    @JioCare Show some seriousness which is consistently missing since last 10 days. Consider me out, if it's not getting fixed by 2mrw. Not sure about "har dil ka connection", but you would lose one customer for sure (in case if that's still the priority at Jio) @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Using your service already, thats why able to tweet, Airtel is useless here! Jio need a little more improvement, nothing else, otherwise your service is good, I am enjoying jio already. Primary number will be ported soon.

    @JioCare Don’t think you undrstnd!With num of tech/sales staff with Jio T-shirt moving arnd here, it’s not the staffing issue for which It could take time. It’s ignorance and mismgnt or the way @reliancejio operates. Thr was no reason of rescheduling it 2X without real motive of helping

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare It’s been Ridiculous that you services are going worst day by day. I am trying to convert my general Sim to eSIM but at my nearest store that facility is not available, When I ask to representative he told me that the fingerprint scanner get Corrupted.

    @JioCare I again called your customer care it seems the engineer lied yesterday there was never an outage issue but the wire was damaged and he falsely updated as outage issue and now you realize that reappointing another engineer

    @reliancejio You have a terrible customer service. Your MyJio app doesn't work. Assured service request was guaranteed by evening. However, now we have been told it will be done in the morning. The entire day has gone by with no Wifi. No one should rely on your for WFH.
