@RenukaJain6 Gujju's are great. This man can run any business profitably with service or no service. @JioCare has terrible services but earns profits while others are reeling. Retailing of oil through petrol pumps gone for a toss. Didn't effect his finances. @TVMohandasPai @MRVChennai

@BibhuRath @amrut_pattnaik @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio @OrtelComm Yes, it's fixed ,but the signal in cable TV is somehow disturbing and picture quality in few channels are very bad, but I can bear with it as bcoz it must be happening to others too. But still I have to pay for 30days although I didn't consume .

I got a call from jio today, but the executive could not pronounciat my name properly , what shame ! And then disconnected the call . Wow , what a service you provide ... Lol @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

@JioCare It's embarrassing to say ur service in Bhubaneswar sucks big time.. When one customer wants to port out.. Be graceful enough to support him/her thru dis procedure.. Rather than rejecting it for some 5/10bucks . U just make customers more stubborn to quit. #dissapointed

@JioCare For last 8-10days all the jio users of our area is facing very low connection speed for minimum 1hour twice a day. Can you please resolve this issue because this is really annoying. @abhishek_pinu

my circle because the calling experience is something I wouldn't even like to speak about. If this continues I'll be switching over to @reliancejio whom I had discontinued after bad experience but now I realise they're the best (read relatively better)

@reliancejio has become horrible. They even don't care on complaints. They say slow Internet is due to IPL!Damn it, even have arrogance to say that they could'nt locate my address on Google map. Had to send them the screenshot. No one turned up. Decided to port out @TRAI

Absolutely. It damn cares it's customers. Dial 1950 , type PORT and your mobile number. Probably Airtel would be better these days depending upon your location. @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio @madhu_surana

@JioCare It's more than 3 days ..I get connected with 5 different team members via DM but unfortunately no one is able to do anything very pathetic..everyone is sending generic response that in my area there is network coverage issue for which I clarified JIO is perfectly fine in my area.

@JioCare There is an issue in my city(Dhanbad) regarding ping/latency during gaming.I have a JioFiber connection and it was working fine ( 60-70ms) till yesterday evening (last that i had checked).Today it was constantly 250+ ms. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
