    We face very bad network issue from jio around 300+ customer from our campus face issue from jio .we try many times conyact there customer officer,nodal and also local network officer issue did not solve now all our team port #QUITJIocompain @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Customers pay for service, not excuses. Why should I lose nearly 10 days of a paid plan because Jio failed to honor its own appointments? Please stop sending generic responses and provide a concrete resolution a confirmed engineer visit, and compensation for the lost service days

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been receiving the same generic response repeatedly. My issue remains unresolved and the refund is still pending. Please provide a definite update, refund status, and expected completion date instead of asking for more time.

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare, why does my network instantly drop to 4G/normal the second I try to download or stream in high quality? 😡 I am paying for a 5G plan but not getting the benefits when I actually need the bandwidth. This wasn't happening before. Fix this throttling! #Jio5G

    Last 4-5 months have been a worst experience with Jio I urge everyone not to buy jio Wi-Fi #jio #wifi #jiowifi All they care about is ₹₹ Zero ethics Zero man power They don’t even pay the Technitions on time which is why they don’t have enough staff !! @JioCare
