    @reliancejio Jio is concentrating on only new things to launch. Already launched sevices are wrost please look on after sale services and think about those who trusted you. I am using jio network connection and fruted with its sevices and response from support.

    SR No: SR00003DCN13 — Your team closed my network complaint without any improvement. This keeps happening repeatedly. Please stop closing complaints without resolving the actual network issue. Kindly escalate and provide a permanent solution. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It about half past seven PM today. Almost 24 hours have lapsed since I completed process of converting physical SIM of Jio to eSIM of Jio. System is so inefficient that eSiM has not been activated till now. Jio Care does not seem to be caring for its customer.

    @JioCare Already sent DM messages to jio care ,nothing happened they will raise SR and close same without giving solution.

    Jio mobile has such a horrendous network that you can't even use it for voice calls or data—there is simply slow internet like 2G. And what can one say about Jio AirFiber? If you call customer care about an internet issue, you get just one answer: "issue raised." @JioCare

    1/4 @reliancejio My JioAirFiber internet keeps going down for 1–2 hours at a time. On some days, I barely get 8 hours of proper internet for the entire day. I’m still being charged for the full month. @JIOAIRFIBERIN
