    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio This is honestly a pathetic customer experience from a reputed giant like Jio. Your team acknowledged my complaint and said they would assist me via DM, but there has been no response or resolution even after 2+ days.

    @reliancejio I feel I was misguided into taking a connection I did not originally want. I now want to cancel my Jio AirFiber connection and receive a full refund of ₹1,100.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been disconnecting since 26 August despite multiple technician commitments. The request was wrongly marked “Resolved.” Please escalate and arrange immediate resolution. SR00003FFU7X #Customerrights #falseclaim #cheating

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio same here. 2 locations, advance was deeucted and never refunded. And they put a note to be hostile towards us and next agent also will just dismiss. I have 4 airfibers and 5 postpaid mobile. Cancelled and moved to Airtel and arvance security paid towards security deposit vanished

    @JioCare @reliancejio team it's going to be a week tomorrow after the issue started, still no respite. Is there a lack of service engineers on the ground in Chennai ? How much longer are we supposed to wait for ?
