    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @JioCare @JioCare The service worked reliably until May 2026 but now support avoids direct answers on whether inverter compatibility is expected, despite earlier assurances, and questions the need for delays after sharing contact details.

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been 7 days my internet is not working. Engineer visit keeps on rescheduling on its own. Customer care keeps blabbering same old recorded lines “please wait for engineer visit” What non sense ?

    Team, I had installed JioAirFiber last month on 14th July. I was told that you will get unlimited data for one month but it got over today on 4th. I talked to the service team and they said nothing can be done, these are false promises. @reliancejio

    My Jio Fibre connection is disturbed since yesterday 3pm, I have raised the ticket yesterday, The technician was supposed to come today morning, but they are keep on rescheduling at his own convenience. Worst customer service. The network is also pathetic in this area. @JioCare

    @JioCare Navin it’s again a rescheduling. This game is running since last 3/4 days. I am surprised that engineer has such guts that he picks the calls and never reply. In some cases never picks the call even where the call is reputed through Jio call Center.

    @JioCare one of the pathetic and fraudulent company and people.. systematically Money laundering mechanism.. @TRAI kindly look into this.. Every month same problem but no resolution. Kindly suspend the license and bring new provider..
