    @reliancejio Hi Team, From many months i had noticed in our Village jio 4g+ speed is coming like 200- 300 kbps not even 1 Mbps .jio tower is hardly 100 meter away . Any help will be highly appreciated 👍 Add:village hatwana,tehsil bangana No:7006877314

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi team Jio. I had ordered a sim card on April 12, 2026. Its April 22, 2026 and I still haven’t received my sim card. I have called your jio care number 3-4 times in these 10 days and they don’t have any resolution available for me. Can’t even deliver a sim?

    @reliancejio @JioCare hello,I have raised my concern of low speed of internet on Jio home fiber. Technician also visited but There is no resolution done.technician already reported faulty router but why customer care is not taking my complaint?? Please resolve this issue!!

    @JioCare As per the Consumer Charter, you are supposed to confirm the timeline at the time of registering the complaint.

    @JioCare is there any issue in cancellation also? I have raised an SR for cancellation and refund on 14th April and I was informed that the resolution will be before 21st Apr before 03:02 PM. but no feedback received. customer care also putting my call on hold and disconnecting. #jio

    @JioCare Hello @reliancejio From 6.27 PM the airfiber services are down here in Kharghar sector 12 and they haven't been restored yet neither wifi is working nor tv connection please resolve it quickly

    @JioCare @JioCare Diagnostics done. All devices fail. LED: Solid Green. Past SR000031CACD tech confirmed router needs replacement. Stop stalling with links. I'm losing paid annual plan days. Generate a replacement SR today or face a formal legal complaint for deficiency in service.
