@PIB_India @JioCare cancelled JioFiber after a week i installed it, no one came to me to collect it, i kept getting rescheduled sms called customer care and told them about this but they said they will come they came after 60 days and now they are saying i cant get refund back

@JioCare And the fact is, no one from @JioCare is trying to resolve or do anything about the issue. I never recieved any call or update that something is going on to resolve the issue!

@reliancejio @JioCare @trai we suffer a lot due to this problem.. some officials call and told to delete the complainant tweet and giving assurance that all will be ok. but at the end of the day. Same issue. They are only concerned about their appraisal and promotion..

@JioCare OMG!!! Why you guys simply wasting time on rescheduling the appointments they never come. Kindly look into issues what your customers are facing instead scheduling appointments.
