    @JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

    reporting an issue of carelessness and ignorant behaviour of d customer service agent. They make fake promises while givin you new connections and just for the sake of busines targets but afterwards they wont take calls and reply on msgs. Feeling cheated ! Shameful @reliancejio

    I had experience with all major mobile networks. I realised and know that @JioCare nd @ViCustomerCare give replies instantly and resolve the customer's problem with in maximum 2 days. But the @Airtel_Presence only gives instant reply,but doesn't provide any resolvence to Cust.

    @reliancejio I am getting as my 1.5GB of my Data exhausted but the usage is not even the half. Its irritating when there is no option to report this issue.

    @BadeBrian @JioCare @RelianceDigital Very aweful experience with jio store Kestopur kolkata,bought a Samsung S20 and immediately overheating issue was there but no help received incurred a loss of INR 15000.Highly unprofessional staff.

    @reliancejio last 15 days our company take 5 sim card but till date it's not working and not started the sim card its very bad corporate services
