@JioCare Jio broadband on Jio fiber not working. jio care app is useless as there is no option to lodge a complaint regarding broadband not working and so is the chat option. Calls to 18008969999 get disconnected stating heavy rush.

What the hell...your system disconnected my call automatically even after waiting for 18 minutes @excitel was far better that your so called best service. No internet and no one is there to help. Worst support ever @JioCare
