    @JioCare And it is resolved without doing anything. Nobody did anything. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. You have bots everywhere and it's impossible to reach out to you. Do something as soon as possible. Take some real action and live upto your word

    @JioCare @JioCare please refer the screenshot for the self care route. There is no button "Reschedule" is visible. I am getting the same response on both voice and email support. How am I supposed to schedule the appointment without "Reschedule" button.

    Hello @JioCare First you promise that engineer will come between 4 PM to 5 PM. Pic 1 When the time gets over you send a message that now technician cannot come and again ask me to reschedule. Pic 2 What kind of service is this? So I have to keep rescheduling & you will never send a technician? Either restore the service or face consumer forum. Absolute disgrace.
