I won't recommend anyone to go with them. There customer care takes 1 month to respond to complaints.. @ETTelecom

@reliancejio Very poor service and irresponsible support staff. I have cancelled my jio fiber connection on 10th Mar 2021. I'm getting messages regarding uninstallation but your engineer not came for uninstallation after 13 days. Never thought that kind of irresponsibility

@reliancejio My phone, Jio fiber, jio-fi everything is down since morning. Odisha, Ganjam is facing heavy turbulence with #jionetwork. yet no action is been taken by #jioteam . its hampering our office works and daily works.. we pay #jio for nothing.

@JioCare It's really frustrating when there is no response from JIO. Connection is down since 10 days & still no one has sent technical engineer to fix this. Why do you charge customer for not giving service? Broadband connection is down & no proper response from customer support.

@JioCare Still issue remains the same as i observed for 2 more days. Also, checked the internet settings in my cellphone and its fine already without any single mistake as u said.
