All Telecom operators are increased their tariff, charges etc and decreased their network strength. One answer we are working on it. It's been over a month with zero resolution. 🔴 My Jio internet completely stops working every time there's a power cut in my area — and power cuts are frequent here, so I lose internet constantly. 🔴 I've raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but there's been NO improvement at all. 🔴 First I was told it'll be fixed by 2 July, then pushed to 5 July, and now I'm being told it'll take 3 MONTHS?! That means the recharge I just did is basically useless if I can't even use the service. 🔴 We have 4 Jio users in our house — none of our connections work properly, and one of them has NO network at all. What's the point of paying for a 5G plan when I can't even use basic internet? Please fix this on priority. This is unacceptable for a paying customer. #JioDown #JioNetworkIssue #ReplyJio
