Complaints are ignored, solutions are delayed, and customers are left helpless. This is not the standard expected from a company like Jio. Better I'll go for airtel instead of this.

Paying fr a 30Mbps plan but barely getting 3-4, & it completely drops frequently. Multiple complaints raised 0 engineer visits or resolution. Absolutely frustrating.
