    @reliancejio @JioCare my biggest mistake was made I choose to jio fiber connection....at the time of connection you promised to give after sales services of any problem arised will be resolved within half an hour. My jio fiber connection breakdown for more than 6hrs no rspons

    @reliancejio your network is worst ,it keeps on fluctuating every time, just waste of money, experiencing this after 5g and we are forced to use alternate network to keep the things moving.

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare whats wrong with jio cinema whenever adds runs it run well but whenever match started it starting buffer. Same as FIFA worldcup.why don't u guys work with ur network??? Instead of buying this digital right.I don't face this kind of issue on hotstar.

    Worst experience with jio fiber device pickup services. From last 2 days they have scheduled for pickup but not getting any call from engineer. Please improve your services bad experience @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic support from you guys. Customers care representative was so rude that he even didn’t raise the service request because he couldn’t see issue on his end. The issues has been going on from past 2 years and no team ever came onsite to look into this.

    @reliancejio Due to non-activation of my number, I am not able to make payment and recharge of some of my urgent emergency premium services.I am not even able to exchange the clothes in Reliance Trends even though I have the invoice bill copy, without OTP verification I can't do it
