Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

Complaint SR00002LK4K0 was raised and engineer visit was scheduled for today (4–5 PM), but it was rescheduled to tomorrow without my consent. Customer care asked me to wait until 4:30 PM, and now no agent is reachable.
