  Why , @reliancejio charging 350 for 5g and still providing 2g services, What kind of scam is this?? Internet speed gets really slow every day it takes 10 minutes to connect with 5g . It's happening with everybody, i think it's time to switch....

  Hi @JioCare @jio_fiber, I can hear navigation click sounds on my Jio Set-Top Box, but there is no audio playback when streaming videos or movies. I tried reporting this via MyJio, but couldn't find an option for this specific issue. Please arrange technical support assistance.

  @JioCare Please provide the specific policy or criteria instead of sending the same automated response. My services were affected for an extended period, multiple complaints were raised, engineers acknowledged the issue, and I still received no meaningful resolution.

  @RelianceDigital U have such a crap service.Requested 4 duplicate Bill and I was asked to wait for 24 hrs to get bill on my email. Had I bought it from other e-commerce I could have downloaded my bill immediately. Ur @reliancejio service 2 is super crap which I will port soon.
