    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani my phone is in service centre since 4 days without any resolution, I purchased phone to use it not to keep in service centre. Refurbished phone was given to me saying as new. I was cheated. I want my money back.

    @reliancejio has really pathetic service I received a wrong postpaid bill and when i called customer service they are keep me in waiting for an hour saying that they are tranfering call to postpaid team according to jio postpaid plus has priority customer service.

    @reliancejio I recently recharged my jio no. 7001361703 at around 1:30pm Still I have not received recharge confirmation on SMS and recharge is also not been processed. I am facing issues in making calls right now. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
