    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 4 days since I recharged with the β‚Ή500 Jio plan that includes free YouTube Premium, but the issue is still not resolved. My previous YouTube Premium subscription already expired and shows inactive, Jio #JioCare #YouTubePremium

    @JioCare Not resolved yet . I dont want to re locate my connection. I have been using same connection at same location since 5 years . There is wire cut problem. No body called me or visited my house .

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber is not working for the last 3 days, and I have complained about the service engineer visiting my residence 2 times, but he did not address my complaint. And he held my complaint for no reason. Is this the way you will address my problem?
