GJ (@gj950) reported@JioCare AirFiber (Jaipur) has been down since yesterday evening. Both WiFi & TV are dead. Calling 18008969999 is useless because the call disconnects before reaching an agent. We pay thousands every month for this? My business is suffering because of your poor service. Shameful.

And i recharged 2 other plans still not resolved and customer care is ******. I have no option to port to @airtelindia after this was resolved. Such a pathetic service.
