    @JioCare I have 2 Jiofiber connections. Old one is inactive & I need to cancel it & avail refund. I called helpline number 1800 893 3399 and I was told to call 1800 896 3399 instead. That number is invalid. Hoping at least you can help?

    @JioCare On19th Jan I made a payment to my  father's Jio Account, landline no. 130 355 0266. Somehow, the payment was made to wrong no. 130 355 0276. Request you to transfer the amount to the right account. Sadly, 2 calls to advisors and 2 emails but no resolution.

    I haven't used my internet more than 500 gb then I got the notification that I have exceeded my limit. Again I have done my recharge of 1gb but it also vanished in just 4 hours. And there's none responding on customer care. @JioCare @reliancejio
