@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

@JioCare Our area has electricity problem because of this we are facing slow internet speed problem, when electricity gone for months your tower turn off so provide generator to the your tower and make continuous supply of network and coverage to my area.

Two Months the new refurbished phone Stops working properly it's getting hanged and I'm unable to make a call and the network keeps changing from 2g to 4g and vice versa. I also reached to jiocare but jio executive asked me to swap the phone again as it's not working with(2/3)

@JioCare New update of MyJio app is not working properly. It is taking hell lot of time to show the connected devices, in some cases it is taking as much as 5-10 min to show the connected and blocked devices. Even when I am connected to the router itself via JioFiber.
