    spoke to the engineer or shared the code, but still got a mail saying request on hold b’coz you asked for it! What kind of con service is this @reliancejio @JioCare ? Your call centre guy keeps repeating it won’t happen again! But what about this time? I still have no internet4/4

    @JioCare How long still need to wait and the request already cancelled without proper resolution and customer care said again I need to raise new request from my and also raised same. Will wait unti tomorrow if didn’t get proper response or fix. @JioCare

    @JioCare My Jio fiber has not been working for the past 5 days. Raised the request SR000037PHN3 on 6th Aug, and the service engineers are not committing on the assigned dates, and the dates keep moving. With such service, we are definitely losing on our patience.

    @JioCare Complaint No. MI0001RJ63T. For the last 2 days, I have been following up regarding Unlimited 5G Data not working despite eligible recharges. Instead of resolving the issue, I received only a generic reply that did not address my actual complaint. Please stop this

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio Air Fiber connection 0361-3184085' done several complaints,have been experiencing recurring service issues, including continuous slow internet speed,voice call and TV services not working properly.

    I complained to Jio 2–3 days ago about my poor internet connection and shared all the required details, including my address.Yet nothing has been fixed. This shows the quality of Jio's service- quick to charge for expensive recharge,but slow to resolve customer issues. @JioCare

    @JioCare Same answer to everyone, pls don't you'll have shame, if you'll can't attend to the Customers query Pls don't billed the Customer, and for your information there is no option for Reshedule, it's just kept on hold don't tell me we needto wait a whole month

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia The kind of service, behaviour and blatant lies from the jii fibre service team and local engineers who cant do enginerring stuff. Despite repeated complaints of the set too box being faulty they are not ready to listen for past 1 year. They said go to Airtel, its better
