    @JioCare When will I get refund ? Please mention refund date..I am going complaint consumer forum and escalate the issue that company is delaying for refund . My order cancelled on 30th March, 2026. It's 21 days already passed.I have to strictly action on jio fibre..

    @JioCare I've reported the same complaint at least 1,000 times. There's an internet problem. Outages are happening. Your entire team is a bunch of idiots.

    @ganesdukka @JioCare Ganesh even in here your issue will not be resolved. They will open ticket and close it after 12 hours and this will happen in loop where each and every social media handlers reply same above thing

    @jiocare why life has to be so tough for a customer to cancel a JioFibre home account? Very disappointing for a reputed company to do this. Jio app, Online chat support et cetera are absolute nonsense and waste of time.

    @JioCare @JioCare Rebooting & diagnostics have been done multiple times The issue is recurring for months & gets temporarily fixed when technician comes but reoccurs again. Kindly escalate it beyond basic troubleshooting & provide a permanent solution instead of repeated temporary fixes.
