    @JioCare 3 technicians were scheduled and none visited my place wifi down I have work to do am so done with those nonsense

    Paying for premium internet means expecting reliable service. Fiber has been down since last night, calls aren't working, and mobile internet is struggling. Unacceptable. @JioCare

    How to solve network issue & slow internet on Jio Network 1. Buy Steel cutter or angle grinder 2. Start cutting down jio tower nearby 3. When it falls on ground, Port your sim to Airtel or something @JioCare @reliancejio

    One of WORST JIO customer care experience I had with @JioCare representative name Shubham. Jio services r worst and their customer services is HORRIBLE. I’m using @airtelindia internet connection n never had any issues with them. But with #JIO it’s now and then you face prblm 😡

    @JioCare My Service Request is SR00003C1ZV5. How much time d you need to restore working internet on my JioAirFiber? Internet is an essential service and it’s not working properly already since a day. And you expect me to wait for another 3 days just for the next update?
