@reliancejio @GoogleIndia jio tells will provide 4g service but providing 2 g service in chokkanahalli region, when asked customer service executive says its because customers are more in the region. Is it our issue u people are not updating? & not refunding for their local service👎

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare You only write such messages but never mean it. This is an Enterprise connection and even after 6 days, we are in perils and with false assurances. No one is working on our case as there is neither a phone call or an Engineer visit. Pathetic Sr:ES0000004ORC

@JioCare What a service- 5 days after request for cancellation got a call from Jio intimating about the SLAs. 7 days for pickup and 3 days for refund …. 🙏🏻what an experience

@JioCare very different issue. Plan is active on mob no. But internet working and No calls outgoing working why?. Tried steps in 19914 but didn't help. Please active the plan. In app jio plans are showing. So what's the issue? DM you mobile no.

Feels like switching to airtel or other should be a good option now @JioCare I don’t understand why these unavoidable issues didn’t came when you guys come for selling connections and charging money Your representatives barey pick calls afterwards

@JioCare Still no update or solution given yet. Daily we are losing our allocated internet. Raise the complaint, still JIO team are not eager to get it resolved.
