    @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber Internet services in Block C5A, Janakpuri, have been down since April 22nd. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no support from service engineers, customer care only provides generic responses without any clear timeline. SR0000343TV5

    @JioCare I complained by call on 26th March 2026 for internet issue. Today I call and jio care told me no complaint issue that day only interaction submitted..why are u fake ...

    @JioCare, your in-app chat is broken, and IVR is an endless loop. I am trying to report that I am out of station and cannot hand over the AirFiber CPE (ID: 778400566647) for 3 months. Your local technicians are harassing me daily. Fix this and log a ticket. Send a DM.

    Hey @JioCare, @reliancejio, @jio! I'm really frustrated! 😤 I placed an order for home delivery 4 days ago, and it's still nowhere to be found. After multiple calls & emails, still no delivery. Why offer a service if you can't deliver after payment? 😡 #CustomerService #Jio

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio Booked Jiofibre to install at my place. The salesman seems to have done the kyc but did not check the feasibility at my place. Now the engineer is unable to install the router. Pathetic service. The salesman is not receiving any calls.Poor service
