    @JioCare Engg visited, spent 1-2 hours roughly, internet works, after he went off, its again gone, when called them back they said, we are looking into it and its been 1-2 hours since then no body turned back and issue remains the same. Incompetent Engg or worst services by #JIOFIBRE

    @JioCare Your customer care explicitly promised me this morning that an engineer would visit between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM today. It is already past that time, and nobody has turned up or contacted me. Stop giving false commitments and send someone right away!

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare There is no power in outdoor unit and you are replying that internet will resolve in 30 mins..are you crazy? This is how you resolve customers problem by sending auto reply message to everyone without even understanding the situation??

    @JioCare Can you explain what issue Engineer identified, in app it says fault is inside the home and yesterday no one was at my home , how come they visited home and found issue? Whether they broke my home and went inside to check?
