    @JioCare @JioCare Request id NO0001DQ5MHE your customer care executive says till today refund has not been issued. When request was canceled on 1st June why till today you have not initiated refund. What is this bullshit. Making fool out of your customer.

    @JioCare what is the point of having Z5 subscription via Jio AirFibre when we have to pay an extra charge for FIFA World Cup? Still, I've not found any FIFA World Cup broadcasting channel on JioTV. Very pathetic service

    @JioCare @JioCare SR00003849SR is still pending. Home visit was scheduled but the technician never came. Extremely poor service experience. Need immediate resolution or I will escalate this further

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber my postpaid connection is started on 28-Feb and i got May bill n my jio service was suspended today due to non payment of bill. I just want to know if i have already paid 3 months bill then why my service was suspended for non payment ?

    Day 4. No WiFi. No mobile network. No resolution. Only repeated scripted replies from @JioCare while customers suffer 96+ hours of downtime. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra costs incurred. Where is the compensation for this prolonged service failure?
