Airtel people started the work and fixed the connection but JIO is sleeping.All JIO customers are suffering. Immediate action required.

Even today, you assigned a time slot between 4 PM and 5 PM; yet, there was neither any response nor a visit from the engineer. (2/3)

Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do.

Multiple SRNs have been raised but nothing is resolved. This is complete negligence. Fix this permanently immediately

I don't know if this will ever be solved. As per your policy, after 72 hrs I can escalate to the nodal officer. But you guys don't provide the number
