    I am very sorry that Jio's service is third class, charges money for 4G and the network has been more than four days useless than 2G, complaining but still no improvement and so desperate that Jio fiber by SMS Very bad are making customers to install @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare very poor service i have raised a concern for OTT not working on 20th of this month and not a single executive care to call us in last 8 days... so poor services after charges higher amount then other service providers

    @JioCare @reliancejio I think it's the right time to switch on Airtel Fiber or BSNL fiber cause you have not been able to resolve a simple internet flapping issue and when we call you, you have the same robotic answers.
