    @JioCare Hi, it seems that the fiber speed has been reduced and frequent net drop. I switched from bsnl fiber to jio fiber for a better service but seems like a doomsday ahead 🥺🤐

    @JioCare I have mailed multiple times to Jio customer care and visited jio care and swap the sim but unfortunately nothing worked. 5G is daydream 4G running as 2G.

    @JioCare Please, no need to appreciate our patience. We are paying for 4G internet & getting speeds of below 3G/2G & since last 15 days the network is also disappearing. Return our recharge amount. This is the worst experience with @reliancejio since it's arrival.

    Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio my issue is resolved as per appointment scheduled. Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

    @JioCare Please roll out your services in my location , I need the connection any how please roll out within 5 days, your service engineer said to me there have fiber cable but not have box so please add a connection box in that location it will be helpful to all the people in my location

    Just port into @airtelindia from @JioCare , it been really a hectic scene for me, the person who port my number said once sim activated i will recieve free call and data for a month, but still now unable to do any of them. Customer care is also not responding @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio My Jio Fibre Services 6747968756 is down since 26.12.2022. Innumerable attempts in reaching Services team has failed. They are dishing out complain ID no. the latest being No. SR00001GF42W. Any hope?

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is down for last 2 days. Everyday, technician visit is scheduled but no one visits my location. This cycle goes on and on. Already DM’d you my JioFiber no and SR ID. Will switch to other broadband provider if this doesn’t resolve today.

    @JioCare Got offer on myjio app 707 for 2 months & customer care told me that I am eligible for that offer so i recharged Now cc saying you r not eligible as per terms and conditions. User don't know your backend policy so calling cc getting details No mistake from my side

    Never take postpaid connection from @reliancejio @JioCare had raised request to remove connection 18 days back and still conection is active and der customer care doesn't know what is happening and they continue to bill .. Most shameless and horrible service provider .

    @JioCare Your JioFiber support is pathetic. My WiFi has been down repeatedly, and every complaint is marked “On Hold” without any engineer visit. I’ve been facing this issue for days, and there has been no resolution. Latest SR: SR00002MAR2S. Please stop closing complaints

    @JioCare Making me fool, As 30 meter away neighbour using JioFiber past 2 years and now Jio saying our service completely vanished from your area, like how its possible, Just because they don't have machine for installation. Give me my complaint number and resolution Issue 👇

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio network has been terrible for the last 3–4 months. For the past 10–15 days, even 4G isn't working properly, and 5G speeds are extremely poor. I've complained to customer care many times, but there's still no response or resolution. Bad experience

    @JioCare Team Jio, this is a really pathetic experience. My service request (SR00003A3Y31) has been open since 3rd July, yet no engineer has been assigned. I have been without Wi-Fi for days, and it’s affecting my work. This level of service is unacceptable.
