    @JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio AirFiber internet has been down repeatedly for days. 5 engineer visits already done, but the issue keeps coming back after a few hours. This is extremely frustrating and affecting daily work Need a permanent fix instead of temporary resolutions every time

    @JioCare I am not able to talk to your customer care even...what is the procedure to close this connection and what is the amount i will get as a refund from my last recharge..plus guide me what is the compensation for loss of this 3 days of services?

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio SIM suddenly stopped working in Netherlands since Thursday. Showing "No Service" and web portal says "Invalid Jio Number" during recharge. Critical for bank OTPs. Please fix the roaming handshake/database sync for NL users. #JioRoaming #Netherlands

    @reliancejio @JioCare It was really a frustrating experience to visit your centre for some issue. The person who wants to handle the issue is not at centre and from last 1 hr iam hearing this that in 10 min the person will be here but still it is not. Really a bad experience
