    @reliancejio R387+GXV, Sahabajpur, West Bengal: Jio network is extremely poor here. Mobile data does not work at all, and even calls are not connecting properly. Please check and resolve this issue urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio For the past two weeks, I have been facing an issue with the JioTV app on my Smart TV. The app automatically logs me out every 12 hours, and I have to log in again. I have already complained to customer care, but the issue has still not been resolved.

    Team called asking me to wait until Aug 30 for a 5km shift while my paid service lies dead! I rejected this absurd delay as I won't be available post-25th. Stop pretending this is resolved on X, @JioCare. Transfer my setup bfr 25 or process my pro-rata REFUND! @reliancejio @TRAI
