    @reliancejio is really messing up I have not been able to get a service engineer to my residence after raising multiple requests. Their service is not equipped Would suggest all to think twice before getting jio set up box

    @Deepanshuraj07 This is the operator story. I faced a similar issue earlier, but after switching to jio the international roaming services and support hv been reliable. You may consider trying @jiocare for your next international trip

    JioCare is so dumb that the jio app initiates a call to toll free number and then toll free tells to use the app instead. It's a loop - never ending. No human interface.

    @JioCare And on top of it, customer services, even more pathetic. My last call was on hold for 15 minutes and nobody pick the call automatically, got disconnected.
