    Internet not working in my location at bhubaneswar. Last month i faced this problem same issue happened again. Last issue solved to take longer time.Its not biggest network in world its worst network and service in world. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It's surprising that when a complaint to 199 Jio was made about true 5G not working the Jio staff on the call lost his patience and started abusing. Fantastic Customer service by Jio 😳

    @JioCare dear sir many time complaint. agianst ur service slow 4g speed daily.1 month continue slow speed.i have 4 jio conecttion my home . other no port from other service provider. all no 239 recharge but not enjoy service. now i all no port other service. thanks

    on 3rd December my jio Fiber at home stopped working and later came to know that while set up new connection in our building they have cut our connection & after innumerable calls and mails at jio service center there is no remedy.pathetic service @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre

    @KaranKatakiya @reliancejio Area? Is there any access point setting? I get the 5G logo on the network but it changes back to 4G after a minute. Still didn't get the welcome offer @reliancejio
