I think there may be network fluctuation but it usually gets sorted out in 5-10 mins. If not, then do check with their call support team, they are quite responsive.. @JioCare

The issue is, I never requested an eSIM upgrade. Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: “Your eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.”

See below message: “Service request no SR00003FNPDZ has been raised in your account. You will receive an update for this request by 2026-09-03T17:25:07”.
