    @JioCare Yes it was confirmed that the slot is available for today i.e. 11-01-22 11AM-12PM. But now it is being delayed. This is not the kind of service that is expected out of you. Please do the needful.

    I have complaint through mail that I am unable to call railway helpline 139 from my jio number. But i received a response that it's a wrong number that's why I am unable to call it? Are you serious @reliancejio .139 is the official helpline of @RailMinIndia. How it can be wrong?

    @ACTFibernet 16 hours with no internet, no idea what's going on. Used Airtel & jio for 4 years, never faced this ordeal. I cannot afford this kind of lazy service when internet is so paramount to livelihood. @JioCare hook me up guys, pushing act out.

    @JioCare @reliancejio , I have extended my plan from Netflix Mobile to Basic, wherein I was supposed to be charged 50 rupees extra than the current charges (159 Rupees). Why I have charged 372 rupees? pathetic service.

    @JioCare it's been 4months that I am waiting for my refund after uninsalling jio fiber. Your support is pathetic. Never thought a company can keep their customers waiting for 4 months to get promised refund after uninstallation. Getting an unusual standard response is irritating
