@JioCare Technician told me it would take 3weeks to get services running and there would be no compensation for that time of unavailability of the service Jio doesn't provide me a single second of service whn validity ends How is this fair? I need full compensation for the period.

@reliancejio THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS I have recharged yesterday and my JIOFIBRE is not working from today lodged a complaint "Service Request Number SR00001A23MY" now the technician says thrs some issue with the main box of my locality and would take 3weeks to get the service running
