    @reliancejio @JioCare inspite of so many times of reminder and DM done twice their is no reply from your end. It has been over 3 months. If you cannot resolve a simple problem in installation then... This is not the service I had expected.

    @reliancejio The service of jio is disgusting. I'm not even getting 1kbps of speed despite of having data Balance in my account. When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

    The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

    @Idea I left @reliancejio and connected in idea with oneprepaid and one postpaid connection. But now network is so pathetic that even showing full network my number shows switchoff. Thinking to move my both numbers to @Airtel_Presence, not sure if they can port me in lockdown.

    @reliancejio Complaint number: MR000121J4UW, MR00012139AB. Jio is providing very slow internet speed and poor network in KPHB colony,Phase7, Hyderabad. YouTube\Whatsapp videos run in circles to load,only 2 level signal.Its ages,I doubt Jio has plans to increase spectrum\capacity?
