    @JioCare from 5 days facing internet connectivity issue, network is full data is on still sites doesnt open, have to dial a number or switch on and off flight mode again n again to get internet connected, but again after 10 min same issue starts

    @JioCare Message received INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000L3S8GJ is scheduled on 12-04-2022 : 10:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after INSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm

    @JioCare @reliancejio right now talking to your customer service executive Anuradha who is providing horrible service, she cant give no. Of engineer who is in my building ryt now, she cant con call him, she cant share mail id of complaint forum and senior management

    @JioCare This is very disappointed that without customer consent Jio changing scheduled their own wish then and this is worst experience I have faced ever with any service provider. This way it is very difficult for long term customer association. What is meaning of time slots then

    @JioCare I ordered a Jio SIM Card via MNP Request, the request got cancelled without service!! Just because your CC faced issue in hearing, instead of calling again, she cancelled the request itself!! Heights!!
