    @JioCare Dear JioFiber Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my unresolved service request, which was raised on 13 th June. Everyday I got new date to visit engineer but, no engineer visit after 15th june.

    @JioCare Day 11. Stop making customers run in circles with scripted replies. We pay for this service every month; we shouldn’t have to beg for basic support. No resolution, no ETA, no ownership, and no meaningful update for 11 days.

    @JioCare jio wifi is not working since 2 days . Have scheduled appointments twice. But no engineer came for any repair . Worst service ever.

    @JioCare Today is june 18 and the problem is still there. We can't even pay to shopkeepers here, we have to use cash for meal payments. It's embarrassing as people with airtel sim pays faster.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have installed JIOFIBER. I am facing internet issue for last three days. I have made a request (SR000038LTW9) on 16/06/26. But till now, the same has not been resolved. Very poor service from your Bhopal team. Today one technician
