  @JioCare Its been a week now and no resolution is provided till date, the service is pathetic and you keep on charging even when the service is disconnected from your end. The internet is still not working.

  @JioCare my father raised a request yesterday "SR00003BZEKT" The engineer was supposed to come today but he put the service request on hold and when we reached out to him through the app he said he'll come tomorrow & the service request is still on hold Please help look at it
