@reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

@JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

@reliancejio my internet on Jio link device is not working. I dialled contact no. 18008899999 after selection Jio link the call gets connected to Jio fibre and the exec is helpless. Nobody hears in Jio. Work at service provider. #unhappycustomer
