@reliancejio reliance Jio hotspot is a cheating device. In the very beginning, reliance claimed that it will support to 23/32 devices but I am sorry to say that it does not support even one device. On complaint C care did not take complaint due to their network expansion in India

@reliancejio - we are not internet since more than 24 hours at worli sea face and a lot of buildings are facing the same issue. Request you to look into asap. We’ve already sent multiple complaints but jio has been unresponsive. HELP

@reliancejio I am trying since last 6 Months but no one in your team, either on call center or by e-mail is being able to help me to change my registered mobile no on my Jio Fiber account. It’s easier to change mobile no on @UIDAI rather than Jio. Please help @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Not even 1 point net runs in my house. Even the net is not running to see WhatsApp's DP. It has been over 1 year. So far, the internet problem has not been solved here. It was supposed to be solved in 90 days but still runs worse than net 2G.

@JioCare From last 5 days the Jio connectivity at my place is horrible. If we don't recharge Jio, it repeatedly reminds us to recharge but once done Jio doesn't care whether it delivers proper internet to its users or not. I once again request please look into this matter.
