    @JioCare my mbl no. Is 6369317339 nd im using samsg j8 bought frm UAE. I bought this sim on jan 2022, 1 month it worked properly but for the last 1month its not working. I took my mbl to the local jio store they said some foriegn handsts not supporting jio u hve to change (1/2)

    @JioCare my jio wifi hasn't been working and I have registered a complaint but nothing has been done so far . I called the customer care umpteen times but every time I'm told it would be resolved soon it has been around 10 days . highly disappointed

    @JioCare We will stay public. My Jiofiber connection was installed on November 7, 2022. Out of the 16 months since, the services have been down for a cumulative period of five months. How would you rate such a service?

    @reliancejio need to be more proactive in response to the customer and solve the issue ASAP. I have given a complain and the complain has been raise pls solve my issue ASAP.Customer support like Mr. Abdul is not acceptable and not fit for handling the customer for solving issue👎

    @reliancejio why I can't get jio sim where i am get purchased ,you only missing or damages sim provide only jio store it's not well ,even holiday time and late time working people get trouble getting their damaged or missing jio sim
