    @reliancejio @JioCare its been 10 days since i paid you guys. No installation till now. Your guys don’t pickup calls. You office at sector 34 Chandigarh is always closed. Congratulations on being worst company with worst service records. Guys please stay away from jio.

    A new business model by Jio wifi. First they gave free wifi for a year. Now they are recovering. I pay for a month and invariably 120 hours/month (5 days) @reliancejio is not working. I got 365 days free but paying 5 days * 12 months * 8 years = 480 days effectively @trai

    How many times the connection could not be established??? Its been 4 days and I am being fooled with replies that team is working on?? No proper response no action and most annoying is that no way to contact customer care!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio The 5G network is not working in loni ghaziabad from last week and if sometimes it is connected to 5g the the network is not working this issue is remains from last week when this issue will be resolve we paid almost 1K for not this types of service, Please resolve

    Froud done by @reliancejio I am using jio fiber since last year my set of box is not working from 9 July and we are already highlighted issue but till date we are not received a single response at reliance. Very bad and pathetic service provider please don't use Jio fiber anyone

    @JioCare From the last one year Jio is solving the connectivity issue I have raised these concerns multiple times I don't think you will refund or extend my recharge and the inconvenience caused to my work due to your network.

    @JioCare how does one log a complaint? Using MyJio your standard response that there is a problem in your area is ongoing for the last 10 days doesn’t help. I have a Jio Airfiber connection.
