I asked my father to come back. Then I went with him this time.i asked them to give a replacement sim they didn't tried selling it as I was aware of their scam but they were very rude non of them was wearing mask. PS: switching to Airtel once plan is expired @JioCare

@JioCare Hello I have purchased Jio's phone 3 years back. At that time jio has announced that after 3 years customer can return the phone and get 1500 Rs back. May I know where I have to return that phone ?

Their customer care told me for replacement of damaged sim they will not cost more than ₹25, but who cares atleast airtel mini stores don't care. After seeing so many things my conclusion is atleast @JioCare is better than @Airtel_Presence.

Worst customer service ever. After following all that was advised on DM ,went back to the store and came back disappointed again. By the way my phone was a 2 sim phone and @ViCustomerCare had replaced it in 1 hour . @JioCare there is something for your team to learn from others

@JioCare i want to port to jio. But vodafone is stopping to send sms by stopping the outgoing sms even if there is main balance and validity too. Pls let me know if u can help.
