    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI is a consumer has to make calls for more that 1 hr to resolve internet connectivity issues, and still unsuccessful, then posting tweets to get it resolved, then why are you people charging for services.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber modem is not working. I have tried running the diagnostic method, and the issue is with the modem. I am trying to reach out to support, but neither option is working. I need to get it fixed ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic Service, the Jio Fiber is down from the past 4 days for everyone in the area and yet these people cannot fix the issue. Are they not having enough resources to fix the issue of their services? What's the point of providing such a service?

    Pathetic service by @JioCare, I requested disconnection on March 30, 2026 but no action till now and bill/charges are still ON. nobody will come to pick router device. DM @JioCare not working. Scam to make money from subscribers

    @JioCare: it's almost impossible to connect to jio customer care, tried 6 times since morning and each time waited for 15 mins but not able to lodge a complaint for internet not working. Don't say tried using app. In the app everything is working perfectly fine. What is next?

    @JioCare And collected a payment of Rs.1200/-. Later installation guy comes and instead of checking the signal strength set-up the entire equipment, drills walls screws and then at the end of the days says 5g signal is not available I can't finish the installation

    @reliancejio Customer care executive call karke recharge karne ke liye din 10call karte hai end agar recharge nhi karna hai to boldo to sim deactive kardete hai... @reliancejio wale ka revenue day by day kam hota ja raha hai kyaa 🤪🤪

    @JioCare I have been facing an internet issue for the past 3 working days. I am getting a maximum download speed of 10 mbps. This is significantly affecting my work like anything. Airfiber number 8415352308. Every time I call customer care in message congestion in your area.

    @JioCare On paper it is good but in actual reality it is worse than expected, are you doing your duty with a script? or you have to solve people's problems very disappointed with jio very poor speed and no 5g here also creating false advertisement here @DoT_India @TRAI
