    @reliancejio @JioCare @rsprasad I am unable to use my 4g net on jio since past 6 months. Other members around me use their net without any problem. Customer care always told me its temproary problem. But I am unable to even send or receive WhatsApp msgs.

    @JioCare hello , I have just installed jio fibre at my home .But I am getting high ping while playing game (Valorant) . I have also contacted jio fiber support via email many times but my problem isn't yet solved . It was the worst broadband experience for me . Help me out plz
