    @jio_fiber @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani pathetic service by jio fiber team. Since morning there is no connection. And when asked for solution the customer care is telling engineer will be assigned but not even engineer is calling. When talked yo customer care they denied helping

    @TechyKaptan @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Yes. Their engineer said we are not able to fix the speed and should make the shift to Airtel lol

    @TechTurbanator @JioCare @Airtel_Presence I dumped jio wifi long back for this reason. Shift to airtel and it has been so much better. Better stability Better speeds Better service

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised my First Jio Fiber Relocation request on 23.04.2026 to relocate my fiber connection within city of Raipur, Chhattisgarh and several times I have requested to Customer Care support executive to process my request fastly.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Just booked a new connection for my home. After knowing about out of city address, sales representative said, jio device is out of stock now. Absolutely poori and pathetic service by Mukesh Kumar 9241885182

    @JioCare There is still no accountable owner, no proactive update, and no concrete resolution timeline despite repeated escalations including state escalation. This is now clearly an operational execution issue, not just a ticketing issue.
