    @JioCare Free trial 30 days offer I got installed on next day, but for cancellation it is now one week , no response even for pick up of instruments leave alone refund. Pathetic service

    @Neeraj_Sharma_ @reliancejio @JioCare I am going to approach consumer court on this issue..I am sure the company can't hide behind technicalities. Company's onfield staff had asked me to redeem the voucher. I even have recorded this conversation with him. Jio is surely on the wrong side of the law.

    @JioCare To I have received the following message: Dear Customer, Your Order Number NO0000FIBW06 for Jio connection has been cancelled as per your request. Thank you, Team Jio I never requested for cancellation of my order and am waiting for installation of the JIOFIBER.
