  @JioCare Its been 2 weeks that your absolute horrible service has been incompetent for. All your channels are malfunctioning from registration of a complain till service. And I dont think I will ever recommend #jiofiber to anybody in my life.

  @JioCare Worst services. I took new connection a week ago since the day of installation done net work speed is slow only. I have informed n requested for service engineer visit. It almost 5 days of time to visit my place after many calls n compliants. My speed got more worsen

  Day 1 of complaint raised. Customer Care executive admitted service engineer was not even assigned due to non availability. Was assured it'll be solved by 12 AM today. Asked for service engineer number. Was denied. Asked for supervisor. Busy in meeting (what meeting?) @JioCare

  @JioCare I am not at all hapy with the pathetic customer service. Your agents checked the device and confirmed it is fine only to later not take it bcoz of their tech issues. Why should I have to follow up bcoz of your issues. Do you not value your customer time?
