We need jio fibre service in the following location asap. Nankar, Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha Pin-754021. As there are many customers eagerly waiting for and the saddest part is jiofibre is available in other locations of Jagatpur still we haven't got yet. @JioCare @JioFibre.

@JioCare my service request is 300645997089. My concern is that no one is coming to pickup the device. I have been told by jio person that device will be picked from the new address but they are denying to pick the device. I have already taken new jio fiber connection.

@reliancejio Requested for a new connection at my location and all the society permission documents also provided to the concerned person. No one is taking any kind of action to take this to closure. This way JIO will loose business to competetor. Can someone help on this

It's shame to say @reliancejio has no services in our city. I'm a Jio postpaid user, facing issues like call drop, slow internet and sometime network loss for a long time. Many times complaints but nobody taking actions on it. My big mistake I ported my number from Airtel to Jio

@JioCare you seem to have a problem with me in particular. I had a fiber connection. Referred my tenant. He got a connection. My connection went down, and for the 7 says remaining in year plan it wasn't repaired. Your engineers refused to do it because the box was too far away.

@JioCare @reliancejio I took a connection in 2020 with total of 2500 rs and while surrender of the service.. got only 1500 but it was said it's fully refundable. Tired of calling the CC #jiofiberscam #JioFiber i need my money back.
