    @JioCare You guys are just a bunch of fraud..your team mentioned that there is no Jio fiber service at my current location hence took the router and assured that the relocation amount will be refunded. However now you are saying that the connection is activated. Refund my 1200Rs

    @JioCare Faridkot Rural, Kotkapura Road has very poor network. Even 4G works like 2G and 5G is unavailable. I've complained many times, but there's been no improvement. Many users are porting to Airtel due to poor service. Please improve coverage and provide reliable 5G.

    @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY Day 3 of NO internet. Complaint raised July 8, but @JioCare has done absolutely nothing. No engineer assigned despite ground teams working nearby. This is a severe deficiency of service. I need this escalated and resolved right now.

    Based on my repeated disgusting & shocking connectivity experience with BSNL (Cellone) & Jio, I request all the subscribers to port their mobile numbers to some other service provider, may be preferably Airtel. @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio One disconnection and you keep wondering when on earth will they rectify it. And throught the AI based calls or jio chat. You will first get number of due date reminder and latest offer but no resolution to our problem.
