    @JioCare I have closed my postpaid connection and it's been around a month but I'm yet to receive my credit amount , spoke multiple times with the customer care but they saying it takes 60 days to receive the link to provide my acct details. Why 60 days just to update acct detail

    @JioCare Sorry to say the service is pathetic and i dont need it anymore. We will go for other vendors. Never seen such a disgusting service

    Such a irritating experience by using jio nowadays, outgoing calls are ending by one ring and unable to receive incoming calls also and network service uska to puccho hi mat... Please jio solve this calling problem asap .. #calling_problems #badnetworkservicebyjio @reliancejio
