    @JioCare How many times must i tell NO PROMO OFFER! ITS A BILLING ISSUE AFTER DOWNGRADING FROM 100MBPS TO 30 MBPS. Your third class app aksed me to pay 706 for the change saying it will be adjusted in next bill and its still not been adjusted!

    @JioCare The same answer getting last 4 years but this time don't say the same , arrange someone from your team to fix. Some adjustments needed in the site so easily can be fix. Arrange experience engineer to fix , create the request for the same immediately

    @JioCare Extremely poor service. Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, slot booked for May 1, but no action taken till now. No updates, no installation, just delays. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately or initiate refund. Will escalate to consumer court if ignored.
