    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    It was a mistake to buy Jio Sims.There is no coverage,no internet speed,no proper connection being in the vicinity of your tower installed.We face big problems @JioCare @reliancejio plz take action Location:Village:Zagigam,Pulwama,J&K Coordinates: 33.51°N 74.50°E Near Tower:Rahmu

    @JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

    @JioCare I am attaching you the location of the place where every jio customer is facing some network problems , neither we can call someone nor we receive calls from other person. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

    @JioCare Installed Jio AirFiber and it’s been trash from day one—zero speed. Filed multiple complaints, no fix. The last support call was rude agent went on a Marathi rant. Check your call recordings and fix this.

    The call never connects and even sometimes if it connects the voice keeps breaking all the time and so much that we couldnt hear ourselves. My entire family uses jio and for past few weeks i am not able to talk to them bcz of your magnificent netwrk coverage @JioCare (2/2)

    @JioCare Technician visited my location twice, they know how bad the scenario is here, since many months I have been complaining. Still, not taking any appropriate action or they might not have knowledge how to resolve this issue or they might not like to provide proper service.

    @JioCare Even after 7 days of sharing the numbers in DM, you’re still asking me to wait. ARE YOU WAITING FOR SOMETHING BAD TO HAPPEN TO MY PARENTS AFTER THE THREATS? This is exactly why I completely avoided Jio for my new connection. All hat, no cattle.

    @Ashnik2014 Hi, I faced the same issue, I was wrongly charged for international roaming despite not traveling abroad. Later I switched to @JioCare, and since then I haven’t faced any issues, plus the connectivity has been great.

    @JioCare hi there Jio service in my area has become ****** from a month because your network is only available till there’s electricity in the area once the electric supply goes off even for some minutes in that case leave Internet, we are not even able to make a call…(1/2)
