@JioCare (1/2) backup to your mobile base station located in Koilwar (PIN - 802160). Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

Most of the time your network is worse. Whenever switching on the internet it shows no internet. If this is the service provided by you, it's better not to provide. In city like delhi people are facing these types of problem than there can be nothing worse @reliancejio @JioCare .

@JioCare It’s 18:41 pm and Jio technicians have not reached. To avoid customers, this guy, Mangesh has switched off his phone. Looks like, management of Jio is simply spineless! This guy started from Jio service centre 2 weeks ago and has not been able to travel 5 kms in 14 days

@JioCare In most of the surrounding area in our locality is already covered by JioFiber. In fact I have seen one Box with OFC is connected. But whenever I apply for new connections your person said service is not available. How strange and frustrating.
