    @JioCare @reliancejio You people claim that you provide best internet service but it is worst in Surat. Despite so many complaints you never take care of customers. I think i will say to everyone switch to other network.

    @JioCare Already send a DM. Stop this public posturing . You never extended or paid back for all previous outages either. Just because you are too big doesn't mean you should get away from theft.

    My JioFiber issue hasn't fixed yet. It's been a week now. No engineer has visited my home. I am tired of constantly connecting with advisors because they are also doing nothing except providing empathy. I have sent them a DM as well but no response. Pathetic! @JioCare @reliancejio
