So in order to correct that i'm discontinuing its services. I won't be paying the bill amount as no service was provided in that period.

Pls don’t give me the usual steps like - restart router, check if VPN connection existing or using 3rd party router. Answer is no to all. I need a solution asap, not having to explain the same thing over and over again before 6 pm IST today.
