    Hey @reliancejio since evening 7.30 pm I am not able to connect my Internet. It's showing LTE symbol but nothing happening in background. I am tweeting this with @VodafoneIN network. (Had to do recharge)

    @reliancejio @JioCare You have the most pathetic customer care ever. No SOPs & no protocols in place. In 100 days you have not been able to solve my simple problem of booster. Emails are always responded by BOTs masked as person & CC executives & engineers are hopeless!

    @JioCare you have the most pathetic customer care, I have ever experienced! I have issue of booster not working since last 100 days & with multiple emails & calls, issue remained un addressed! Just raising money from @Facebook & @Google cannot make you global organisation!

    @JioCare @jioSTB this kumaran and SR No : SR000019AFWL, I paid for STB on 13 Mar but till now it is not delivered and installed. Cust care repeatedly telling today from the day one. STB is not delivered but they started charging for it. Very very disappointed with the service.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare I ported my second number from @Airtel_Presence today to your network it's better than #Airtel but still not satisfactory. It's about 1 month now still your engineer couldn't provide better solution.
