    Dear @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residence vaijapur & farm area i.e.near govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in school area where's location can't b share cz f bad network. Plz solve it 4evr

    @JioCare The pain of follow ups with @JioCare continues. Jio has defined how the customer care should not be. 2 months of follow up for the refund which Jio claims to have processed and my bank statement does not have any entry for it. Clearly a technical issue by who cares for Customer

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged my office wifi instead of my home, There is already fibre plan going on my office and recharge is quoed. Please help me to transfer my recharge to my home network instead of my office 🙏🏻
