    @JioCare SR00001EZMZ5 is the service request. 250 INR is still pending to be refunded. None of your customer care or appellate folks are bothered about my pending issue

    @reliancejio The network has become worse after the update to 5G. please roll back 5G or fix this at the earliest. Even a simple Google page does not open without lag!

    @shamsherzte @JioCare Even you are getting 2mbps speed but I am getting No Signal and by the way in Hyderabad city and this is still there after 4years even so many times complains raised.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @AppleSupport : I am using iPhone 14 Pro max and have iOS 16.2 Public Beta 2 which has options to switch to 5G. I am in Hyderabad but still not able to use 5G on my phone. Can you please help me with this?

    What's going with #Jio4G Network Speed in #Ranchi. After so many complaints there is no improvement. Experiencing worderfull 2G Speed in the name 4G.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Was it my mistake to come back to Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio
