I’ve paid them, done with the kyc. And now I’m just waiting till now. @reliancegroup . This is unacceptable for you. WORST service ever.

The Jio tower in Para, Hardoi stays off most of the day and works only for 1–2 hours. If this continues, people in the area may switch from Jio to Airtel. Please check urgently.
