  Dear @reliancejio @jioairfiber Either your representative are making customer fool or u have make the scheme to loot us. I asked for postpaid plan even for the confirmation I called few weeks back, ur representative said it's a postpaid plan but actually it's not

  Why is JioFiber still not available in Vasai-Virar? I really don't understand. Only JioAirFiber is available, and it's one of the worst services. If there's a power cut, the network goes down within 15 minutes because the nearby tower loses backup power. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare The recharge was done from Phonepay Since the device is a Jio Bharat feature phone, the 5G plan cannot be used. Kindly help by either converting the recharge to the ₹895 Jio Bharat plan or processing a refund.

  Dear @JioCare, I'm getting a 5G++ signal, yet my internet speed is only 50–80 KB/s. I've paid ₹1,200+ for an unlimited 5G plan, This is completely unacceptable. Investigate this issue immediately and restore the speeds I'm paying for. #Jio #Jio5G #PoorNetwork
