@JioCare Yes, Maaz. This is a recent issue which started about 3 months back and Jio has failed to provide a viable solution. Ironically, one of the pioneer of 5G services in India is failing to provide even 2G service in a tier 1 metro. Absolutely dismal.

@reliancejio I am a subscriber of Jio Fibre since 1st Sept 22 (the date when Jio fibre was installed and activated) but the first billing cycle shows 27th Aug to 10th Sept. If I subscribed to service from 1st September how can you charge me from 27th August? Account 310430560519
