    I bought a Jio Phone when it launched back in 2017 with 1500 rupees which was refundable after a period of 3 years if the users wants to. But now when I visited the service centre the pepole said that there is no such information with them. Please help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Reminder :- Looks like your team is working, The network never existed before, Now there is some network, But as long as the jio full network is not coming, I will just remind you that the network is not fixed yet. @TRAI Just see how long this situation will last @PMOIndia see

    @JioCare Dear Jio Team How much time you will take... It seems it is automatically robot reply and no one even bother about issue. It is already two year and as per your scheme you are not willing to install setup box. Now asking for pay Rs.1000 for setup box.

    @reliancejio hello jio. I vyankatesh from parbhani . I'm getting issue regarding, when I go to jio centre in parbhani they always say come at this time & that time. It's been approx 2 months and they always says me this. This is 5 this round if u r able to help me then plz help.

    @MukeshAmba @reliancejio Hi team, I'm facing network & internet issues for the last year, tried complaining multiple times but nothing worked. Recently one tower got installed in our neighbour village but still facing the internet issue & mostly in rainy seasons.
