The main issue is that whenever the electricity goes off, the network signal immediately drops to just one or two bars, and after that nothing works properly internet stops working and calls become difficult or impossible. This issue has been happening regularly for quite some time. Kindly check the network tower/battery backup situation in my area and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
