    @JioCare I have never faced such a pathetic customer service. I made a complaint at 4 PM on 19/12/2020 but after 18 hours, no redressal till. SR000013FU8N. My work is suffering being working from home.

    @JioCare The service center did not respond to repeated calls for the new SIM activation 1977. In Telangana ... the customer suffers because the service center does not respond. If you think that you will respond and solve the problem

    @JioCare There is still no resolution...4 customer service on one case..telling me same what customer service emailed me..IVR too does not provide option to speak to customer service..You need to show a sense of accountability and urgency to resolve such matters of misleading customers.
