If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

I have been without internet for almost 2 days, thanks to speedy services by Jio.

They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

In the very beginning, reliance claimed that it will support to 23/32 devices but I am sorry to say that it does not support even one device. On complaint C care did not take complaint due to their network expansion in India

Are you going to add these days in my plan for not usage of network. I think Mr. Mukesh Ambani has forgotten Jio. There is no progress to my previous complains also.

They have very skillfully eliminated all other telecom companies by offering them for free first. Now they have started such recovery for their three months of free service that it's unbelievable. Monopoly in any field can only lead to inflation and helplessness. If Vodafone, Idea, Tata Docomo, MTNL, Aircel, and other companies existed today, Jio and Airtel wouldn't be able to dictate terms. The government also seems to be standing in their favor. It appears the government has handed over everything to these selected companies. Who will treat these predatory companies that offer 28 days of recharge in a 30-day month? Other options for the country's citizens have been deliberately eliminated. This is absolutely not right, and I strongly oppose this monopoly. @PMOIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio
