    @JioCare @jio_fiber Service Request no SR00003FHYKT JioFiber has been frequently down since last week. Issue was marked as resolved without resolving. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is beyond unacceptable. You closed my service request claiming you couldn’t reach me, yet my SIM is STILL not delivered. 8+ days wasted due to your failure. I want my SIM delivered BEFORE 12 PM tomorrow—no more excuses, no more delays. Resolve this NOW.

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
