    @JioCare We have confirm to our bank they tell that transaction showing successfully from bank side payment made to jio. Now what we do you are cheating to customer.

    @JioCare Please help my mom with her refund. She contacted Jio customer care through her FB account on Jan 30th to cancel her number. They cancelled her number a month later after multiple follow ups on Feb 28th 2022. Now she is after them to refund her account balance since.

    @JioCare @IthE007 Same happened with me. Device returned didn't happened due to delay from jio side, engineer never came to pickup devices. Jio stole 50%of security on account of delayed return, also claimed that devices were damaged initially. Be vigilant, jio is not trust worthy

    Hi @JioCare your services suck , i cancelled my jio fibre more than a week ago , got pickup message 7 times , waited for the service engineer to come but no one show up, called 15 time to customer executive, they are just giving excuse.

    @JioCare Can you please help my mom with her refund? Jio customer care is harassing her since Jan 2022 and did not issue a refund after asking her bank/check details many times. They keep saying ‘working on’ and it’s been 4 months.Sorry but your service is very poor for seniors!
