Last month excutive told me i have already paid so i can use 1 month, I called 1 week ago, they asked me to call on 5th may. I called today they gave me Service number. Tomorrow is Bill generation, I will not be paying anything since i was paying for advance acc to your people?. this account needs to be closed by today. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

Hemant (@Hemant1093493) reported@JioCare @reliancejio 15 din se 4G internet nahi chal raha. Network full hai, sirf 5G pe thoda chal raha hai. Multiple complaints ke baad bhi issue solve nahi hua. Recharge waste ho raha hai. Please fix urgently ya validity extend/refund dein.
