    @JioCare @DoT_India The advisor name was Nithin. This is the way jio customer care speaks and company has no control on their employees. They directly say that there will be no improvement and customers can port out. Please take a strict action on this advisor.

    @JioCare I recharged my phone twice because of your stupid services. First I recharged because my plan was up and the calls and data wasn’t working despite showing successful recharged message and then I did it again thinking made a mistake. ITS STILL NOT WORKING I NEED REFUND

    @JioCare Your technicians are dishonest and not delivering the service customers pay for. They're scamming customers and potentially damaging your brand value. Either improve accountability and service quality or I'll be forced to escalate this to Consumer Court.

    @AvishekDubey15 @JioCare Yeah so on your Jio fiber go to the settings, somewhere in the settings you will find system apps, then open Live TV, clear cache and storage then restart your Jio fiber. The customer says it will take around 24hrs to receive OTPs so no matter what you have to wait a day

    @JioCare @reliancejio (4/n) We've contacted customer care multiple times, raised requests through the MyJio app, and followed up through every available channel, but there has been absolutely no resolution.

    @JioCare "There is no such extreme weather in my area. Please stop giving false excuses and provide a genuine update. How long will you keep fooling customers with the same reason instead of providing a genuine resolution and arranging an engineer visit?

    @JioCare Local distributor informed me that some building mismatch issue in KYC and the deposit amount will be refunded. I have no communication from Jio or the distributor on the timeline. No installation. No refunds yet. Order Number NO0001DRL7HU. Pathetic.
