@JioCare @reliancejio I am being disturbed by anonymous calls continuously done to me. In Truecaller the caller ID shows location of Southern Indian states. They continuously calls me Day-night and after attend call no voices frm there. In call back it always busy. Please help

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I'm a JIO customer. As I stated in previous tweet I'm mentally tortured from these calls. Is there no policy for safeguard of user from such continues dot calls. Even now I'm afraid to attend unknown calls nd my imp phone calls missed by me bcz of this

@JioCare HORRIBLE experience today we got confirmation that enginer will come for fixing the wifi but no one turn up,I feel like the employees here have taken jio company granted and they dont need any more customer,looks like there is no escalation matrix followed here,So FRUSTRATED 😡

@JIOFIBER8 @JioCare @reliancejio what the rubbish service jio is giving before installation of Jio Fibre. I had given order on 2nd Nov and till now installation haven't done. Requested to cancel my order 4-5 times but that also not done. I need my money refund ASAP. Worst service

Classic forgery happening in @reliancejio @JioCare , Customer Care Executives are deliberately not raising Network Issue Complaints even after requests to raise SR by users ! This is how they are claiming best network by concealing actual complaint of users ! #Jio #Reliance

@JioCare since last 1.5week my relocation appointment is changing everyday in Hyderabad. My connection is not yet fixed if this is the reality I would like to return jio fiber dabba back. Initially I thoughts jio fiber is good brand but probably worst brand I ever used.
