    @JioCare Issue is network connectivity not Internet data.. Poor network in my area which result into slow Internet and low signal for callls

    @reliancejio worst network in uran Navi Mumbai your network almost goes twice a week I don’t know what’s the prob when you’ll charge so much on your recharges kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I’ll change my network

    @JioCare @jiodth -is useless.. mijio says call jio care.. . I have an issue with a certain channel which was working till yesterday, today it says "pl subscribe to watch the content" who will help me.using Jio is such a useless thing

    So we are ready to port out our 8 connection of airtel to other network still my network problem not resolved very headache the team still not contacted not response iam msg from last one week very bad. Response disappointed with airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio 10+ days, zero action. Our whole village (Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar–802226) has no signal — can't call, no internet, kids can't study online. Complaint SR00003B2TFT still open. This is a network blackspot. Need a real fix & timeline.

Request you to use the selfcare route to reschedule the engineer visit after few (1/3)

    @reliancejio @JioCare The network of your SIM is very bad. When I used it in the beginning, it used to work very well. Now 5G has suddenly become worse than 2G and you are saying that you should recommend 5G network. How is Jio's network?

    @JioCare The jio fiber service in my area is down since 2 months. I want to cancel my connection, but NOWHERE on your app / website is there an option to cancel. Customer care number doesn't allow me to speak to anyone. What a scam. Help me cancel.
