    @reliancejio what kind of fraud jio fiber is running. Without having network line your field executive took connection request and took customer money for 6 month plan and after that everyone is invisible customer care having no clue to refund my money. Connection NO0000NDFDD0

    @reliancejio @JioCare I called customer care. Call gets disconnected after 5 minutes. No clear resolution wastage of time. So poor service. I think I should switch to Airtel as service provider.

    @JioCare How can any service company take 30 days to take back the device, and say they are working on priority. One more case closed today without any notification! There is a term ‘contact’, please train agents to do that before closure.

    Finally ported out from @ViCustomerCare to @reliancejio Vi is providing really terrible service what's the benefit of data rollover,night time data? When your network coverage is terrible

    @JioCare I am very disappointed with Jio service, I have added one family member and now customer care is saying that we have to wait for 24 hours to get this activated, worst part is the member service are currently stopped(No call). Do you really think we should wait for 24h

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ pathetic service by jio no network maximum time in jammu & kashmir there is no use to convert prepaid to postpaid waist of money while shift to prepaid to postpaid there is 300/-rs charges by gallery and no use it's horrible

    I am Rajesh Pai here .I have paid all of the money for jio fiber installation before 2 weeks and still there is no response from any of the jio staff and they even don't pick the call ..The service is not better at all..They are giving excuses please take a action @reliancejio
