    . @JioCare : I m relocating to othr state,advised to get my connection cancelled. uninstallation visit ws scheduled 30 June. No service Engr has visited. Service Engr is postponing it w/o taking my consent. I hv called 11 times to your support. CO0000CJ6WS6. Get it done by today.

    @YoungBahubali @reliancejio Lol. I got surprised because i never saw the name ever before. I usually check speed every week. I initially thought the broadband service company has a number of servers from where they give access.

    I want to lodge a complain against jio fiber for not taking action against the service request number: SR000015AUHV. and while pushing them through customer care they closed the service request number. #jiocare #TRAI #jiofiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have logged at least 4 complaints for my family's Jio postpaids. Everytime I call up (1) System is Down at call center (2) If logged, then issue is set to resolved without resolving the issue genuinely. (3) DM to JioCare go unanswered.??????

    @JioCare When would Jio care resolve my relocation issue? Is there any TAT or it's just indefinite wait? Should I write to Telecom Authority on your pathetic services?
