@JioCare @RISINGRKC I am surprised of the pathetic service received regarding installation of New JioFiber network and I was left with no other option than to withdraw my application and choose another operator. Even after my repeated follow up with customer care and service engineer, not solved.

@JioCare Sorry, do not provide BSNL network, it is a government company, I will use only BSNL. Are Jio people giving any additional benefits? BSNL is offering 3 GB data and calling for 180 days for Rs 998.

@JioCare It was suppose to install today evening but now my appointment is automatically cancelled......and customer care did not know that I have applied for jiofibre..... And booking executive said that booking ke baad customer care ko pata lagne me 24 h lag jaate hain....
