@reliancejio we are corp client with fibre and telecom connection,there is no invoice we are rec for the following. there is no concerned person ,none of the email is working only we get a auto mail and a fake assurance .How can such a big company is so bad in customer handling .

@JioCare it's been more than 50days since I had a stable internet connection on your network, hence I'm losing all my data balance from my previous recharge. Not gonna recharge unless the data speed is restored in my area.

@reliancejio what a wonderful solution provided by JIO. Poor service, We tried contacting you for the recovery of JioFiber device for service ID 400127474354, but were unable to collect the device. To schedule an appointment for device pickup just type 'DNP' and WhatsApp.....

@reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to buy a JioFi device in lonavala for past 2 months and the JIO store there is not cooperating at all. They are saying JIO is not sending any devices to their location. They are bad mouthing their own brand while expressing helplessness.
