Again my #internet is showing issues for days, there is absolutely no way of raising an issue on the application and the IVR is relentlessly tiring. @JioCare @reliancejio #5G_reliance either resolve it, or allow me to discontinue my services.

Worst service jio pre paid plan looted customer @JioCare @reliancejio @htTweets 25th November. 2021 Rs 2599 hotstar plan reacharge but customer care team said you plan not activated.

@JioCare Jio fiber internet is not working since 17th Jan 2022 as on date in sector 26 Vashi Navi MUMBAI. During this wfh time how can you expect we to live without internet ?? Customer service is so pathetic they don't respond and no support at home . #IONinternet is best.

I stay beside the @reliancejio tower, still I face slow internet service. Whenever I call @JioCare they say, आपके छेत्र में ज्यादा user के वजह से ऐसा हो रहा है. And this is his solution from 6 months. Literally I want to port in @airtelindia Fed up with this slow internet.
