    @JioCare It’s been 4 days since I ordered my Jio SIM card, and it still hasn't been delivered! 😀 This kind of delay is highly frustrating for a new connection. If you can't handle the service, why do you make a fool out of your customers with false promises? STOP you third class service

    @JioCare My connection is down AGAIN. Previous complaints were closed without resolution, forcing me to re-raise them. I pay for service,not excuses especially when there’s been zero rain. Your incompetence is causing me financial loss. Are you responsible for this? #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare it has been 4days without wifi. Complaint multiple times, nothing is happening. I am waiting till tomorrow, really hoping you guys will resolve now that I have escalated here else I am moving out. Thanks
