    @JioCare My jiofiber is not working since yesterday. I was told that an engineer will visit today but no one came. Since then, I have been trying to contact jio for updates but I have not been provided any satisfactory reply, only reply I got was to be patient.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear team Jio. Reaching out to you for a help. Did a recharge of 1206 on my mother's mobile (tnx id 6815653082) but didn't realise it was a data pack. Now she is unable to make calls. Need help to convert this to a voice pack. Will pay the balance. Thanks.

    @reliancejio But speed matters, 6th assurance also failed. Again, I'm told that Your network team is working hard (since two years) to improve network coverage here in my location. Yet, the speed is below 50-100 kilo bytes. Keep your promises!
