The network is so poor that you can’t even convert a DOCX file into a PDF without struggling. YouTube videos keep buffering, and basic internet tasks feel like a challenge. And JioCare on the app is even worse, just automated questions and answers that don’t even understand what you’re actually asking. Try calling customer care, and nobody picks up. At this point, what exactly are customers supposed to do? 😑

Why should I suffer from faulty hardware? Issue is continuous. Initiate a FREE OF COST router replacement immediately!
