  @ayush9050 @reliancejio @JioCare My problem was pending for more than 25 days, once their engg visited as he left home the same problem occurred, finally I switched to Airfiber, they have better service till now 😜😜

  @JioCare Jio network around my office area despite it being the main industrial area of the city is so horrible that it's impossible to make or receive calls . At the same time VI and airtel have comparatively very good network in that area. Will have to port to airtel it seems

  @AkashMAmbani @JioCare Series of Problems from your team 1. Without knowledge, they have changed from Jiofibre to JioAirFibre 2. Both the ids continued-recharge done every 3 months at a regular interval 3. Lastly 2 Recharge done - 706.82 Rs on 1st August and 2120.46 Rs on 8th

  Very poor call service by @reliancejio in NCR region. Multiple call drops no internet connectivity in underground metro commuting, no network around yamuna river. Why no investment is done in enhancing the network connectivity. This issue is constant from last many years.

  @JioCare if this is the service, you guys provide at Jio, then I won’t be able to suggest it to anyone to get Service from you guys. My complaint is open since last 5 to 6 days and no one really cares about it I am planning to cancel my connection.

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Every other week there is an issue with cable connection with route. Service engineer visit everytime, fix the issue temporary and close the ticket. This is 3rd time in last 30 days, i have to raise the ticket. RESOLVE THE ISSUE PERMANENT BASE

  @reliancejio @reliancejio @reliancejiocare JioFiber unresolved. SR00003E5PAV (15 Aug), SR00002NI6EY (17 Aug). Prince Kumar & Ramesh Paswan visited; Wi-Fi failed again at 4 PM. 100+ calls, no help; both shift responsibility. Please investigate extra-payment demands & escalate Darbhanga.

  @JioCare @JioFiber Day 8 and installation is STILL pending! Your support team is an absolute joke—just copy-pasting the exact same garbage replies for 5 days straight. Stop testing my patience. Fix this right now or cancel my connection so I can take my business elsewhere.

  @JioCare Your engineer keep rescheduling the visit. that's what jio is providing service. no internet. only rescheduled visit. shame on you. And answer my question - what's the compensation policy?
