@reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

@JioCare Almas bhai has come at my place but he told me that he is not the correct person who picked your device. He told me that your cancellation request number is yet to generate from customer care team. Cancellation request number should start CO00. Very pathetic service.

@JioCare I'm not sure how jio fiber customer care works but I talked to them 3-4 times and everytime I'm getting different answer. I have sent email to jio care as well and didn't get any response.

@JioCare Only rescheduling is not a solution. From past 5 days its getting rescheduled only but no service engineer is visiting for connection. This in in loop from days. Please give me a proper resolution without paying loop game. Very pathetic service. Not expected by jio.
