@JioCare Last complaint of jiofiber connectivity was not resolved and the manager who called was not at all bothered to resolve my problem of connectivity, but was adament, he was for sure not concerned and ticket was closed. As if he is a Govt employee.

@JioCare Applied for JioFiber in V block Gurgaon. Paid 3 month advance on Saturday with the promise of it being installed on Sunday. On Sunday rep tells me there's a technical problem and he will get in installed by Sunday evening. It's Wednesday today and no one seems to care.
