@JioCare I am jatan from ahmedabad i had per book @oneplus 7pro 8gb/256gb variant. From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

@reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

Only 20mbps....Very poor speed and disastrous service in Jio Fiber. I subscribe to the 699 plan every month which should give around 95mbps. but this is so so bad. @reliancejio @JioCare solve my problem and raise a complaint with a service number ASAP.

I had Jio's sim, it got broken by mistake, so I went to Jio service center LIG indore to get it repaired. He demanded ₹200 from me for the Replace @JioCare' s very poor service. @reliancejio

@JioCare I had paid a deposit of Rs.7,100 in Dec-19. I was told by Customer care that I would get a refund of Rs.6000. However I hv not got anything so far even after one & half months. I called Customer Care a few times but nobody was able to sort out my problem. Pls respond.
