    Sadly, @VodafoneIN is going @reliancejio way in my area. It takes 2-3 hours of power outage and their signal is gone. No support, no solution. Only fake promises and robot replies. @airtelindia keeping it alive. Thankfully. #MumbaiRains

    @reliancejio I am facing issue of internet speed from April 01, same conveyed to Jio chat, no update till now. Tried to call customer care, asked 10 questions to me, replied calmly, suddenly during call customer care disconnected connection. No one is booking my complaint!! Jio👎

    @JioCare I have been using a sim on my cousins name since last 2 years and i want to get it transfered on my name. Jio centres are refusing it to do. please help.

    @reliancejio I'm facing poor internet speed. Already told Jio chat 10 days ago, no improvement. Called 18008899999 call is disconnected by executive while continuing discussion. I have recording of call. It's totally pathetic!

    Dear @JioCare @RelJio4g it's first time visit to Mumbai panavel pin 410206 birth of Jio is it self took place in Mumbai and there is proper network here please look into matter too much weak signal here....

    @JioCare @reliancejio The wire got cut by a tree but Jio is not responding to any of my calls and no assistance is being provided. the quickest engineer visit is after 2 days. How can you expect me to stay without wifi for 2 days? Very bad service.

    @JioCare This is w.r.t SR# 4435698943. Fiber services down since yesterday evening. Tried contacting the helpline multiple times but in vain. the resolution time from yesterday 9PM has now been pushed twice to tomorrow 12PM. Losing out on business-critical stuff due to this. Bad.
