    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber is down from last 7-8hrs. Your self diagnostic says everything is fine. But everything is not fine. Non of the devices at home are connecting to the internet. Pls look into it at a priority. Thank you.

    @JioCare Is this a joke? Yesterdat i got service request number SR00003EPVUL for my issue of not installing jio fiber after getting payment. And today surprisingly i got message my service request has been processed.but in reality No one visited or even contacted me.well done jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your customer care says line is fine. Level two support line is busy and call later. You need to understand I am loosing business. I work for US customers and tomorrow onwards it is weekend. Many things are pending. Many calls are on hold. This is so unprofessional. Pls help.

    @TRAI So, as per @JioCare advice, I should daily complaint about all these numbers on daily basis and If these numbers are from different operators, you can't do anything. Shame on you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent:Paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber on 7Aug (UPI Ref:621901080229,Order No:NO0001F2PNRO). Payment is deducted, but support claims no booking exists against my number. Kindly schedule installation immediately or process a full refund ASAP. DM for details.

    @reliancejio @JioCare ​I am using a Jio annual recharge plan, but I have been facing severe network issues inside my house. Due to constant call drops and zero internet connectivity ​I have already raised complaints with customer care multiple times regarding this. @TRAI

    From last 10 days idk why the hell @airtelindia network is not working, not able to make call, unable to use internet, everytime call get disconnected, made mistake by porting from @reliancejio to airtel, hope this 90days end soon.
