    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare , I will be travelling to J&K from Karnataka soon and I would like to change my current number from PREPAID to POSTPAID. The JIO APP service doesn't work for J&K + Ladakh region Please let me know what should I do in this case. Thanks.

    @JioCare Hi , why we took post paid connection just because of to avail the hassel free service. Your stupid service is just make me irritate. Guys donot took the Sim of reliance jio. They make the customer fool.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN – not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights
