@magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one). @JioCare We are too unhappy with the jio fibre services. We called the operators and they just told that we don't know how to fix it. We recharged for 999 rs. And then also we are not able to see any thing on OTT apps. As well not abke to use apps like skype, webex and telegram.

@JioCare Address is same. Network in phone shows full if outside house but unable to make call and also data speed remains almost zero in the 1st half of the day then slowly situation normalizes. Inside house almost no or very less network.

I am using @JioCare @reliancejio for the last several years, but for the last several days, I have been very much problem to use Jio, Wherever I live on, there is no range at all and the internet does not run at all. I am facing problems for the last several days,
