    @JioCare Kindly share UTR/ARN details immediately and confirm the exact status. If not resolved within 48 hours, I will proceed with a complaint on National Consumer Helpline and escalate further to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Expecting a clear resolution. @JioCare

    @reliancejio you used to be my fav. Now, I requested for relocation since yesterday and all I got it false commitment, thrice and now your customer service says it will take up to week and they are helpless. Wish if you can just help!

    @JioCare your technicians demand extra charges, don’t even check if the connection works, and behave rudely. Calls go unanswered, false promises on visit timings. This is disgusting service. Fix this immediately.

    @reliancejio I My jio number lost i am visiting service centre extra amount charged and say jio office without 150 extra i am not issue sim my family members 8 to 9 sim i am port other company

    I have been using @airtelindia for years even when @reliancejio was giving free everything I stayed loyal to airtel and now I regret the decision they don’t let me get out of a family plan they don’t let me port to something else and they don’t even let me terminate my number
