    Two days of @reliancejio fibre being down. Every day the fix is delayed to 4:45pm the next day. Like my experience with banks lately: it’s all fine, until it’s not. Then you’re dead in the water.

    @JioCare At the time of taking a jio fiber connection no question are asked..but just for relocation service u people are asking numerous questions ..and ur customer care is even worse they provide wrong info and cut the phone if we tell genuine concern

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I am following with your useless team since 4 days for internet connectivity issue. And you are just giving me timelines. I had raised 2 tickets..one for issue and other for escalation and one of the ticket is closed today without resolution
