@JioCare My JioFiber has been down for 5 days in Puttur (574201). Nearby connection (1 km away) is working fine, so this is a local issue not resolved. Unable to reach support. Need urgent fix or disconnection & refund.

@JioCare I complained on 30 march and before that also. You are not solving my problem and my internet recharge is wasting. I cant even use what i paid for. Zero network. You cant even call me. And I’m in gurgaon which consider as a metro city
