    @reliancejio @JioCare whats the point of opting 5g recharge if the network is not working in 5g areas also. Network sucks and a customer can do nothing.

    Highly disappointed with my Jio AirFiber relocation (SR: CO0001RQGNZZ). The assigned SMS contact redirected me to local Sullurupeta staff, who then ignored calls & refused service, claiming ₹1200 portal payments are "out of their scope." @JioCare @reliancejio 1/2

    @reliancejio Customer care executive call karke recharge karne ke liye din 10call karte hai end agar recharge nhi karna hai to boldo to sim deactive kardete hai... @reliancejio wale ka revenue day by day kam hota ja raha hai kyaa 🤪🤪

    Dear Jio, Full signal but zero internet 🤡 Calls drop, speed slower than 2G, and indoor network = no network. Charging premium for this? Fix it or stop the big claims. Maybe instead of ads, invest in actual network that works? Just a thought. @JioCare #Jio #NetworkFail #Slow

    @JioCare Problem not resolved , issue is still same I am 100% sure that @JioCare cannot provide service of air fiber , it has been 2 days since my post , not able to call customer care, no service request on app , I want to talk to Gladwin.

    @JioCare Paid for 12-month 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but couldn’t use it for 4–5 months due to repeated issues & poor support. Now told router was faulty since Day 1. Hardly used any data. Need 4–5 month extension or compensation ASAP. #JioAirFiber #PoorService @reliancejio

    🚨 Customer Issue: I made a UPI payment via @GooglePayIndia over 2 weeks ago, and it is still unresolved. @JioCare says they never received the recharge request, despite the payment being successful. If not resolved soon, I will proceed with legal escalation. #GooglePay #Jio
