    @reliancejio @JioCare Why doesn't your customer care number don't have any options for talking with your executive directly? I need to close my jio broadband connection and I can't do that for 3-4 days.

    @JioCare I doubt your efforts, in IT Hub like bangalore Jio shows 5G network however unable to provide spped even like 3G.

    Really impressed with the customer service of JIO FIBER. They themselves informed me there's something wrong with my connection. As I was using Mobile data. And the tech guy was there within an hour of me raising the complaint. Awesome mechanism. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Paid for a JioFiber connection after being promised installation by 4 PM today, but there’s still no update. Day 1 itself and already experiencing pathetic service. If this is the start, should I even trust Jio with my internet connection? Rediculus Service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @NalinisKitchen That's true they looted us in various way you can't even notice and complaint of..and also where to complian they are fools customer care over the call and provide the same generic reply to everyone. Welcome to digital India side effects of duopoly in telecom. Jio sucks @JioCare
