    Dear @JioCare, my JioAirFiber (100 Mbps plan) becomes unusable every day between 6 PM and 11 PM. Internet is extremely slow or completely unavailable. My Jio 5G SIM also performs poorly at home, but works normally just 500โ€“800 meters closer to the tower. Signal quality at my (1)

    If anyone in @narendramodi govt is listen even @reliancejio drops its speed to less then 2G speeds during peak hours & won't work which is illegal but Am damn sure they have all the ministers in their pocket so to no avail, Customers are screwed

    "It's been 4 hours and still no internet! Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare. Your support is non-existent and the downtime is unacceptable. How long do I have to wait? Sort this out ASAP!

    @reliancejio JioFiber has been pathetic. My dad called customer support expecting an actual solution. Instead, your executive, Komal, told us to chang the WiFi name as a fix. when he requested an engineer visit, she flat-out said she wouldn't send one and HUNG UP ON HIM #JioFiber

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @reliancejio Despite repeated follow-ups, relocation never carried out. Charged โ‚น1200 as relocation fees. Was forced to cancel the connection & devices collected last week. Connection is now closed, can't reach customer care, and no update on refund.
