    @JioCare wow past 4 days there is no Jio network in my area. This called a pathetic service. Are you going to add these days in my plan for not usage of network. I think Mr. Mukesh Ambani has forgotten Jio. There is no progress to my previous complains also.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

    @reliancejio @JioChat I've recently migrated to Jio Postpaid. I'm notified by Jio that there's some outstanding bill with my previous service provider. But how do I clear that when my account is no more with them ? Please add the amount in my current Bill and clear it them.

    @JioCare Issue is network connectivity not Internet data.. Poor network in my area which result into slow Internet and low signal for callls

    @JioCare @reliancejio it was good with jio but from last 2 month there are call drops 80%,very low internet speed compare to previous days.low signal. Very bad customer experience we are 3500 in society @TRAI

    Being Admin manager of IGPL. Highly frustrated with @reliancejio services. Waiting for lock down to open. So that we can port to some other service provider. 2/10 is rating for their customer service.

    @JioCare As soon as i enter my home there is no network bar. As i go down and restart my phone then only network bar is seen. Since 10days facing the issue. No one responding on it.

    What the hell, again call drop issue after 35 secs cannot hear other side. I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. I just ported the number from @airtelindia and i really miss their good service @JioCare hate ur service guys.

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Not even 1 point net runs in my house. Even the net is not running to see WhatsApp's DP. It has been over 1 year. So far, the internet problem has not been solved here. It was supposed to be solved in 90 days but still runs worse than net 2G.

    Hey @airtelindia you think that in India you are now only operational with your duopoly partner @reliancejio do whatever you want to do your network is bad Wi-Fi service is bad my SIM card lost in france and now they need OTP where I can give that @TRAI we need 3rd network
