    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very sorry to inform that the staff of office at Block C Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, Ludhiana Punjab. Is mere useless. Unable to solve any problems 😭 of the clients. Make the clients visit the store again and again. May be because of 2 reasons.

    ,@JioCare @reliancejio I have submitted JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000EOCG53. As asked by customer care it was submitted to the branch engineer with OTP, It almost one month now. Could you please tell me when I will get the refund?

    @JioCare I had bought my reconnect 10000 mah power bank before 45 days but unfortunately my power bank USB pin point is getting shortage and I went to jio store but they are unable to process. Please help me to resolve my issue .

    Hello @reliancejio and @JioCare Today's I called to my best friend number. Both of us using jio sim card. When I called him at that time same number call transfer to another person. How this possible !? both having enough network coverage so hard or soft handoff not possible.

    @JioCare so now it's going to be almost 2 week from the day I complained and 1 week from the day I raised this issue on twitter. even social media team is just playing passing the ball game with me. Everyday they r saying as tmrw Engineer will come nd resolve but tmrw never came.
