  @JioCare The internet speed is very much slow in my area the strength of network stands 1 out of 5,due to which i cannot complete my office work as i am working from home.better you resolve the issue or i will switch to Airtel or other operator with my whole family's 7 jio sims.

  @JioCare @reliancejio one of the worst network in recent times (past one year). Don't know what happened. Calls are not going, disconnects every time and network speed is worse, not even the speed of 2g. Somewhat I am managing with other networks. Why it is happening like this?

  @reliancejio what about balance which we had done thru recharge for jio to non jio calling last year ? Now it's not showing in myjio also. U should have given discount or extension of current plan of same amount to each customer.

  @JioCare @ViCustomerCare LAST ONE MONTH JIO NETWORK IS DOWN. I want to Port from jio to Vi. Can you confirm VI 4g network is available in my area.

  @JioCare Very poor internet connectivity in & around Saheed nagar, Bhubaneswar area. Speed was very much similar to edge. Ping ranging from 250ms to 350ms. Upload & download 0-1 mbps. @reliancejio
