    @JioCare My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.

    @JioCare Hi so I am kinda disappointed. Recharged my number but outgoing calls are still blocked. Why? Can't even reach customer care via phone. Need immediate assistance

    @JioCare your service is pathetic. have raised a complained month back....raised the same few days back and still the issue persist.i cant make calls or get them. If I get the call & I pick, there is no noise & I get text saying there was a Miss call. Presently can't even use net

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Jio pe having any drilling machine .In jammu is not having any good service of Jio . Not recommended to go for jio Fiber connection . concern executive called Mr. Chatterpal for the help and concern his behaviour with the team was very bad and he denied for any help

    Hii @JioCare @reliancejio team, There is an issue from last one month i'm facing issue with my number, 9/10 times my incoming calls are automatically disconnected before recieving the call, after connecting to customer care they are telling like a trained robot.

    Experiencing the worst service from @reliancejio Company and technician has rescheduled my jio fiber RELOCATION appointment 5 times in 2 days (23rd and 24th December) and still not giving proper reply. Order no - CO0000S21GZM. Definitely not gonna suggest jio fiber to anyone.

    @JioCare That means you are saying if I want to use internet then use sitting at single place . Yeah to apni responsibilities se muh ferna ho gaya same as govt. Service then why people using ur services.
