Hello @JioCare @reliancejio care to listen ? I m shifting to new flat in same building, and there's no customer care executive to talk to. Worst part is that your my jio app don't accept rent agreement as document proof of my new address.

Its been 3 days and I called the customer service 20 times asking for broadband installation. Everyday I have been lied to with assurances that installation will be done on the same day but nobody ever showed up. Great customer satisfaction! Way to go @reliancejio @JioCare
