    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    @JioCare "@JioCare I paid for a new JioFiber connection on 30th july (Order ID: NO0001F1T6GO).& Reuest no.SR00003EKURL KYC done but installation is not done. I have sent a cancellation email cancel done .But refund money not complete Within 7 Days. Please refund my money back. @JioCare

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
