    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is unacceptable service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for many days and I am only receiving repeated automated replies. No technician visit has been arranged yet. Need urgent technician visit. Stop automated responses and take real action.

    15 days have already passed, and @JioCare is still unable to provide even a basic set-top box. Such a pathetic experience—daily calls to customer care, and every time they repeat the same thing: “please wait 24 hours. @reliancejio @JioHotstar
