@JioCare hi there are frequent episodes of call drops even when talking on a regular mobile call (not using internet). This problem has kept on increasing from last week . Kindly do something urgently if i should stay with your network.

Worst customer service which is unable to close my Jio connection even after a month and inspite of regular follow ups. This are absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable and unethical. No one should take Jio connection specially postpaid @JioCare @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho

Shame that I had to port to @airtelindia from @reliancejio due to pathetic service post moving to 5G. For every call, I switched off my wifi > put phone on flight mode > back to network and then call. More than 95% call drops if I don't do this. I was Jio's 8 years old customer.
