    Dear @reliancejio,@JioCare i am having a lot of trouble in the internet and calling facilities due to poor network of jio , as inside our house there is no network at all which doesn't allow us to take the classes properly.

    @JioCare Again, nobody contacted me or updated about the installation delay. It’s been more than 3 days that I am chasing you guys for the installation. Refund my amount if you value your customer’s time and trust.

    @reliancejio Third class service by jio fiber Service.I want to uninstall my jio fiber connection and i request to customer care 4-5 times but they cancelled my request and said that you called us for system resume.I didn't call for system resume.I want uninstallation and refund

    For more then 15 to 16 hrs. I am trying to resolve the issue that was caused by @JioCare & they dont seems to care at all. If call they disconnect, if i chat thay tell me to email, if i mail they dont reply. I was bullied by jio executive for asking to resolve my issue. #jio

    @JioCare I have done whole process to convert physical sim into eSim. And now my physical sim is not working and eSim too. Currently, I am doing work from home and not able to go to jio store. Can anybody help?
