@JioCare From yesterday that's 29 there's a communication blackout on jio network in naseem Bagh area of Habak. Both calling and internet facilities aren't working and we students are facing serious problems. Plz help out the issue as soon as possible.

@reliancejio @JioCare Dear Team I have raised a complaint for the issue with reference number SR000015DT2K. And your team member said that We will update you within 48 hours.but unfortunatly my complaint was closed without informing me and we are still facing same network issues.

@JioCare That's the issue. Jio fiber is not being made available in our area. God knows why. Just look into the reason for delay in paying jio fiber in our area. I repeat area name. Its Noorabad Zakura, Srinagar.

@reliancejio jiofibr in kashmir srinagar has nilot been able to restore jiofibr service though complaint made 6 days ago. Every day promised to settle issue. Is there anyone at the senior level to monitor the activities of their staff. Very unfortunate. Only promises. Shame.

Ported from BSNL to Jio. Got a call asking OTP to verify before SIM delivery. No message said OTP is post-delivery. Then got fake "delivered" SMS. Raised complaint via customer care. Such unethical staff are ruining Jio’s image. Very disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare , your engineer has put SR00002GJ5M7 on hold as he could not fix it. Now I am neither able to reach your customer care team nor the engineer. my earlier service provider @ACTFibernet was better at least in customer service. You guys suck.
