    @Naresh81887204 @JioCare I m about to switch my n/w from bsnl to jio, bt seeing ur issues with it I will nt go for it ,also will suggest my colleagues who r doing this to nt to choose this platform,as it is nt safe for us

    @JioCare @fiber_jio @reliancejio Requested a compensation of two days delay in installation after delivery of OTP.((30 days trial) If you and your management are not in position to resolve my issue of compensation within three days then plz refund Rs. 2500/- deposit.

    @JioCare Been recharging for years, but never got 4g speed, this alone is not my problem, everyone is as close to me as everyone is complaining to Jio network For this, first correct the network, then recharge Why should we waste our hard earned money Every mobile has two sims,

    @JioCare Hi Team, please share update. Almost three days waiting for update on when Jio STB will be installed. I hope the team realises that this is not the customer service people expect from Jio. Have raised request over Twitter, email and phone, and no update is being shared anywhere.
