  @JioCare @reliancejio Sending an engineer for resolution after 5 days from when the complaint was registered? The raised issue is marked as resolved without solving anything.   @JioCare 13th was the date previously when it was suppose to be resolved and now 15th is the earliest possible resolution time. There is no rescheduling available for 14th also. This has been the worst resolution experience @reliancejio @JioCare #jioairfiber (1/2)

  What kind of absolute SCAM are you running, @reliancejio @JioCare ?! 🤬 My JioAirFiber service request (SR00003DD7YZ) was arbitrarily CANCELLED and falsely marked as "RESOLVED" , yet my router is STILL glowing dead red with zero connection! Are you watching this blatant fraud against common people, @TRAI ? The customer support is a joke and your ground-level workers are even worse. I am absolutely DONE with this scammer company!
