    Yesterday @JioCare raised a SR for my issue with Amazon Prime. Today I saw it was not there while tracking. When called was told it's resolved. Asked how. Said we send the Entitlement # which I never recieved. They gave me an Entitlement # over phone.

    Hey @JioCare publicly acknowledging the tweet and then sending automated messages doesn't help. After 3 days of internet black out, I can figure on my own that there is a technical issue. Resolution, timelines, support is what we are looking for when we reach out to you

    @airtelindia Your site lists Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra as a 5G compatible UE but it doesn't work in your network. Same is with jio. Ethically you should delist the UEs from supported list till samsung fixes the issue for you. @JioCare , same goes to you.

    Ever since @JioCare updated to 5G, the network on my phone is amazing but the broadband services has become pathetic. One minute of video streaming on my mac takes around 27 times of buffering. Are we in 2012 again JIO !!

    @JioCare Details already shared. Now @BSNLCorporate 3g internet service is better than Jio 4h internet.

    Wow what amazing Scheme by @reliancejio @JioCare i received call from Jio Office and she told me sir you didn't recharge your number any problem so i say yes network issue from last 8 month she say sir now you recharge so ur network will update how it's possible?

    @JioCare @reliancejio After over countless calls & interactions with support my request still have no solution. Your IR Support is of zero help. SR00001GGP4H. Back Home First thing I will do is port to some reliable service provider who don't leave customers high & dry in abroad.
