@reliancejio 5. Fibernet is very proactive in that regard; if you make a complaint, they respond within 4-5 hours and don't make empty promises or hang up.

@JioCare @reliancejio What kind of service is this? Sales people wrongly misguiding the customers. My phone number has been made public. Every now and then I receive call from your sales team that too with their personal number!

Hi Team, I am seeing continuous red light blinking on my jiofiber. Area pin code is 713302. I got a message about an outage. Kindly send a note to the concerned team to fix it at the earliest as it's a working day and an outage is not expected at this time @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio 6.The customer support staff and the appellate team are the teams who don't have authority to transfer call to their seniors that can take action on the engineers of Jio Fibernet's reckless behaviour or that is aware that this is merely Jio Fibernet's business plan.

@Itspawansingh I too have experienced these blackouts by the operator & later, switched connection in @reliancejio. Must say the network I'm getting right now it a lot better. You should also give a chance.
