  @JioCare Please check the above message for my number. Issue- I gave recharged with Rs500 fir a plan change in my postpaid number-9874430786 on 13/10/2020 however the same has not been processed from your end. One and a half month lost already . Yet to get a solution

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have taken jio fibre plan and got worst speed in trial initially. I removed connection and jio is not returning my money which they have taken as refundable amount i,e.1500.

  @JioCare Well, The problem is not specific to me. Every jio user in my area suffers from the same problem. You might need to upgrade the hardware here. There is no point DMing me. What you need is my area pincode that is 721122. Your maintenance guy here doesn't pickup call.Worst Service
