I have been told by jio person that device will be picked from the new address but they are denying to pick the device. I have already taken new jio fiber connection.

He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected
