Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as “resolved” without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses.
