    @reliancejio Hi Team, From many months i had noticed in our Village jio 4g+ speed is coming like 200- 300 kbps not even 1 Mbps .jio tower is hardly 100 meter away . Any help will be highly appreciated 👍 Add:village hatwana,tehsil bangana No:7006877314

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Jio network in Nakraunda, Uttarakhand has been terrible for the last 3 days. Calls barely connect, voice breaks constantly, and internet is almost unusable — I can barely even run a speed test. .. continued on next..

    @JioCare @JAirfiber52399 on the ₹1199 AirFiber plan. Regular bill is ~₹1414, but this month I was charged ₹2213 with an extra ₹679 OTT charge that I never subscribed to. Also facing poor connectivity for 2 weeks. Please review and correct my bill.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio The issue seems tower/locality specific because network becomes normal a few km away on another tower. Meanwhile even BSNL is giving around 5 Mbps here while Jio is practically dead. .. next ..

    @JioCare This is not acceptable. The service issues are from Jio's end, and despite multiple complaints, they remain unresolved. If I choose to disconnect due to poor service, I should not be penalized for it.

    @JioCare Not a website or app issue. The whole internet speed in our area is absolutely pathetic. Even basic browsing, social media, video streaming, and downloads are painfully slow. We are paying for 5G packs but getting unusable speeds. How long will customers be expected to tolerate
