  @JioCare Hello @Jiocare do you even check my private msg or you guys are foooling around. I am in urgent need good signal so that I can use jio service but guyz are playing private/ public msg only. I think if there is no network then provide free validity till there is proper network.

  Disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio No Internet on Jio AirFiber in my area since morning. First resolution time was given 3 PM, then shifted to 11:30 PM. Support rep refused to register an individual complaint saying "it's an area outage". Also ignored my feedback.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Full payment has been made, yet my JioFiber installation remains pending despite repeated follow-ups. Install it by TODAY or issue a full refund immediately. If you fail then I will initiate legal action and approach the Consumer Commission. #JioFiber

  No intrnt sinc 24 jul 10pm. App says engnr asignd bt no1 vistd. Cust care nt contactable, DM givs robotic rply. Wht's Difrnc betwn local srvc providr n @JioCare @jio_fiber. U charge 4 entire mnth bt srvc avlbl 4 leser days. Ovr 48 hrs no solution. Hv ofc Mon-fri. #PoorService
