    @JioCare @reliancejio I am being disturbed by anonymous calls continuously done to me. In Truecaller the caller ID shows location of Southern Indian states. They continuously calls me Day-night and after attend call no voices frm there. In call back it always busy. Please help

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I'm a JIO customer. As I stated in previous tweet I'm mentally tortured from these calls. Is there no policy for safeguard of user from such continues dot calls. Even now I'm afraid to attend unknown calls nd my imp phone calls missed by me bcz of this

    @JioCare But the whole problem is of the delay which I'm facing I got the message that service request has been raised a reply will be by 25th August? The whole point of the complaint through X was to fix the problem asap. That is AIR FIBER INSTALLATION simply ? What's so hard in that ???

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI Many days have passed, but my Jio network problem is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. The network is either unavailable or hardly usable. Please take urgent action and provide a permanent solution.

    @jio_fiber I requested to transfer connections on 18 today was the ETA but without visiting my request is on hold stating false reasons. I request to resolve by tomorrow or return my money, I'll cancel the connection Poor Service from Jio Fiber @JioCare

    @JioCare I'm not using wifi calling, i have 3 to 4 connection of jio at same location, my whole area is facing this call drop and slow internet issue, we are getting only 2 or 3 bars in LTE network, forget about 5G, it's neither device specific issue nor issue with device settings

    @JioCare jiocare @reliancejio my jio air fiber connection is not working last month for 3 days i multiple times complain in call centre after my tweet on x engineer came & resolved & call centre assured me that jio will deduct 3 days charges in next bill but they didn’t do this
