    @JioCare You are simply wasting time. Had your system been customer friendly, you could very well pick up the box yesterday itself. But your tendency is not to support but to escalate the issue only. While tracking my request status, it is showing under process since 04 March, pathetic.

    @JioCare why is it soo difficult to reach you guys on phone. My parents have been trying to reach you guys but damn do you make it hard. I live abroad so it's difficult for me to call. We have a service interruption even when the bill is paid. 🙏🏽 get back!!
