Validity of my jio no. ended last week. I am getting daily call from Jio cust care on my Airtel number to renew my recharge for Jio. How can I stop this @JioChat @reliancejio @JioCare. Jio customer service adviced me to contact airtel customer care which doesn't make any sense.

(Part 1) Been in #mumbai for a few days. Noticed the #jio network speed is too sh***y. Contacted @JioCare . They replied saying there's too much congestion(no sh*t sherlock) in my area and they are working hard in fixing that. So until they work hard, here's my easy fix to that.

I would request @swiggy_in to share video clips explaining the process, troubleshooting steps for app issues to be send on on Delivery partner's number which could help your delivery partner resolve the app issues by themselves which I learnt from @reliancejio IB process

@JioCare This is the 4th time engineers are being sent for the same issue. They know the building is burnt and they just avoid to resolve the issue. Wiring needs to be redone. Please escalate this, 30/40 customers have Jio Connection. 100 people are affected

@reliancejio @JioCare it's not the time yet that only robot can handle customer requests and when calling your customer service gives different number which are not again useful and those are for number validation. if you can't have good customer service GET LOST
