Internet down. Pathetic experience with @reliancejio @JioCare There is No improvement. Every 10 day same problem occurred and they just skipped by playing a record. If I am telling anything wrong, upload a call history and see how many times I contacted you for same issue.

@JioCare Well understood for ott - amazon prime but shouldn't it be working if I have paid for it. FYI it's not working and how can you charge twice for the same thing isn't that fraud
