@JioCare (1/2) backup to your mobile base station located in Koilwar (PIN - 802160). Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

I'm using @reliancejio from begnning bt now I'm getting irritate with @reliancejio worst network whenever I call on customer service, I get the response like "sorry for inconvenience, this is a temporary problem and we are working for it" Always, For how long we will hear that .

@JioCare jio fibre executives are cheating us in lajpat nagar delhi. They will install jio fibre broadband then will tell if unsatisfied will cancel it or upgrade by inbuild setup box then thy will not pick call till the time 1 mnth dont expire. Charged me 1500+2500. Plz Resolve
