@JioCare It was promised by @reliancejio @jiocareindia that within 90 days network issue will be resolved. today 60 days completed but no response till now.can somebody from @jioauthority look into this on priority basis.

@JioCare I am jatan from ahmedabad i had per book @oneplus 7pro 8gb/256gb variant. From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

@reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

@JioCare Hi, please help to improve network and internet speed issue at my area, when I have talked to customer card they said your not getting speed because there are many users in your area. We are improving but still there is no improvement at shayona green, Gota, Ahmedabad.

Dear @JioCare . Pathetic services. Who is eating my data? My mobile numner is#9234879050. 149 plans means you should not use internet, just keep feeling that you have Internet plan. I uninstalled facebook , instagram, facebook messagenger even that 1 gb data sucks.
