    @JioCare What's the use of working diligently if you are not able yo resolve just a small issue in past 20 days. Whats the problem in sending a service Engineer on site to check what's the problem if it is not getting resolved from back end. This is not kind of service expected from Jio.

    @reliancejio Internet has been isnt operational since last evening. Multiple calls made to customer service confirming engineer arriving in the next hour. Will not be able to work from home tomorrow if this isn’t resolved. HELP ON PRIORITY. SR000012Z761

    @reliancejio Your installation process is pathetic or I believe your technician and sales people are not interested in doing business. Cheap price with cheap service
