@JioCare already a jio fiber user, internet speed is great but installation is slowest. Applied for new connection on 28th dec 2021, first appointment given for 31st dec then 1st Jan,after calling customer care for 4 times now they shifted to 6th jan. Not expected from jio.🙁

@JioCare I dont see any response from Jio to resolve the issue. The complain raised with customer care was also marked resolved without any action. This is just pathetic service and total carelessness from Jio @reliancejio
