@JioCare For last one year a jio tower is lying idle at 583118,karnataka..Hope to start it soon as facing tremendous slow speed bec of the tower is not live,pls look into this matter urgently.

@TRAI @JioCare Hi I’m using prepaid jio number 9431378802, from yesterday evening there no network in my phone. I also replaced a SIM card yesterday at approx 7pm, after replacing my SIM card starts working but from morning same issue exits. Please solve as issues asp.

@JioCare I have tried to contact the customer service 4 times and after the automated response ends, the live support person picks up the phone and disconnects the call within a minute. I am not given any chance to file my complaint!! Do something about this horrible service!!!
