    @JioCare This is a regular fake promise given by jio team. I want to know what does society permission mean? As I'm staying in a stand alone building, we are open for jio team to come and fix the issue. What is stopping your team to visit and resolve?

    @JioCare Does @JioCare even know what exactly SOON is and if anybody can define that? It's clear that Jio doesn't give a f*** about customers. This service request was raised on 11-Oct and nobody is bothered to even call me explaining why it's taking more than a week

    @reliancejio @JioCare I want to change my jio daily data renew time from 1:33AM to 12:01AM. I also contacted customer care regarding this the said this is a automatic process we cant do anything. Other networks like Vi, Airtel provide 12:01AM. Reply ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio first of all fix your crap IVRS system issues. When I choose Hindi I got people only spoke Hindi and Bengali. When I choose Malayalam I got people who speak Hindi and English. Call is even routed to Mobile desk rather than fiber one. Feel worthless service

    @JioCare really a worst service and speed you guys are providing. Forgot video playing, it can't even load the thumbnail. And you guys are launching 5G. This is why we recharge right?? Please improve your service. At least provide speed for which we paid @reliancejio @pib_comm
