    @JioCare That really doesn't help me. You just reiterated what I already know. We're living in 2021 during a pandemic. To expect someone to travel 7000 miles to be physically present for a sim cards replacement is really ridiculous.

    @Sumansingh2302 @JioCare @reliancejio yup that's what their tag line is. It's mis leading and their network doesn't work in most of the places. Thank god I am not using that service.
