Sadly, @VodafoneIN is going @reliancejio way in my area. It takes 2-3 hours of power outage and their signal is gone. No support, no solution. Only fake promises and robot replies. @airtelindia keeping it alive. Thankfully. #MumbaiRains

@JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

@JioCare Jio network is unique. Here you dont get less internet speed & call connectivity issues in combo. I wish i had recharged my other sim! Atleast i would have been able to make a call in need instead of twitting here in 2G speed.

@Airtel_Presence If I don't get compensated for the days I've lost in my pack due to network being down then the first thing which I'll be doing is asking for a refund and cancel the subscription, and second I'll switch to Jio @JioCare. Now it's upto you to decide 1/2.
