@JioCare The service engineer visited was unable to resolve the issue. He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

@JioCare I have mailed multiple times to Jio customer care and visited jio care and swap the sim but unfortunately nothing worked. 5G is daydream 4G running as 2G.

I don’t know how Jio is taking care of it’s customers just got hung up while on call complaining about my issue and not sure why customer support agents would do something like this. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I guess I did a mistake by switching my broadband services.

@JioCare No way, you guys are one of the 3rd class service provider of India, I used Jio many times since its inception and raised several complaints regarding network all went to dustin, now every one says raising complaints to jio care is a waste of time even jio employees says this👎
