@reliancejio @mipaltan Been more than months, WHERE IS THE REFUND?? how many times will you just say to wait, I'm waiting from April and ur ****** support and system both aren't able to refund of ₹750 or provide any kind of detail regarding it Time to approach the consumer commission office

@JioCare the internet speed suddenly drops, while it shows full tower. This issue is occurring multiple times everyday.The tower is ~200 mts to my location (550/1,Jhapatapur, Kharagpur - 721301,WB).I have repeatedly complained to support staff yet the problem still persists.
