    @JioCare please do not use jio auto pay.recharge gets automatically deducted from credit card 2 months before the the expiry of previous recharge.worst facing problems and customer care don’t know about it

    @probably_ankit Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to give fake commitments I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys and decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @reliancejio kolkata network is a joke. Even though signal bar is full people who call me say, my phone is out of reach Inspite of full tower I am unable to make a decent outgoing call.

    Hi @reliancejio we are facing a lot of signal problem in my village. We are unable to talk with each other in phone. #Adress Rachur mandal) veldanda dist.) nagarkurnool telangana. Before lockdown it was very nice, after lockdown we are facing this problem.

    @JioCare Could somebody please explain me why there is extra 80 rs in my bills. In the name of RRFL FinInstalmnt. I have opted for 699 plan but my bill with GST and this additional charges comes to 824 rs. Please help.
