    @JioCare The connection is prepaid and 15 days a month it doesn't work... effectively I am paying monthly charge for 15 days usage

    @JioCare Yesterday evening 6pm engineers visited and internet started working..but alas since 8 pm.its not working again. What shall I say my manager, sir I won't be able to work as Jio connection is down again

    Got to say @JioCare has the worst customer service. My jio fiber landline has "been out of service" for months now and no action from jio despite multiple service requests. they just close the request without any correspondance. #jiofibre #jio
