  Extremely disappointed with JioFiber team where no executive is aware of any procedure. I have made payment for 6 months advance but i have been denied xoupon of extra 15 days for same. I have raised complaint also but team abruptly lied that we cant give. Pathetic @reliancejio

  My register mobile no is 7004762402 Every time I contact support, I am told that the engineer cannot visit due to weather issues. This explanation is unacceptable because the weather has been completely normal. There has been no bad weather that could prevent an enginee @JioCare
