@JioCare (1/2) backup to your mobile base station located in Koilwar (PIN - 802160). Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

2/3 @ViCustomerCare @JioCare They also offered 2 months unlimited pack.I got call from Vi and your call executive assured me that Vi will solve my problem and will give me same benefit of 2 months unlimited 3 gb/day (considering double data offer) for free if I cancel my port.

@reliancejio Whenever i call to customer care IVR is used to say "IF YOU ARE FACING ANY INTERNET ISSUE THAT MEANS SO MANY PEOPLE ARE USING THE NETWORK" WITH WORST VOICE .I am not able to listen that voice at all. I am listening the same thing since 8 months .

@reliancejio How disgusting your service man, I bought jio Fiber last week and it's starting giving problem I complaint to your jio care and problem not solved by them they are just delaying last 2 days . Very bad service provide by jiofiber.
