    @JioCare It's ok i understand that ur team actively working on my prblm but it's been while that still ur team is working on that i don't understand what they are finding and how they still yet not assigning any technical team to issue or u can an engineer i don't care please do whatever.

    @JioCare How many hours are some hours. Why can not you simply refund my money. What is the benefit to me out of this utter failure of Reliance Jio... Apart from feeling anger and wasting my time calling your customer care and writing emails, twitter posts.

    @JioCare It Was Scheduled For 10:45 to 11:45 Today But No one came, I'm Facing This Issue From Past Several Months, I Don't Want Your Service Anymore, Please Take My Request For Disconnection On August 22nd, Because My Plan Will Expires On 21st, I'm Already In Talks With Other Operators.

    @JioCare Have DM you my registered mobile number and jio fibre number both. Have not received any call neither I am able to connect to a customer care number.

    @JioCare The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5day before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.
