  @JioCare Hello, It's been more than 72 hours and I'm not able to use my jio airfiber. I can't understand what exactly it takes to figure out a small issue. I have just been asked to keep patience and co-operate but all my household work and office work are stopped from 3 days due to this.

  @JioCare it's been 3 days and the issue has not been resolved yet, for the last three days my wifi is not working and it only says the request is in hold without any update on the process. Is this type of service we expect from Jio that too in middle of the city SR00003A2LR9

  @JioCare Please tell me to whom I should approach for a connection of JioFiber. Denying a service for not providing Aadhar is not correct. It's against Apex Court judgement. I will be filing a complaint to TRAI and DoT.

  @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 48 hours and there has been no respnce. If it is not fixed by the end of today, i want @airtelindia fiber service and i hope its better than ambanis bullshit service

  @JioCare @reliancejio has to be the worst fiber provider out there. We had recently shifted to a new flat and wanted to get the jio fiber. After booking, initially a person came for kyc and assured me that the installation will definitely be done today. It’s 10 AM the next day

  @JioCare Your Engineer from Minority communitie who was about to relocate this connection took my complaint seriously and not obeying your orders. This what I understand as you are still unable to do so even after my complaint on phone/email and through YOURJIO App.

  @JioCare when called customer care they kept me waiting for 30 mins and disconnected call. Later they rescheduled engg visit for 5th b/w 1 to 2 pm. Is this the service provided? @DoT_India why should i pay for this poor service by @JioCare
