    @JioCare For 6 months brand new tower at Donimalai is lying idle due to bad planning by your Engineers as EB clearance still pending..i ask you to expedite the matter..as customer is facing issues at Donimalai Dt bellary katnataka,583118.

    @JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

    No response from @JioCare even after tagging them here and filing a complaint on their official website. This kind of service is unacceptable. Prepaid users are being forced to visit stores for conversion that doesn't even work. Time to switch to a more reliable operator. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I request you all — never use Jio Internet, even by mistake. Constant issues, poor support, and complaints get auto-closed without any resolution. Facing huge business losses because of this. Worst internet service experience ever. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi pooja engineer checked and told me the issue is from the backend team case is routed to the tower team case no BIM91102268.. please check with your tower team..

    Seems tht evn wth multipl channls for complaints, there r no real channls to connct to cust care for filing a complaint. I'm stuck with smthing tht breaks almost daily bt no way to raise a complaint. Pl registr my complaint & fix my issue. Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    Hey @reliancejio,@RelianceJioCare I live in Prayagraj city — not even in a village — and still Jio 5G internet barely works on my phone. It’s been happening from a month and never gets fixed. What are we even paying for?

    What the hell, every day around 9:30 jio fiber goes out and I hear “we are experiencing some technical issues”. Not able to work from almost a month now. This is getting serious. I am surely switching from this. But think something legally first @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
