    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @JioCare It has been over a month since your team has been working on my issue, yet you have failed to resolve it. Is my case really that complicated? First, you created unnecessary drama in cancelling the booking, and now you are repeating the same with the refund.

    @JioCare Thank you for reopening the request. However, please note that the issue was never resolved earlier and the complaint was closed without any visit or OTP verification. Request proper engineer visit and permanent resolution, as the problem is still ongoing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Despite multiple follow-ups, my request was only rescheduled repeatedly with zero action. Due to this negligence, I was forced to take a new connection from another provider Airtel. Why should I pay for a service that was never delivered?

    @JioCare This issue is ongoing for 2 months. Previous complaints also not resolved. Request immediate permanent fix and compensation. Kindly treat this as urgent.
