    @JioCare @jagograhakjago pathetic service experienced from jio fiber. After taking the payment they forget the customer. Had to tremendously followup for connetion. After connection they said that they will pon up the loose wire the next day but never responded

    @JioCare @airtelindia Still no update from The very efficient Jio team.. I know @reliancejio have a lot of money.. still they take more than 3 weeks to provide a resolution for payment discrepancy frm their end..

    Today upon calling the @JioCare customer care again for the same issue they said it will take 3-4 days more for the engineer to visit to which i told them that if the visit is not made in 3-4 days i will move to the consumer court. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worst customer service of Jio. My WiFi router gets frequently disconnected and half of the time right light is blinking. No resolution since yesterday. Hope it gets fixed soon or else I'll have to shift to a different network.

    @reliancejio Facing network intermittent network latency which is making unusable to Teams/Zoom calls. Hade to use Airtel alternately. Complained several time but SR closing as resolved. No help with CC
