    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I have been a JioFiber customer for 5+ years. I never thought I'd have to come on Twitter for something as simple as a router relocation. This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've ever had. 1/8

    Its been more than 2.5 days without WI FI @JioCare @jio_fiber WHATS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS ???     @reliancejio @RIL_Updates soon jio broadband will face difficult times with customers shifting to better service providers. Worst experience as a customer where my broadband connection is not working for 5 days and still I am unable to connect to anyone .. @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare My JioFiber at Ulwe, Navi Mumbai has been down for 22 days. Red LOS, “NO HEART BEAT”. SR: SR00003BFA2V. Despite 20+ calls, no technician has visited. Please resolve urgently within 48 hours or I will approach the Consumer Commission and other legal authorities. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Is there any possibility of a refund for the amount I paid for my JioFiber service when the service was not provided? My connection remained non-functional for around 25 days despite multiple complaints and continuous follow-ups.
