@reliancejio @JioCare Jio mini tower is installed at our school campus 3 months ago, but till now it is not activated and we the teachers, students, whole community is deprived of using jio network. Help needed asap regarding this matter.

@reliancejio Closed my fiber connection with service request no SR00001C2CBJ for jio no 299258884379 and device already collected on 11/07/2022.But till now refund has not been credited even after 14 working days are over. After calling your customer service they says " it is under process"

@reliancejio you are providing worst service.Not professional at all. I am a jio fiber user and not able to access internet since last 24 hours. When initiated service request,it was rescheduled twice .Service request number SR00001CJ3B3. No service engineer has been appointed.
