Customer care of @reliancejio @JioCare is worst.Since 4 days i am following up related to network issues and they don’t listen at all and give fake promises that it will get resolved in 2 hrs 3 hrs etc everyday. When I contact them they don’t respond and cut call.@jagograhakjago

@JioCare @reliancejio very poor service. I have been facing a problem since 4 days and I have been told that the sim will get deactivated on 6 march 2023 but still the sim is active. Instead of solving the query customer care is sharing the mobile recharge plans.
