    JioFiber @reliancejio My internet has been down for almost 3 days. Temporary fixes are given daily but connection disconnects again. Instead of resolving it permanently, your support is forcing me to switch to JioAirFiber. Very disappointing for an old customer.

    @JioCare Wow @JioCare, even after escalating publicly here, still no proper response, no technician visit, and not even a single callback from your team. This is the service quality you provide to customers? Very disappointing.
