    @JioCare Please look Into the jio fiber service provided in thane @ghodbunder road. There is some kind of scam done by the staff or the service team here. I had to shift my house to the building next to me. I had a jio fiber connection.

    @JioCare hi sir.. I have a doubt. I am staying in Hyderabad of Telangana state. . Is the 5G service available to out city? What shall we do get the service. Whether we need to take a new 5G SIM? I am using 5G phone. Please do reply.

    @JioFiberChennai I have jio fiber connection issue and even registered Service Request with your team. So far no response and no one showed up to fix it. It's really annoying no proper response from customer care too... Please address it ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Yesterday only I purchased a jio sim but fed up with the plans and services. Jio has given so affordable plans rates in 2016,2017 but now it is too much.Not at all satisfied and also issue with the network.3rd class plans and also call drops.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @JioCare I have ported my no from VI to jio and paid respective VI dues. I'm facing service suspension because of non payment reason but I have submitted valid proofs to VI care center. Please solve ASAP
