He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

All Telecom operators are increased their tariff, charges etc and decreased their network strength. One answer we are working on it. I would like to collect the refund for 7 days of outage plus the advance amount for my last recharge on a prorata basis as I have paid 6 months of advance. Failing which i will be forced to approach this matter legally.
