    I am talking about customer services. So many people are telling that the executive came took the money and nobody came for installation. I have no problem in booking i just want to be assured that if I book someone will come for installation #JioFiber @JioCare

    @reliancejio WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jio Rs 699 plan of 100 mbps is giving me speed of 4 mbps and now condition to change box is to spend MORE MONEY.. pathetic.

    Experience of getting a #JioFiber connection DAY 2: It's been 27 hrs since I made my payment to #jio executive for the connection, no progress yet!!! My local internet service provider is way better than this horrible jio service... @reliancejio @JioCare

    I have been trying to get in touch with Jio customer support through chat, email and phone..no luck whatsoever. Their customer service can’t be any worse..hopefully this can get their attention @JioCare

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working from last 3 days and I didn’t get any response from you. If this is your after sale service why you guys didn’t explain at the time of installation.
