    Dear @JioCare like a London bridge is falling down the jio network in my residence vaijapur & farm area i.e.near govt. School sawatawadi (pin 431116) has gone frm hero 2 zero. Situation is adverse in school area where's location can't b share cz f bad network. Plz solve it 4evr

    @JioCare Same information tum sab Pichhle Sal se diye aa rha hai, My current location-845433 internet service bilkul work nhi krta hai, Facebook page tak open nhi ho rha hai 3kb 5kb ke high speed de rha hai #jio, aur tum sab abi bhi there are many users ke natak Nautanki kr rhe ho .

    @reliancejio @JioCare When i bought your JioFiber connection, i have got a STB also but i have not used it hence i gifted it to someone who is also your JioFiber customer. But why this STB is not working with his JioFiber connection. Please help.

    @JioCare Whats the point of raising your recharge amounts when you cannot provide quality high speed internet ? From 6 pm onwards the speed barely touches 60kbps . Its been a regular issue here for last year . Anyway to fix this?

    @TRAI could you please impose a fine on @reliancejio for the worst QoS. I am writing this on WiFi network. I have prepaid for 4G telecom services but I am not able to use even 2G internet. It's like 1G service, since not able to use so called unlimited data on full network.

    @airtelindia do you even have 2G coverage in Jammu City. Being a Platinum customer I feel cheated. Your internet doesn't work. Can't even open a webpage. If you can't help then plz let me know how do I switch to @reliancejio
