    @JioCare @reliancejio it was good with jio but from last 2 month there are call drops 80%,very low internet speed compare to previous days.low signal. Very bad customer experience we are 3500 in society @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Not even 1 point net runs in my house. Even the net is not running to see WhatsApp's DP. It has been over 1 year. So far, the internet problem has not been solved here. It was supposed to be solved in 90 days but still runs worse than net 2G.

    So it all started with an bad network from @airtelindia at my place for with I raised a complaint as well as opted for porting for other network which is @reliancejio . A guy from airtel customer care called and said sir give us 48hrs to check on it and I will revert back but

    @vaidykn @JioCare Kindly refund our recharge amount (done on 31/05/2022) as we have taken fresh connection from another service provider. Thanks for the last eight or nine days without Jio internet and trauma (Mohan Subramaniam).

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've raised an issue of pending refunds towards failed MNP attempts. It's been more than 4 months and I'm frustrated with the lack of response. It's unprecedented.

    @GTPLHathwayLtd I have realised this type of issue with your team all are asking for Monday and you do the same. @JioCare use jio fiber so u can't get this type of issue again. I raised @GTPLHathwayLtd net issue 10 days in month and if I raised complaint they ignored all time.

    @JioCare My JIO Fiber number is 3331658470. I raised a complaint on 29th May about my router which was not working after the bill payment vide reference number SR0000370UYL. But till date I don't get any resolution. Call me at 7278382563 and resolve the issue immediately.
