Switched from @ACTFibernet to @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai . Poor response from ACT. Our internet connection was down from Nov 7th and the service guy came after 3days. Due to heavy rains, our router was damaged and he said the router has a warranty of 6months only. (1/n)

@JioCare big frauds. They don’t give the refund it’s been 1.5 months I’m chasing and their customer service team and area managers are a nightmare to deal with. Don’t take their services and trial packs. Biggest mistake I made.
