@JioCare The issue is not limited to any specific date, time, website, or app. The problem happens almost every day and at different times. Whenever I try to use the internet — whether it is browsing, apps, or any website — the connection becomes extremely slow or disconnects completely.

@reliancejio is the worst and most useless company. I ordered Jio AirFiber using my alternate number three days ago, but neither the IVR connects nor any support is available. They took advance payment for the device, yet till now I haven’t received the device

I complained multiple times to @JioCare about network issues with my Jio SIM but didn’t get any proper response. Because of this poor service, I finally ported my SIM to @airtelindia. Hope Airtel provides better service. #NetworkIssue

@Khamenei_fa I complained multiple times to @JioCare about network issues with my Jio SIM but didn’t get any proper response. Because of this poor service, I finally ported my SIM to @airtelindia. Hope Airtel provides better service. #NetworkIssue

@JioCare This has been the shittiest customer experience. If installation itself caused this many issues, I can only imagine the problems later. After this, I’ll never use or recommend any Jio product to my family or friends. @JioCare is this the level of service you offer?
