    @12_mahima @JioCare Same story here.... @reliancejio is not customer centric... I complained about international roaming and asked for refund. Their one call says I will get refund and immediately next day other call comes say they rejected my refund... #TRAI @TRAI #CustomerService

No 4G network most of the time , don't know where they are building towers , In Himalaya or Alps mountain

Customer care is hope less. They just postpone engineer visit. You ask for new connection they will be at your door step next day
