    @JioCare Internet is been down for 24hrs and it is still not fixed. STB request is also pending since Monday (15 June 2026). Please fix it ASAP.

    @JioCare you guys are scamsters no engineer visited and no internet since morning and even cancelled appointment when no one reached out, if not resolved today I'll disconnect your **** fiber service

    @reliancejio applied for porting from Airtel to jio. Sim delivered after 5 days and even the delivery guy was heavily drunk. He didn't answer the call for 5 days. And now the upc has expired. Customer care calls does not connect to any human. I'm Wondering if I should port!

    Based on your response, I’ve decided to discontinue JioFiber. Please deduct the charges for the period used and refund the remaining amount from my 4-month advance payment. Moving to another provider. Never experienced such poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare yes but today is showing no service in our network we all jio users getting wrost service in our area your jio team said that no service solved permanently before 1 weak raise complaint no sevice in our area
