Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

Occassionally jio network gets bad at times, but it gets resolved quickly mostly. Airtel is much more unreliable here. Gets disconnected automatically. I had to turn it off & on to get it working. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.
