Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

I lodged complaint on seventh april , they closed it without reason. Now still the issue not resolved. I always pay my bill 3 months advance. I think jio do not bother about it.
