@JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled my Jio Fiber on 11th Oct , I didn’t get response, on 16th Oct they raised an SR , than just now i again called him , They are again raise a SR.. I mean wht wrong ? Customer service and complaints team ,Reliance Jio very poor service ..

I'm using @reliancejio from begnning bt now I'm getting irritate with @reliancejio worst network whenever I call on customer service, I get the response like "sorry for inconvenience, this is a temporary problem and we are working for it" Always, For how long we will hear that .

@JioCare I am using #JioFiber from last 5 days and my experience is very bad. From last 24 hours it is not working on 3 day also it was not working for 1hr. we are working from home, this type of service is not expected. My local cable internet is better then #Jio @reliancejio
