    @JioCare I have 2 Jiofiber connections. Old one is inactive & I need to cancel it & avail refund. I called helpline number 1800 893 3399 and I was told to call 1800 896 3399 instead. That number is invalid. Hoping at least you can help?

    @JioCare Please make sure sales person calls me and 1 feasibility check is done. I want it asap. Airtel is following up with me to provide service. If not possible, let me know. So that I don't waste my time and take decision.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why do u say tht the first month is complimentary for all new connections and post the payment send me an invoice saying that the refund for the device is 500 n monthly internet is 1000 & I will get this full refund only if I cancel the plan in first month

    @Airtel_Presence have you blocked @BSNLCorporate landline calls. Calls not working from airtel to bsnl landline. Try calling 02462232901. Working from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it was good with jio but from last 2 month there are call drops 80%,very low internet speed compare to previous days.low signal. Very bad customer experience we are 3500 in society @TRAI

    @JioCare facing network problem since few months now, network bar is full but calls doesn't connect and people complain me that your cell in not reachable, came from airtel to jio for better coverage but may have to go back , if things go on like this.

    @reliancejio my jiofibre connection is broken from last 5 days. I have been continuously following up with customer care as well as @JioCare . But nothing has been done to resolve it. Site engineers are sometimes falsely resolving the ticket and putting it on hold.Pls do needful

    Taking new connection of @JioFiberChennai by paying security deposit should forget the money you paid . You will never get the seurity deppsit back after you cancel the connection. I have been contacting appellate and customer care for past one year. Kudoos to @JioCare 🤬

    @JioCare this is reference to complaint no. SR00016LPEV which was lodged on September 9th and was supposed to be rectified within 24hrs but sadly no service engineer has contacted us till now i.e 72hrs ...kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest
