Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I would prefer to proceed with porting my number with jio.

It's been three days without the internet. Please get someone to fix it immediately. Very Disappointed.
