@JioCare Airtel team, at least used to reply as per question. But it is difficult to communicate with you guys....you don't understand basic question, what customer is asking and what is his requiriment. You only have standard English sentence/reply for every question.

Everynow and the @reliancejio phone has no connectivity in @MyTitwala. Seems the company is not interested to provide uninterrupted service. Since 3pm there's no connectivity!

@JioCare Dear, jio your service is getting worst in my area. No actions were taken though i had complained many times at 198. I think its high time to switch to Airtel as it provides pretty good services in my locality. Its my last complaint to you people's Thank you,

@ManishT03639238 @reliancejio Please cancel it as soon as possible and hope u get ur refund back. Same thing happened with me and am waiting for a refund from 20 days. Very pathetic service. Don't use any of the jio platforms. Local service providers are much better. @JioCare pathetic service u have

Very very very pathetic lame disgusting ridiculous service of @reliancejio in Pune! Asking for #jiofiber installation since 3 months and i haven't got it yet, the jio team here just keeps postponing, looks like @reliancejio really doesn't want any more customers.
