    @JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

    @JioCare Pathetic service from JioFiber! SR SR00003FH05D was raised on 31 Aug at 12:58 PM, but even after 40+ hours, an engineer is still not assigned. The status remains Assigning an engineer No proper update, no resolution. Do you really have any technicians to check my issue. @JioCare

    AI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

    @EarlyTechIndia @JioCare Please do cancel..else twice a month there will be a disruption and it will take them 48 hrs plus to assign an engineer..you will end up spending 450 to 500 on data packs

    @Nishikant_34 @reliancejio @JioCare Dear I am also facing similar like problem I paid for a new connection 15 days ago, and no physical installation has been done. However, I noticed that on your system, the status has been falsely marked as "INSTALLED". This is a complete misrepresentation and fraud.
