    @reliancejio Hi Team, From many months i had noticed in our Village jio 4g+ speed is coming like 200- 300 kbps not even 1 Mbps .jio tower is hardly 100 meter away . Any help will be highly appreciated 👍 Add:village hatwana,tehsil bangana No:7006877314

    My JioFiber connection has been completely unavailable for over 7 hours now. I’ve already tried every possible troubleshooting step, but nothing has worked. This is deeply concerning & completely unacceptable for a service that has become an essential part of daily life. A disruption lasting this long, with no effective resolution, reflects a serious failure in service reliability. Jio needs to address this urgently & provide a clear explanation for the prolonged outage. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The technician told he will come by 3 PM but didn't come today. When I connected with the customer care, they gave me another technician "Narayan Dutta". When I called him, he said he no longer works with Jio. Do you guys don't know who works with you ? I'm struggling for 5 days.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @reliancejio Jio network is very weak in my area. I have 2 plots available for tower installation (126.45 + 63.23 sq m). I’ve tried contacting Jio multiple times but received no response. Please have your team contact me regarding a tower/site survey.

    @JioCare I have already checked these settings, and there is no issue with my handset or SIM. The same Jio SIM and phone work perfectly in Sikar city with the same settings. The problem occurs only in my village, and other Jio users in my village are also facing the same issue.

    It's been 13 days Zinda ho toh jawab do @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. I hv raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did you mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? NO to JIO #unhappy #unsatisfactory #annoying
