    Dear @JioCare @jio_fiber Internet down yday. Complaint raised immediately(SR000037KGXJ). Technician available only for tomm (have to wait 48 hours). Tried contacting cc, but only Ai bots available. Bills: Instant. Bot replies: Instant. Support: only after48 hr. 2days CL 😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare your Jio Fibre is pathetic and I don’t want this dustbin, customer service is pathetic and only Aliens could inform them please speak to customer and understand his challenges.

    @JioCare I fulfilled all requirements from my side and gave ample time for resolution. Despite repeated promises, the service was never delivered. I request an immediate refund. Failing this, I will escalate the matter to consumer authorities and pursue legal remedies.

    @TRAI @JM_Scindia Sir, Please intervene here as I am not able to get refund of order from past 11 days. @JioCare is not even picking calls now and it seems that they are happy harassing customer like me. No resolution is provided till date and no sight of refund initiation.
