    @reliancejio @JioCare No resolution and as usual when called customer care they closed old tickets and gave a new one. SR000036VP5L. I mean is this cycle ever gonna end ? 40+ days , 5 different complaints and still no resolution.

    @JioCare I have complaint on dt 12.05.2026 to till date no any progress on my register complaint. Already I have given you complaint no with screenshot...and day to day update screenshot of internet speed...last 3 days.

    @reliancejio As a paying customer, I expect a prompt and effective resolution, not ignored tickets. Please investigate this immediately and restore stable network services to my number, or I will be forced to port my connection to another network.
