    @reliancejio Raised Service Request No. SR000016VFH9. Engineer was to visit. In a couple of days I get a message that issue resolved. No one visited/called. Issue persists. No waiver in rental as well. Customer support is next to nothing. Can this be sorted out please.

    @jiocare I am facing issue from past 15 days about internet connectivity, I am unable to use internet in my iphone even I have 5m plan activated on my jio sim, no calling issue but permanent no internet usase from my daily 1.5gb quota. Daliy complaining your customer care,

    @JioCare @reachabhay Please don't come in jio. Jio service very bad. Internet, Network strength and calling are very poor. And Vouchers plan to much costly. Slowly- slowly increase plan rate but service very bad.
