    We are facing net speed issue a lot. Jio is only taking money from us they are not giving the value against the money they are taking from us. I'm facing issues since last year & registered complaint many times but till date no one focused on this. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @reliancejio I placed a request for a new Sim card yesterday and the people assigned to me for the delivry & activation called but they didn't turn up. And they were unprofessional and rude. I guess you need to look into getting a professional staff & I wont buy Jio sim fr sure

    @JioCare Set Box installation has nothing to do with the bigger problem you mentioned in reply. Net is working fine. Issue is installation.

    .@JioCare @reliancejio what rural remote area people can do if their newly brought jiophone has performance issues? Service centre is more tan 100 kms away. Would you guys provide on-site warranty with a replacement?

    TRAI organizes consumer outreach programs in different parts of the country. But what about those peoples who are complaining about poor service of @JioCare @reliancejio and TRAI only forwards these complaints to concerned departments and No action taken by anyone WHY?
