@JioCare This is not justified Just bcoz of you have charged me for the hole billing period only not for the actual date of activation although it can be accepted if considered the actual cost of this plan as a post paid customer we have charged what we have used for only

@reliancejio @JioCare to visit virugambakkam #Jio showroom to switch over from #airtel to jio.. But they told network not connecting for porting.. Bad experience and bad service from the seating itself.. Thinking of port in to #BSNL from airtel

@JioCare Pathetic service request handling. Fibre not working since last two days, noone has come to check it and the customer care number is also useless. PATHETIC! Atleast reply with an appropriate solution!
