I think there may be network fluctuation but it usually gets sorted out in 5-10 mins. If not, then do check with their call support team, they are quite responsive.. @JioCare

Also I paid βΉ50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
