Worthless service of customer care @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare . Past 1½ hr I am cant talk to any1 from customer service. only ivr I am hearing the complain number 198 is also under their control. Chat service is also disconnected stating agents are busy.

@JioCare It was on 21st Jan, I called him in evening asking him to visit my place to connect the router as it had got unplugged and he asked me to pay for the service without which he won’t attend, even after raising service req he demanded money, also my issue is yet not fixed

@KiranKS Have recently ported number from VodafoneIdea network to Jio , enjoying the seamles connectivity even in the remotest parts during travel and plethora of benefits . JIO TV, JIO movies JIO Saavn , free subscription to Amazon, hotstar and netflix what not . @reliancejio .
