    @JioCare My JioFiber relocation installation (Ref: LR000015D4JW) scheduled on 28 Apr is still not done. No technician visit or update. Very frustrating as I’m being charged without service. Please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare Hi, pls verify ur facts! No engineer visited my location.He didn't even contact us. 5-6pm was the slot he was supposed to visit. A lot many errors & confusions from @JioCare 's end stressing out the customers! Pls resolve this matter quickly and connect me to the engineer asap

    @JioCare i am facing false promises to initiate disconnection once current bill paid , i pay the amount and then no step taken to intitiate disconnection, no email id shared etc, need help as I moved out of city to place with no broadband
