Mani Maran (@Manimaranjp) reported@JioCare I have been facing connectivity issues for the past 3 days in my Jio air fiber connection. There is no Provision to raise a ticket in the jio app. If I contact the Jio care number once again it suggests pls check the JIO app to fix the issue.
