    Since the last one week Jio Fibre is down and all of the customer care executives are telling me it will get resolved in 2 hrs since a week !!! Is this how you treat your customers ? @reliancejio @JioCare

    Same goes with you @ViCustomerCare. both of you claim to have the fastest 4g and the speed never goes beyond 1or2 mbps(which is very very rare). The issue has not been resolved even after raising internet speed issue multiple times. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been facing such the Problem which never ghappended with me ...Its due to your employe and the Illegal power asssinged to him ..my all numbers service is denied ...is this the way you are working

    Hey @reliancejio Network is down for the past two months in my area. (Pin code : 522421, Andhra Pradesh) Complained to @JioCare many times but issue was not resolved till the date. I'm not expecting this from such a magnificent company @reliancegroup Please don't lose me!!
