    Hey @reliancejio. I am unable to watch Sony liv and Voot content as it's asking for subscription although I have recharged for 6months (399+200) pack including all 14 OTT platforms. Please help asap.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I am using Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G device but in my jio application its showing Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro (4G) device. How it is possible. Also i unable to use your 5G service because of this device mismatch issue. So solve this issue ASAP. #JioTrue5G
