    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio - Such a hopeless customer service is your jio fiber team. From yesterday morning 12 my internet not working, on reaching customer service I was told it will take 2 days. On requesting for early resolution I am given only false assurances.

    @JioCare I have written several mails to applellate Gujarat, but no response and no reply on single mail. I tried several calls to connect mr. Jiganesh barot on 6353722845 but they never picked up the calls and not reverted back.

    @JioCare Hi Kaif, Just because your team closes the service request it doesn't mean the issue has been resolved. Without resolving the issue they have closed the tickets. I'm not able to use the internet since October 4th 2022.
