@sanjay7453 Like your talking about attention that never ever I got from them. Like you complained I already did the same but nothing happened. So I ported to Jio and now I am happy. Ask attention from @JioCare they will definitely help you coz they care for their customer

Hello JIO, my ORN No.: EO000000KBB9 amount 5417.18 INR paid on 16 March 2021 and same next week we request for refund due to auto pay policy which we don’t want. We drop so many mails but till now no refund issue. Please resolved as soon as possbile. @reliancejio @flameoftruth

I am working from home using fiber ..2 days back I faced connectivity issue ..I have raised ticket and this should have been fixed by 13th jun (according to ticket fix time) , but no one has visited my premises to fix this. @JioCare pls look into this ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio After become a Jio customer feeling as cheated. Has raised concern wid Service Request number SR000015AO7W but no result. Offers of giving ott services is not actually in grounds its in air only. Disappointing

One of my airtel prepaid number is temporarily out of service. Now tell me if I dont recharge I should loose my outgoing service but I lost my incoming service also. Restore service to my number or else I will port to Jio. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare 1/2
