@JioCare I called on 198 in the evening and I was told Jio is optimizing the network in Hyderabad from last 20days and it will be complete in another 30days. Subscriber should be intimated for these kind of looooong maintenance..

@JioCare The only update that I have so far from your support is 1. device pickup appointment got scheduled ( I don't know why since I have already submitted it as per my original complaint!) 2. I didn't get any call today and the appointment got rescheduled on its own :) @reliancejio
