@geekyranjit @ankitpoddar00 Just checked with my friend in Mumbai (Dadar), no issues faced from his side as well. I think there may be network fluctuation but it usually gets sorted out in 5-10 mins. If not, then do check with their call support team, they are quite responsive.. @JioCare

@JioCare Really pathetic customer care as call was disconnected twice after explaining issue where refund for one of my prepaid numbers that I shifted from postpaid last year beginning. I shared bank details twice since Nov'21 but got no refund but pathetic customer care service

Hello, team @reliancejio @JioCare yesterday only I have taken Jio Fiber connection and today I am unable to connect to internet there is some issue.I have called 20 to 25 times to the customer care they are saying the same thing we are sending the technician.Can you look into it.

@JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000K9830E is scheduled on 01-02-2022 : 14:30:00. You will receive an Order completion code after INSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion.

@JioCare we are shifting our office to another locality and there are JIO poles planted already but the technician says they need 2 months more time to give connection pls check the issue as we are needed Jiofiber at any cost
