    @JioCare Switched from Prepaid to Postpaid. Opted for 999 Family plan (1+3nos.). Added 2 nos. Had issues with porting 3rd no. Changed to 799 plan (1+2 nos.). Jio immed. removed 2 add-on nos. from 999 plan. Got msg, plan will change next day. Pay rent but can't use nos. Rubbish!

    @PaytmMoneyCare Hello @reliancejio @JioCare could please help me out here. I tried reaching out to customer care but no luck. And there is no provision to reach out to customer executive if we have problems that are not listed in your preset menu. Help me address this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Nobody has responded after I shared registered mobile number on a DM. In any case, I am sure you realise it's not an issue with my account but with the JioJoin app design, and rest is my suggestion & feedback to enhance Jio Box. Hope Reliance will pay heed to it🙏🏻

    @JioCare I am facing this issue from last to day. I am not able to call any one and no one can call me. Internet data work properly but issue in calling. Urgently fix this problem.

    @JioCare Net is not running for the last 1 months messages are not even sent on WhatsApp, for what do you charge Jio, claiming high speed, is absolutely fake, there is no speed at all, the network has been in the entire area for the last 1 months having trouble Kanpur Patkapur .

    @JioCare I am a postpaid jio user with my celphone network number 9454869668 .from past one month i am not able to send sms , not able to call , not able to use internet data . From this number. Even i am paying my all bills after that , i am facing issue .

    @JioCare Sorry Sirji your service is extremely poor & pathetic. I have already burnt fingers in getting second Jio Set Top box. You can carry out the check at your level that what kind of service was provided to me. I can only pray to God that I should not have any need for your service
