@JioCare jiofiber service and support pathetic. I do not have internet at my place for past 4 days, raised complaints, ur service center has unprofessional employees, no one responds. I am cancelling my 2 fiber connections. Ur service people have them selves asked me to cancel.

@JioCare hundred time I share full address with pin code landmark and alternate number also but you people nothing doing anything to improve this issue.if this issue not resolved I port all jio SIM other operator..

@reliancejio Just assurance is not solution, do something which is visible. Always you guys are saying that problem will be solved but it never happens. Please DM the procedure for porting from jio to #airtel
