    @JioCare customer care executive told that we have escalated the issue on priority basis and I will get my refund within 8 hours and provided me SR00001I7S1H service request number But as expected no use. It's arout 96 hour and still waiting for the refund from them. @jio_fiber

    Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

    @JioCare Don't you have a resolution? If you can't provide me free SIM card replacement then return my recharge money. I want to port to another company and that way I'll get free new SIM from another company.

    @JioCare been more than a year since i can't use internet. I paid 2999 and since then I'm not able to use the internet, its working slower than 2g speed. Your customer care executive couldn't help. And just said sir it will take 3 months more 3 months more. Refund me

    @reliancejio @TRAI @jagograhakjago Still 3 days to go, but jio is not allowing to make outgoing calls before hearing the irritating announcement of recharging.Why the fully paid customer is not allowed to make the outgoing calls without any interruption till the last day?

    @reliancejio Hi ! I am experiencing very poor network coverage and almost dead internet at my hometown where I came for some family event. Tried but couldn't reach support on myjio app. Pin code is 232106. please help resolve as I will be here till 03-Apr-23 and need internet.

    @reliancejio @TRAI Still 3 days to go, but jio is not allowing to make outgoing calls before hearing their lengthy, irritating announcement of recharging. How one can make emergency outgoing call? Why the fully paid customer is barricading to make the outgoing calls?

    @JioCare Already sent. Check. And it's happening with all other operators. Also internet speed is reduced drastically. Now I have over 200 gb of data in my postpaid account. And I'm not able to use it due to poor speed . Had to rely on @airtelindia for internet connectivity.

    Better to shift on jio, their plans n other things are quit better than airtel... #50% data consumed when the original usage is 143mb ..it really sucks alot 😕😕 @airtelindia @reliancejio
