@JioCare The issue was wire snapping! Same incident happened last month. Why was it not checked properly last month? Why Jio's wire is snapping so frequently? Hownis the quality of the wire then? Today engineer complained that it was not done properly during installation!! It was Jio

@JioCare The issue has been resolved. It took 4 phone calls to Jio help desk-faced one agent disconnection; no provision for them to transfer to sup or manager. How are u running a call centre! I have Jio's so called engineers roaming around my house who used to literally beg to take a
