  Worst executives & process of jiofiber.ETA to resolve address update is 2 hrs. But on ticket ETA is 7 working days. Customer care terminates the call without giving any resolution saying sorry sir. I want to terminate the connection that also is rejected. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare No resolution of My Jio Fiber refund issue raised almost 3 months back. What kind of service and customer care division you have. its really shameful that India’s biggest company part and the largest service provider in communication sector have such a service.

  @JioCare Congratulation for Jio 5G Launch! But at least provide proper 4G network in our village! There are JIO towers in my village but no call conetivitiy, call drop, one way call. Fix it first.
