@reliancejio Jio fiber is down last 40 hours but technician didn't visit With reference to Service Request Number SR000017X33Y for your JioFiber connection having Jio Number your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 14-12-2021 : 11:00:00.

@avarakai @JioCare But you are reluctant to change from jio, there is something in it that you aren't getting in airtel & thats why you tagged jio here and not airtel coz you want them to take notice of your complaint..

@JioCare are you going to stop outgoing for numbers which has not recharge from 1 years ago i have got call from no 098340 36974 please verify its your customer care or any fraud as they are saying that if i cannot recharge they are going to stop incoming from my number

@JioCare Even I rechange with 4G speed data pack but after every rechange I fill that I recharge with 2G speed data pack. Whenever I am doing speed testing with jio, everything is fine, then why speed is very slow? #jio, #jiocare
