    I have had the worst experience with @reliancejio @JioCare team recently. I placed Jio fiber relocation request last Friday and immediately received verification sms of the same. The Jio team didn’t bother to even check or provide me an estimated time of addressing….

    Based on your response, I’ve decided to discontinue JioFiber. Please deduct the charges for the period used and refund the remaining amount from my 4-month advance payment. Moving to another provider. Never experienced such poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare COMPLAINT No network Jio since 13 June 2026 Krishna Kunj Ext 110092 Delhi. 6 days no service. JioCare giving SR today. But 6 days wasted please reply and help Local vendor said it took 1 month as tower damaged.

    @JioCare Before payment, I received calls every day. After payment, all I received were missed deadlines, broken promises, and no accountability. Now I just want my refund processed immediately. #JioAirFiber

    Activated long-term Jio plan with 1-year Gemini Advanced offer. Subscription cancelled automatically due to a technical glitch. Both Jio & Google support failed to resolve this. Need higher-level technical team intervention @JioCare @GooglePlay
