    Hello @JioCare, I had accumulated a good number of ₹50 vouchers from Jio through my past recharges which @reliancejio promised can be redeemed during future recharges. Today I see none of the vouchers are there. Customer care not reachable to address this.

    Hello @JioCare & @ril_foundation - Speed sucks at 80 Kbps as of now - We know lockdown sucks too - my #wfh is turning out to be #WTF moment. Down detector also says that u r facing issues. Anything btwn 100-300 Kbps is good. 🙏🏼 #Restore4GSpeed

    @JioCare Hello my grandfather has a issue with not able to call. I've been calling customer service since 2 days and the call does not connect to them and gets disconnected If it wasnt urgent and something I could resolve I would have. Please help.

    @idea_cares I have already tweet regarding internet speed issue before 10 days, your customer care call me and tell your network problem is solved, till there is no difference regarding internet speed. I am now trying to Port the number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio

    @reliancejio even though i have full network of 4G, my data surfing/dwnload speed is nt gng above 70 kbps. very poor service i must say. disappointed as i am work from home now.

    @Abhijit_Lahiri @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @bsnlpune @rsprasad Sir whatsapp audio / video calls from my overseas friends is a pain ... I do bloat to my firang friends we have cheap data at 2 dollars a month when they pay from 10 to 20 ... But ideally we have 2g speed of 4g network

    I am still waiting for the internet to be fixed.Hav made around 20calls today. Such pathetic service, Everytime they are saying it will be done tomorrow !! So @JioCare if my internet doesn't work you guys will take 3days to get it fixed?? The worst service ever. #JagoGrahakJago

    @JioCare Jio Sim replacement cost is Rs.25/-. But jio show room worker tell Rs.175/- . Y you do this . I want refund my money back. 😔 Jio very bad service. @TRAI .

    @JioCare For your kind information your customer care said there is no slot available. It will be done tomorrow. I had booked slot for today in the myjio app still they cancelled it without any notice. Is there such lack of resources, why u provide service then !! @JioCare
