    @JioFiber is becoming one of the worst customer-centric services I’ve experienced. I raised a service request for Aug 6, 4:30 PM and even left office early to be home for the technician. Unfortunately, no one showed up. @JioCare @reliancejio

Six days, countless calls, repeated assurances, zero action. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be escalating it legally and documenting the entire experience publicly. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    Dear @JioCare and @JioHotstar I recharged my Jio number yesterday with the ₹349 plan, which clearly includes a JioHotstar subscription. Despite a successful recharge, I have still not received the subscription, and customer support has denied the benefit. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio why i am not able to generate upc code? Already removed family member . Still its not working. UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance

    @reliancejio @IndiaCinepolis Hi @JioCare, I moved from India to the USA and activated International Roaming. My Jio SIM worked fine for 6 months, but now it shows No Service. I've contacted support multiple times, but no one has been able to fix it. I urgently need this number to receive OTPs for banking..

    40 mins on loop with 198, 199 & MyJio app, but only getting stuck with AI bot responses! 🛑 Need to speak with an ACTUAL human customer care representative URGENTLY. Highly disappointed with this experience. Please arrange a call back ASAP! @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It has now been 2 more days since ur last assurance & there is still no connection.Ur reply itself shows how old ur commitment is. Instead of resolving the issue,ur team keeps changing the service date & giving fresh promises.This is at least the 6th promised resolution date,
