    @reliancejio @JioCare - what is the use of having a #JioFiber internet connection of it becomes as slow as a 90s Dial-up internet connection? We see blazing fast speed during day and then at 7 PM the speed goes from 100mbps to < 10mbps. Scale the network please.

    @JioCare-Ur customer service is full of chapris. For the last month, connection goes down 3-4 times. I scheduled an Engineer visit and it is cancelled. I call ur helpline, call gets disconnected. Wen I call, they say as internet is up, they can't raise another req. SR-00003BWI9

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service in HSR Bengaluru. repeated disruption no permanent solution. no urgent resolution or response. raised a request yesterday. the assigned person has not come. yet. need a resolution asap or I will have to rethink the subscription

    @JioCare That's not a solution. Spotify is one of the world's most popular music apps, and not having it on your platform is a huge disappointment. Please stop sending the same copy-paste replies and actually work on bringing Spotify to the Jio Store.
