@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio have expressed interest in MyJio app several times but haven’t got any welcome invite for true 5G yet. I use iPhone 12 with iOS 16.2. All others in my house are already using 5G but for me. Please rectify the issue at ur end.

@JioCare @reliancejio worst service, was promised installation today in the morning while booking the fiber. No one came after multiple follow ups and now not picking up the phone as well. A full day wasted without work. This is happening in Bangalore.

@reliancejio jio fibre net work is not working since 14th January. Despite of complaints, mails problem not resolved. Falsely information given that problem resolved. No body has given cognizance to solve problems of network restoration so far. I am Advocate and work suffered lot

@JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a while I have been complaining on 5G invite on Jio platform and also on the twitter. No action taken. Hence told me to wait, do let me know how long a postpaid customer need to wait for the invite. Worst response by jio care.Insufficient knowledge
