    @reliancejio @JioCare Speed was not upto the mark. I have raised the complaint to terminate the connection. It's been 18 days since my jio connection was suspended in the free day trial. No one took back the modem or called about the issue. Customer care making false promises.

    @JioCare Also customer care will say they won't raise ticket for such silly issues. There will not be option to raise ticket. I am mesmerised with their behaviour. If anyone knows about how to escalate very much please let me know

    @JioCare having pathetic internet connection with jio dongle. have 2 active plans and nothing works. getting 10kbps speed. we cant talk to customer care also using another number. you want to talk only via app. how customer will talk in app with 10kbps technology ??????????????

    Today got a response that no problem with network. Problem likely with my device :) Calls to landline doesn't go through Jio Fiber (Jio Call or Physical phone) Not just me, checked multiple folks and everyone has same complaint. @JioCare #fails
