    @reliancejio Hi Team, From many months i had noticed in our Village jio 4g+ speed is coming like 200- 300 kbps not even 1 Mbps .jio tower is hardly 100 meter away . Any help will be highly appreciated 👍 Add:village hatwana,tehsil bangana No:7006877314

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR

    @JioCare Day 12 (since 14th Jul): A new service engineer had visited today completely clueless about the issue. He checked confirmed that the router which is having a loose component needs to be replaced and it shall be done free of charge. Has assured to comeback tomorrow.

    @reliancejio I’m a student and currently not earning,so I can’t recharge regularly.I also use JioFiber.I’ve been warned that my SIM may be deactivated, but my bank ac. and imp. services are linked to this number.If deactivation causes me academic problems,Jio will be responsible

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I recently placed an order for new sim card via home delivery but for appointment I cannot call the delivery executive because his phone is switched off from three days. How do i cancel this stupid order. I'd rather buy airtel or bsnl

    @JioCare Please fix our internet connection immediately—we cannot do any work without it. Why hasn't the engineer resolved this yet? We also require details on how we will be compensated for the two days of lost work.

    @JioCare Ishveen ! Salute to your understanding 🫡 By travelling what I meant to highlight is that your network is bad at all the locations with low internet speed and frequent call drops.

    @JioCare AirFibre service is down since past 4 days. Disappointed with the customer service as it’s impacting office deliverables and noone is taking accountability to resolve the matter.

    @JioCare This is absolutely unacceptable! Jio AirFiber has been facing frequent internet drops for over a month. Despite several complaints, there is still no permanent solution. Every time the network goes down, I have to raise a new complaint. Fix this issue immediately!
