@reliancejio I made a payment (through @Paytm) but recharge didn't happen. #Paytm says it has passed on the money but #MyJio app says it hasn't received it. Unable to get it sorted through #Jio chat, voice, etc. Can someone from your side DM me and help me in this regard?

@JioCare worst service. Employee gave plan and committed to install next day at 11 am i.e today, even received message that executive will come, but no one is responsive the person who gave plan and the customer care also clue less.

Jio network is waste that's why 3.5 million subscribers lost in the last month... At my location I couldn't open any web page... After several remainders they didn't solved my problem 👎👎@JioCare @reliancejio
