    Ordered @reliancejio SIM online. Paid+KYC done Promise: 48 hrs delivery 7+ days later: No SIM. No refund. 1 Agent refused, Others unreachable. Store asked to pay again. Customer care = zero clarity. Complaint timeline expired. How long does it take to deliver a SIM @JioCare?

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I'm a jio user since last 6-7 yrs Now I'm using your 5G sim with 5G unlimited plan But your network is terrible in last few days Showing 200KBps!!! Can't watch Matches Can't watch anything Fix this problem asap

    @JioCare Don’t ask me to check the app again and again. There is NO technician name, NO visit timing, and NO update shown there. Stop giving copy-paste instructions. Your system isn’t working and your team isn’t responding. Cancel the order and refund immediately.

    @JioCare @TRAI @consumercourtin This is a clear violation of Quality of Service (QoS) standards. Ticket SR0000333QLN was closed without a technician visit. This is how they "maintain" their 99% uptime on paper. (7/10)
