    Jio 5G network signal in the Mavdi Plot area of Rajkot, Gujarat; even when the signal does appear, the internet speed is poor. I only get a 4G network, or I have to switch to 4G mode to use the internet. find a solution for this, @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Will close all 10 connections.Entire Haridwar area is facing connectivity issues, Jio-Hdwr is incompetent,unprofessional. Technicians wasted whole day pretending & we were being sent emails for not providing access when actually nobody called even once.

    It’s been 3 days Jio Fiber is hardly working in our area. Such a terrible service. Getting an update - It will be solved in few hours. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare If it is not possible to deliver the SIM through this service, please remove this facility from the MyJio app to avoid misleading customers. Also, process my refund immediately.
