    @reliancejio Called for jio fibre connection at waltair Residency Visakhapatnam 11th June 22. Gautam came said technical team next day. Now 23rd nobody came nor Gautam not lifting phone. Is this the customer service of jio fibre. Jio poor connectivity here

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, Is there any rules that if I have not recharged my jio sim from last few week. My number got disconnected from jio service and it is given to any new person. My recharge is expired and daily I get a call from someone they say they are from jio office.

    @JioCare Almas bhai has come at my place but he told me that he is not the correct person who picked your device. He told me that your cancellation request number is yet to generate from customer care team. Cancellation request number should start CO00. Very pathetic service.

    @JioCare Order id-NO0000LY9FYI past 5days raising complaints & waiting for installation but only rescheduling appointment is happening without update.Daily you schedule new time & daily no service engineer coming.Worst service Tel clearly if anyone will come or i switch to other?

    @JioCare Only rescheduling is not a solution. From past 5 days its getting rescheduled only but no service engineer is visiting for connection. This in in loop from days. Please give me a proper resolution without paying loop game. Very pathetic service. Not expected by jio.

    @JioCare there is voice issue since yesterday, the voice gets completely distorted in between and increasing frequently. customer care dint sound very confident in resolving this. Area pin code - 560076
