    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @JioCare what kind of service are you providing?? My JioFiber connection has not been working due to technical issues since 21st April and I've been requesting a service since then. Every time either a technician is not available or the service is rescheduled

    @JioCare This is the stock response that is being copy pasted for all my msgs. Don't you people understand English??? Your meaning of "at the earliest" is whenever you want to do it. It could be next week, next year, next decade, never. How long does a customer put up with this rubbish?

    @JioCare Are you even reading my complaint? I said this is a FRAUD by agent Lukman Khan. I DID NOT request this. STOP this unauthorized activation immediately or I will take legal action against Jio and the agent. This is NOT an approved request, it is a CRIME

    @JioCare NO ONE HAS CONTACTED YET! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS ? The technician should have been here with immediate effect. I would initiate action before the consumer forum now. It's completely not acceptable. We pay your charges regularly for this kind of service?

    @JioCare The SIM has not been activated yet. I have had a very bad experience with Jio. Now they have returned my money to me. I don't want your SIM or your network.

    @JioCare I would like to inform you that, The condition of Jio network in our area has been very bad for the last 2-3 days. Both phone call & network is very bad.please resolve it soon.Address - Vill- Itkhola, P.O- Chargola Bazar, Dist, Sribhumi ( Karimganj), Assam, 788713.

    @JioCare No update till date and it's magic of jio they are sending message for recharge but never try to provide good service ... We have contact with local service provider but they are told me they are no more service partner with jio so now you have to manage your self...Very good jio

    @JioCare Hi again Bot I am tired of speaking to bots and if you are not please I am also tired of the same answers again & again. And if the actions has been taken please send the proofs and the raised complaint copy & explain what actions are taken and how does it compensate my damage.
