    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

    I suggested each & everyone please don't consider jiofiber for your home they are just money minded people , avoid it's better to support local business or go for airtel as of now jio is worst they only adverse after taking money they will not show there face again. @JioCare

    @jagograhakjago sir, I'm a @reliancejio customer. In my area (Arandi, 712413) I faced same issue from last 5-6 months. No network coverage in my area when loadshedding happen. No current means no network. I raised complaint in @JioCare but they failed to solve it. Please help. 🙏

    @JioCare 1. Jio fibre: Extremely poor customer care. Two plus years and still a voucher issue is not resolved, despite multiple promises to sort it out by JIO. 2. Jio mobile 4G is practically unusable with packet drops of over 50% & ping time of over 1500 ms. Disappointing.

    @JioCare - my jio fiber had some issue and engineer visited next day and he asked us to replace router and setup box by paying 2500 and he said the old box jio guys will come and collect and money will be refunded. So whom to contact for this ?
