    @JioCare Navin it’s again a rescheduling. This game is running since last 3/4 days. I am surprised that engineer has such guts that he picks the calls and never reply. In some cases never picks the call even where the call is reputed through Jio call Center.

    @JioCare @JioCare Still the Saturday isn’t fixed yet. I don’t know why the service request gets marked as completed when nothing is done or fixed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare If a customer is paying atleast give them service for which they are paying. Stop being an ignorant money sucker. This is actually the worst ever experience i had from any service provider even after being in a high tech city like Gurugram.

    I got the β‚Ή699 JioHotstar Annual Mobile plan in Nov 2025 (valid till Nov’26). It included Hollywood content, & I’ve been watching it without any issues. Today, suddenly, Hollywood content was blocked and I’m asked to upgrade to the β‚Ή2,099 Premium plan. @JioHotstar @JioCare

    @JioCare Massive Network outage at Iswarigacha (743222) . Since Monday due to a lightning strike . Over 100+ complaints raised , but the issue is still unresolved and work is extremely slow . Please escalate this to the field engineering team immediately. Urgent Support Needed !
