    @reliancejio Hi Team, From many months i had noticed in our Village jio 4g+ speed is coming like 200- 300 kbps not even 1 Mbps .jio tower is hardly 100 meter away . Any help will be highly appreciated 👍 Add:village hatwana,tehsil bangana No:7006877314

    @reliancejio Team, entire Jio Fibre Network at Indraprasth II, Shreyas Tekra Ahmedabad is down due to boundary wall collapse. You may please repair it urgently as most people are on work from home.

    @shweta_yeole @JioCare The shocking part is that the engineer himself admitted that Jio’s WiFi service is poor and even advised me to switch to another provider. If your own engineer says this, what does that say about your service? (2/3)

    @reliancejio @jio @JioCare The service engineers are just playing games and deliberately suspend, hold and cancel the requests just to not do the job.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since evening. Multiple calls to customer care, yet no resolution or ETA. I work from home and can't do my job because of your poor service. This is unacceptable. Restore my connection immediately or escalate the issue.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am really not sure for each day I am getting this message. Really not sure why daily disruptions are happening? We are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since 23-07-2026 09:45 PM, due to which services for your Jio AirFiber Service?

    @agra58843 @JioCare I am also facing jio fiber wifi disruption since last one month. But even after raising multiple requests i am not getting any solution from jio. Engineer is not visiting at my location. I contacted escalation team as well but no use. Very pathetic service.

    What pathetic service you are providing on fibre that to in heart of mumbai. Tepeated complains no solution. Frequent disconnection,slow speed . Getting 2mpps speed on 100mbps plan. @JioCare
