    @reliancejio It’s been 30 days since I requested MNP from BSNL. Request No: NO0001AUS98K No SIM, no response, endless complaints. SMS says cancel, app says pending. Is this how customers are treated? 😡

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have recharged a @reliancejio number 7 hours ago, still it's pending... I have talked to Jio and they didn't receive any confirmation, and you guys don't have a phone number to talk about. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare My unlimited plan is expiring on 5th Feb and your App doesn’t allow me to use data & keeps on prompting to recharge with Add on data to use data service. What is the point of recharging my mobile with unlimited data? @reliancejio Plz DM me for unique port code.
